They are always polite, and they take care of you right away. I went in to get a padded envelope for my package, but they did not have my size. They looked around and came up with a cardboard box that was just right. I really liked that they went out of there way to find me something instead of just saying we do not have anything that will work. So if i have anything to send i will always go to UPS store.

This location has really great employees who are knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldnt go anywhere else to do Amazon Returns or to ship items. Busy location, but they are efficient.

I have been to this store several times. Even during busy times there are enough employees so the wait time is short. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable and my packages have always arrived on time without a problem. Due to numerous problems with USPS reliability I highly recommend this store!

I ship packages often from here in Ohio to family in California. The North Royalton UPS Store is my go to place for shipping. They are quick efficient and always helpful. I like that by looking up my phone number to access my account they can pull up frequent addresses and print a label for me. Wait times in line are zero to 3 minutes. It’s a time saver nice people too. I almost never use the Post Office to ship anymore.

The people at this UPS store are great! I went in with a few questions about how to fax and get something notarized. They helped me to copy and fax. I then came back 30 minutes later to get something printed off my phone and notarized. I couldn’t the information off my phone but the young man got it sent and printed for me. Then the young woman was helpful with my notarized paperwork!! They are always helpful when I go in.

I consistently receive professional and high levels of service! I am always well cared for whenever I’m in the store. There are other locations closer to where I live, but whether it’s shipping or copying needs, they are worth the drive!

Buyer beware! I could not print the return label for an item I wanted to send back so I ended up at this store. They charged me almost $22! I was assured this was the cheapest method. I later learned that had I been able to print my own return label it would have been $7.50. I don’t understand how they can justify their pricing. Only go here if you don’t mind overpaying.

I used to have an account at Postnet and they went out of business. I also had two boxes at the United States Post Office and once again this company is so much better. I have been with the UPS store more than three years and never has a parcel or mail been lost. Because I have a situation which prevents me from taking some packages to my car I am so pleased that the employees assist me. They also treat my wife with great respect and assist her if necessary. This is a great value and I encourage all of you to participate.

Its always a pleasure to send UPS. The lines are short and packages are received within reasonable parameters. For frequent mailing to the same location, UPS stores those details. I plan on using them in the near future.

Both times that Ive been into this location, the customer service has been horrendous.Im not sure how this place stays in business except its the only UPS store around? I will drive the extra 10 miles so I dont have to deal with the rude, sexist, owner.***update*** I drove to the other UPS store and they were friendly and shipped my package with no issues. Im looking at the 5 star reviews and theyre either from men or people with only 1 review ( likely family/friends).

Yes great customer service. You pay what they tell you but $2.25 to tape a box? doesn’t matter how much tape you need. Make sure you tape you boxes before dropping it off. Smh

GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERY TIME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Poor customer service and follow through. Needed to return a package to the manufacturer for defect. Address was clearly on the package. Employee somehow mis-entered address. Shipped on on 11/28 (to the incorrect address the employee messed up) and returned to store 12/10. Followed up with store last wknd and was told by woman that they would take care of shipping it to correct destination. One week later and nothing has been done still. I understand it is the holidays and things are busy, but with the errors and lack of concern follow through at this location, I would advise customers to choose a different UPS store.

Online states and window shows hours open at 10am. Drove 20 minutes as it was closest to me and sat there until 1030 to find store still not opened!

Ups knocked once on my door and took off with my package. I open door and the guy left off my front door with my package to another building. I yelled off the balcony and he continue to run to another building. What a loser.
