Let me start by saying this should be a slam dunk 5 star but things happen. Carl and the guys were fun to work with. Old school, in the best ways. A little song and dance, lots of knowledge and open to needs. We started off with a pool table in mind and ended up with that, a shuffle board and an air hockey table. Carl went so far as to go out to our new home model to check to see everything would fit.After waiting for everything to come in, installation day came and the guys worked all day. We did have some minor damage to the shuffle board but it appeared to be a factory issue and in any event they worked with us on it.A few days later the issue occurred. I wont get into the gory details but the installers really messed something up. I called and after some investigation they took responsibility. At the end of they day they responded appropriately and luckily for everyone it was a fairly quick and inexpensive fix.So bottom line is I would recommend them with the caveat that you pay attention to the install.

My 15 year old knock off pool table now plays like a dream! Rehabd the rails, new pockets and Simonis cloth. The installer did an amazing job. Take it from someone who bought this table when I sold tables. Thanks guys, love it!

Living in Mentor I had several options to choose from. Im glad I went with North Coast. Tom, Carl and Dennis are all real pros. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We bought a house that came with a pool table, so we decided to re-felt it and change the cushions. Carl was very informative and friendly and explained everything about our options. His partner Dennis was also very nice. The repair guys were very polite and did a great job. If I had realized just how poor the condition of the table was we might not have dared to do anything and yet the team was able to made the table surface look and play like new. We are exceedingly pleased and highly recommend this business!

Once we were sure on the colors for the table and bumpers, they were very prompt in leveling and installing the new table. They even worked around our busy schedule to fit us in. They know all the questions to ask a seller and what to look out for. Their knowledge and (most importantly) honesty, saved me from making a bad purchase that I really would have regretted.They also bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule with moving the table to from the sellers house to mine. Ive never seen such great customer service from any other company Ive dealt with.They specialize in the disassembly, moving and reassembly of tables. They even updated the table that I bought with new felt and cushions. The move and the reassembly was completed all in one day and the guys were extremely nice and professional.If you are considering purchasing a table (new or used) or if you need repairs to your current table, you need to talk to these guys first.
