They did everything they could to get my car running at a fair price! I can say I have a place where I can choose to go and not get bad service. So far thank goodness and them that the car has no more nasty sounds & running in good time!

I had an issue with my Jeep and I was going on vacation 6 hours away with it the next day. They were able to evaluate it and repair it quickly the same day! I appreciate that they took the time out of their schedule to fix my vehicle before I left! They have also repair this vehicle in the past to my satisfaction. Recommend giving them a shot if you need auto repairs.

If you are searching for an honest business with amazing customer service, this is definitely the place to go! Our sons car needed some repairs and they were handled promptly. I took him to pick to car up yesterday and he was involved in a pretty bad accident as he pulled out of the garage driveway! The woman that had cashed us out ran across the street to ask if my son was OK and she was so kind. She offered advice for hopefully having our expensive repair cost to be covered in the accident and she even sent me the garages surveillance video that covered the crash. While our repair story didnt have a happy ending and my sons car is most definitely totaled, we were impressed by the quality of service and kindness we received and will be back!

I just want to echo the sentiments of previous reviews. TJ is straightforward, honest about the troubles going on with your car, does not try to up sell you, patient with all of my questions, and is worth every cent. I thought my car was dead (dont Google car troubles if you dont know about cars lol) and now it runs like new. I was able to get my car in, assessed, and fixed within 48 hours. He even follows up afterwards to make sure everything went well and thats the type of customer service that cant be beat. I 100% recommend TJ for all of your car trouble needs.

This post leaves me with a heavy heart. I am a long time car guy who gave Apex Auto Clinic an opportunity to work on many of my cars. TJ has an engaging personality. However, that did not translate into integrity. He uses his personality to gain favor with his customers but is not honest. When caught and confronted with problems of overcharging, relating inaccurate information or just to lazy to find the correct answers, rather than accepting responsibility, he makes excuses. Integrity is paramount and TJ has a long way to go to begin that journey. In all fairness to TJ, I did owe him for a past invoice (I did pay in full).It saddens me to write this. I gave him many opportunities to make this right, accept his responsibility and to gain me back as a customer. He failed. Please accept my apology for recommending Apex Auto Clinic to many people before I knew of his poor character. Dont let his personality fool you.

Came in for an oil change, got an oil change. Simple, easy, and no pressure to fix something else. Very friendly too!

TJ and Kayla were awesome. Went in for an oil change and I new something was wrong with my tire. Not only did they show me the tire, the repair solution and options, but they also explained why it needed repaired and the importance. They got me in immediately since it was a safety hazard (ball joint) and also did an overall check on my car while they were fixing the tire. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

They are very honest and polite. Even after my miles went past recommended amount, they said l have time before oil change needed changing. They could have easily taken my money and ran. An honest mechanic is almost as valuable as a good doctor.

I went into Apex Auto clinic today because my car wouldnt start. While I was there they showed me I had two nails in my tires as well. They patched them both up for me and I was good to go. They were very kind and fast serviced. Id recommend them to everybody.

This place is awesome. I went there first for a tire rotation. Then referred a friend, then got a free oil change for it! I recently brought in my Dakota which needed a Rack and Pinion replacement. TJ was very informative as to what needed to be done and completed the repair much sooner than expected. Before I went to Apex Auto Clinic, I was going to a chain store auto shop and every time I got my car service I would always have to go back because a new problem occurred. I felt that I was being taken advantage. I did not have this experience with TJ.

After my girlfriend went in for an oil change at a different shop, she was told she needed $1,800 worth of repairs done and shouldn’t even drive her car home. We then took it to TJ for a second option and come to find out no repairs were needed and the other shop poured oil over parts of her car to make it look like there was a leak. I greatly appreciate TJ’s honesty and being a positive force in the automotive repair business when do many try to trick and fool people.

The facility is clean and Wi-Fi friendly. Also has a nice waiting room with big screen TV and Keurig coffee maker. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable and the owner always recommends the most affordable way of getting your work done. TJ was super helpful and explained everything to me in terms I understood!

Brought the car in for a noise in the front end. The noise turned out to be in the front brakes. Replacing the brakes solved the problem. The repair was done faster than I thought it would be.Everyone was courteous and seemed concerned about getting the problem solved. I will defiantly take my Jeep back when it needs service.

I called Apex early in the morning looking for a estimate to replace all my brake lines on my wifes car. Tj answered the phone and told me that I can have the car towed to his shop and he can start working on it the same day. Later he called me and informed me that the car was done but there were other problems with the car and it needed to be repaired in order to have a safe and reliable vehicle to drive. I told him to go ahead and take care of the issues and he said that he would try to get the car ready by that evening. Later that day when I got home from work around 830 I received a call and Tj had my car fixed and it was ready. I picked up the car and was really pleased with the customer service and how personable everyone was. The quality of work and the emphasises in which Tj had on getting my car back to me on the same day was incredible. I highly recommend taking your vehicles to Tj and his team to get work done on your car. They were great and reasonably priced. I definitely found my mechanic for life. Thanks again Tj and team.
