Hiring this company was a big mistake. The carpet took almost a month to come in, we purchased on 1/30 and the job wasn’t done until 3/ 21. They carpeted a wrong room then tried to bill me for more carpet to finish the original job. Left a huge mess on the last day for myself to clean up. Showed up to my house unexpectedly Twice to collect after I said I would run a check up on the weekend due to work. Very unprofessional.

I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional. I hired Tom to build my pool. Gave him 75% upfront and he told me his crew would install it. First off he doesn’t have his own crew. He hired a company that has a two star review. They requested another 4,000$ to start digging. Tom tried giving me a used pump that was way undersized for my in ground pool. Luckily I said something. 8 months later my pool has water in it. He told me a couple weeks. Heater hasn’t been working now for over 3 weeks. The liner is popping out of the groves that I have to keep putting back in. Tom showed up to look at progress once. He keeps making excuses. I had to help the guy that was installing the pool. He also has more excuses and won’t return to finish the job. If you are thinking about a pool I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Maybe they should stick to floors.

Most unprofessional Pool sales person ever!! Similar situation to other review just posted...no communication except when his money was due, does NOT check on progress from the customers point of view, does NOT care what about the customer experience. Says what you want to hear to make the sale, and then no follow through on his end. Install is sub contractor, not his company as called on the contract.
