We thought it would be a great ending to our Labor Day to have some ice cream. Our 9 year old grandson was excited to try a new place. I had been to the Pine Cone just once before and new they hard the hand scooped he loves. We were cared for by Anna, the sweetest lady, who offered samples, patiently waited for him to make his choices and added a wonderful smile as she handed over his treat. We spent a little more time chatting with her before leaving. On his own, our grandson told us of how kind Anna was and....the ice cream the best ever. You have great product and a real treasure in Anna. God bless

Ice cream is tasty and many flavors to choose from. Decent size scoops. Friendly and helpful gal scooping, never felt rushed when choosing, which is so nice these days. She was the only one there, but she could scoop quickly. There was no rush at the time, but if there is, you might have to wait a bit, but worth it.Outside sitting area serene, with some porch swings and wooden chairs - shady areas mid-afternoon. Prices are reasonable- $5.50 milkshakes, $4.50 for 3 scoop cone.This is out first time here. Great experience - Will be back!

Just found this gem! Rich, very different flavors of ice cream, lovely outdoor seating area. The woman who served us was super friendly and explained flavors, and offered samples.

Delicious 😋 I really like the pistachio and the chocolate is very flavorful. And the medium size in a cup is huge. It is also very peaceful sitting outside. Great place to enjoy ice cream.

Very family friendly place to relax and enjoy a treat! Wonderful cabin style indoor atmosphere and cabin style log seating. Including outside, They also have a couple of water fountains within the outside seating area as an added treat to relax by. Wide variety of Ice Cream flavors. They even sell packages of Fresh Coffee. Their Ice Cream is A very good creamy flavorful quality Ice Cream. Adjacent to their Ice Cream Shop is a large Home and Garden establishment that carries an extreme assortment of anything and everything one could ever need for their Lawn/Yard/Garden or Landscaping needs! I enjoyed their Banana Split tonight! (Its in my pictures)

Perfect little spot to have ice-cream. This was our first visit and I found my experience to be Awesome! Cozy, Clean, Friendly service with a warm smile, plus a nice variety of different flavors to choose from. Reasonably priced!

Up until yesterday Id give Pinecone 5 stars. The ice cream, prices and service were great. However, yesterday there were new workers and we were given about 50% less ice cream and almost no toppings. I hope this isnt going to be how it is from now on. If it is we definitely wont be going back. Other ice cream shops give you more for your money. We are very disappointed because this used to be one of our favorites.

I really enjoyed the outside scenery of Marias Garden witches are joined into the pine cone ice cream place.. upon my first visit there I was greeted by young man and the young woman who were very nice and help me with my first selection of a pine cone ice cream which turned out to be pumpkin and it was delicious as Im sure all the ice creams were thank you and this is a very nice place to go to especially in the summer and fall months....

This extension of Maria Gardens is very well built and has a great atmosphere. It is a nice looking Ice Cream shop with outdoor seating. The ice cream itself is just your standard Hand Dipped (fancy term for its server from a tub). There is nothing special about the ice cream but its not bad either. Prices are comparable to other Ice Cream stops in the area.

Cute little shop connected to a garden center. They have maple walnut ice cream which is always a huge plus in my book! They have a beautiful patio outside too. An unexpected ice cream gem in Northeast Ohio.
