The staff is really courteous and friendly. Also they are real helpful. Most of the it seems like they know their clients real well. Is a outside storage but is very clean and for 10 dollars extra you get 24 hour access.
Had items missing from the unit I rented.. house hold items, my books, boxes of my brand new pots and pans. I had alot of things missing from this location never again the worst DONT RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS LOCATION!
The review is for their storage . I had clear water damage to my furniture from the ceiling. Even after local staff acknowleding the fact, the corporate office made sure to not do a dang thing for me (in terms of restoring, replacing the furniture or compensating me in any way...not even store credit !). And their joke investigation took over a month . Theyre getting 2 instead of 1 stars because the truck rental has never given me issues.
I rented a U-Haul trailer here the other day. The owner went the extra mile helping me get hooked up and on the road. I was very thankful for this help provided.
