Great little place for breakfast. Its attached to the car wash so unless you were looking for food nearby, chances are you wouldnt even know its here. Definitely coming again!

Very Good place for breakfast/brunch. Too bad N.Royalton does not have a single restaurants or diner for Supper. Town really needs one. Just bunch of burger, taco drive- thrus & pizza. We are always embarrassed when out of town guests show up and there is not a single place to take them for a nice meal in NR.
Food preparation, pancakes were not cooked long enough, had to send them back, however re make was great.
Sherry and the cook were so nice! My eggs benedict and my sons ham and cheese omelette were excellent. Cant wait to go back again!

Pretty bad experience. My omelette was overcooked and crispy. My side of bacon was soggy and greasy. When asking for the toast for the second time the server proceed to serve the guests that came AFTER us their toast first. They completely forgot to still give my friend her the toast while her food was pretty much already gone. Not to mention the eggs were over medium so there was no dipping of the toast for the eggs she ordered over easy…..Won’t be back

Stopped for lunch on 12/22/20. Will NEVER go back. No social distancing,, watched the waitress wipe down tables with same rag from behind counter. One customer had a pile of dirty Kleenex in front of her, ( sneezing and coughing) touching menu.. which the waitress picked up and never cleaned ( then handed to next customer), and then proceeded to put toast in toaster. Bottle of disinfect on counter, but never used. Dirty and disgusting!

Service was slow and waitress brought my toast 20 minutes before any food came. My son, a regular, was upset because we were a party of 6 and had 3 kids who had to wait ( and fidget), smh.

Royal Lunch is my favorite diner. it has the traditional low-cost American diner feel to it, and the food is great.i normally get an omelette, rye toast, and hash browns for breakfast. the omelettes are always overstuffed (in a good way) with different variations - mexican, polish, and greek are a few examples. the royal omelette is my go-to, and comes with onion, green peppers, ham, bacon, mushrooms, tomato, sausage, and two kinds of cheese. the 82 is similar but features gyro meat and corned beef. both cost about $7.00 and come with two thick pieces of toast and a lot of hash browns.the servers use a team approach to take care of customers, so someone is always available to refill coffee and water. the servers also deliver orders quickly. they are friendly and provide good customer service.the facility feels like a traditional mid-western American diner. It can get crowded, but I normally do not have to wait for a table around 10:00 a.m. patrons are what anyone would expect from a typical diner - older-and-middle-aged families with kids. there is usually is a television on with sports.i will keep coming back for the great omelette breakfasts, friendly staff, and low prices. they are the best in the area.
This place is a classic hole-in-wall dinner. The food was average. I had corned beef hash that was obviously canned and a bit runny. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The coffee was okay.The clientele seemed to he comprised of country locals. No people of color here. A lot of rude stairs at my African-American husband by patrons, but weight staff was good and attentive.

Delicious, thick sliced bacon. Eggs cooked well. The hashbrowns are huge and delicious. Toast is good.. great prices. Breakfast was under $3 .. coffee was good. The waitress did good. My cup was always full.

I frequent this restaurant at least twice a week and always enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Today, I got take-out and noticed the eggs smelled funny, I take a closer look and notice some of the eggs are blueish green and smell like mold. It was absolutely disgusting and I wasnt able to eat the rest of the day. Unfortunately, I will never be able to eat their food again because of my experience with these moldy eggs. I found a new breakfast place on Pearl Road that is much better quality.
Good inexpensive food served quick
Im only giving 1 star because there is no way to give zero. My family and I have been here a few times and each time the experience is worse than the time before. Food is great, thats not the problem. The problem is how long it takes to actually eat. Service is terrible. Our server seemed very overwhelmed and scatter brained with such a small section, was more concerned about seating regulars with her than taking care of the rest of us. On a busy day its understandable to be a little frazzled, but dont tell the whole restaurant that you are! Took 10 minutes to get our drinks and another 35 to get our food. The toast was brought out 10 minutes before our food so she had to remake it, refills were non existent, and not even an apology was given for the wait. We at least deserved that much. Customers that were there 20Minutes after we sat down were eating before us. We ended up leaving we were so frustrated at that point. And again, no apology or anything to make us stay or even want to come back. I will never be back, and will let everyone else know not to go there either. Again, food is great... when you can actually eat it. Get new waitresses.
Its a greasy spoon style restaurant. This means good tasing food, low cost. No fancy menus, no fancy drinks. I go for great breakfast, big portions. Great service.

Food is low quality but appropriately priced. Got the Benedict, omelette and coffee for about $13. Service was excellent. Would return for pancakes and waffles or something simple perhaps.

Service & food is good but get it to go! I HATE eating here because of the annoying & incredibly LOUD Ice maker right in the middle of the main room! Honestly every time my friend drags me their for breakfast I get so aggravated because we cant even have a conversation over the grinding & grumbling of the this very loud compressor. Move it to the kitchen where it belongs!!!! If their is no room have ice delivered or build a doghouse addition it will pay off believe me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I went for breakfast last week, it was late morning not crowded 2 other tables were occupied, In fact it was the morning President Trump was being inaugurated. While we were eating our meals the waitress ( tall old blonde waitress ) was filling the sugar containers on all the tables. She came to our table reached across the table and grabbed the contained filled it and put it back, no excuse me or anything then she came back to our table and reached for the jelly container right when i attempted to take a bite of my food her hand went across my plate of food right to the jelly container again no excuse me or anything she fills it and then reaches across my plate again and puts it down and walks away!!! How rude!!!!! If she would of asked I would of handed it to her or she could of just waited till we left. When we went to pay our tab the waitress (short brown hair old waitress) never said thank you, please come again or how was everything. We will never go there again!!!!!!!
