My go-to store for all my alcohol needs! They had something that I had been looking for at other stores for months! Friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Great selection. The lady that checked us out was really nice as well. She overheard our dilemma about whether we had a knife or beer bottle opener at our new house that we were heading over to and she offered us a plastic set of cutlery and a spare beer bottle opener without us asking. It was so thoughtful and nice of her. And we were asked a couple times by other employees if we needed any help. Great place and nice staff!

Be careful when shopping here! Was charged more than the full page price tag on the item, the lady checkout claimed it was tax. Nope...I then I asked for a receipt which clearly shows the higher charged price. When asked for clarification, she says it is what it is. Terrible experience. Take your business elsewhere. Plenty of better options nearby.

The best wine store and most classy liquor store you will find. As a bonus you will be treated very well by all the staff no matter what you are looking for. They have knowledge of wine like no other store you will find. All bases covered and no details left out. The real deal!!!

One of the most friendly and helpful staff for a beverage store Ive experienced.Quick story: as I was grabbing some beer I asked on the off chance if they might sell playing cards. The gentleman I spoke with said No, sorry... but then, with a thoughtful look told me. .... But hang on- actually- I just might have a pack for you. Turns out he had some sample card packs from one of the vendors and he kindly let me have one!Totally above and beyond and really makes me think highly of this place.

Absolutely superb service. Tried to get a few bottles of a mead that I could not find anywhere in Ohio and well unfortunately they werent able to either. BUT then fast forward a few months and I got a personal direct Facebook message from them saying that they managed to find some and get it in the store for an extremely affordable price. These are some of the most polite and professional store workers Ive ever dealt with. Extremely affordable extremely helpful. 5 stars for sure keep up the good work!

Walked in to get a bottle of wine for a dinner date. I have no ideas about wine but was helped immediately and given a nicely priced wine that I was told we would love. I was extremely happy with the service.

Just tried buying a pack of smokes from this store and this old white haired guy, who claims he does not even work there was at the register and refused to handle a payment method of half cash half card. Even went as far as saying Why dont u just buy it all with your card? Since when did I as a customer have to start obliging by anybody elses stupid ideas and impulses? ZERO customer service skills with the attitude. He put the pack of cigarettes back on the rack and had another lady come by to complete the purchase. I can only imagine what was said after I left. If that is a reflection of ownership maybe some new business management needs come by to clean house.

Very friendly and helpful staff who can recommend exactly what you want. Will call you to let you know when a product is back in stock. Store is clean and upscale with pretty good selection. Only wish store was larger for an even more extensive selection.

No one in the store had heard of a pretty ubiquitous Islay Scotch, Caol Ila. After a few minutes of confusion I was told, were out. I picked an alternative and then I was upsold on a Nick Offerman scotch. The employee tapped the box and walked away, saying yeah, I just found out who he was today! That tells me you know nothing about whats in the bottle and just wanted to move the new product. Thatll be a pass, thanks anyways.I asked if they had mezcal, and another employee asked me whats that? I explained, then went and found it myself. She came over and said yeah, its right here and pointed to the bottle next to the one I was already holding. Again, thanks anyways, I got it.Went looking for bitters, couldnt find those either, just Manhattan mix.I went and paid and was told I couldnt use my credit card, it was debit or cash only for liquor because credit card fees were too high. Im spending $140 in your store right now. This feels pretty petty at this point.Overall, not impressed.

I do not like going to this store. They look down on people like there better then everyone else and for someone who does the ordering to not know the difference between products sucks. I must donmusttuke it . Sorry but unless your highest class ur looked down upon and cant even get the rite brands

Every bottle of wine of got from here over that past 5 years, about one a year, has tasted anywhere from old to washed out to drain pour. This place is horrible for wine. I dont think they have the turn around with inventory like a grocery.
