Called to cancel my service (February) and was told my contract would be up the following month (March) and I wouldnt need to do anything else. Saw I was charged again 2 months later so I called again. This time they told me that I needed to send an email to cancel with information. Now theyre contacting me again a month later saying I need to pay for the last month and was told it takes 30 days for them to cancel service. So from the day I cancelled to the time it took them to process I was charged...
Our equipment is 5 years old, and malfunctions on a regular basis. When I called for service, I was ignored then lied to. Protection 1 just was bought by ADT...from bad to worse! Cancelling as soon as possible!
