Nick and the team at DeFazio designed and installed an irrigation system at my house. They were great to work with, hard working, and extremely professional. They were able to complete the job in what I would consider a pretty short amount of time. Nick was very responsive about all of the questions I had related to the installation and programming of the system. Everyone from the team that I worked with was courteous and represented the company well. Looking forward to having DeFazio complete all of my spring and fall servicing going forward. We had an aluminum fence installed. The fence is beautiful. They went above and beyond to move dirt around and make it look nice. Excellent communication throughout the process. Extremely satisfied. Will recommend to anyone looking for a fence.

We used DeFazio Company after the people putting in our yard, Precision Corporation, recommended them for the irrigation. They were on time and budget, went in smooth with low profile heads, and the owner Nick came out personally to program and show how the system works. Very pleased with their service and the follow-up winterization.

De Fazio was contracted to address standing water issues in my small back yard. second attempt to address, 1st with this company. While the process of obtaining bid was pretty efficient, there was not a lot of follow up communication for the scheduling and so forth. Once I reached out a few times to get sense of timing, they began when scheduled, completed in time frame identified and performed the expected work with little to no additional interaction. The result of the work is as intended - I no longer have standing water issues, the top soil and grass replanting was OK (grass came in pretty well, despite the season), though the worked over area has experienced some settling beyond that expected, and will require additional work to finalize in the spring to even it out and correct any sunken areas. That said, overall, De Fazio did what was asked, good quality and timely completion once scheduled. Value was excellent. I would recommend.

The DeFazio team did a very nice job with my drainage project...the finished product looks great. The crew on site was very respectful and conscientious about keeping the area as clean as possible at the end of each day.

They just did a tear down a haul away of my old deteriorating fence and built a new fence in my yard. The quality of the work was incredible and very quick. The workers were very friendly and professional, they event went above and beyond the scope of the job. Nick was great to work with and is a true professional. I’d highly recommend Defazio Company.

DeFazio did an excellent job with the installation of a drain and fence on my property. We have had several heavy rains since drain was put in (August 2020) and it has resolved the problem of standing water in my backyard. They were easy to communicate with and professional, would definitely recommend!

My wife and I hired the team at DeFazio Company to design a drainage plan for our North Royalton backyard. We couldnt be happier with the results and the professionalism with how they handled the entire project. From the beginning stages of the design plan to working with the city engineers to obtain the proper permitting, they made this a stress free experience.
