Great experience, cant wait to have a warm home this winter (installed July 2021). Matt F. was terrific, and patient, throughout this process (started looking July 2019). He was very easy to work with, prompt, knowledgeable, and was low pressure. Aaron and Scott did a fantastic job with the install. Took great care of my home, were fast/efficient/friendly. Barely took 2 hours for the installation. Definitely recommend Country Stove & Patio, great people all around with very reasonable prices.

We had the good fortune of meeting with Nick Federico at Country Stove in late summer of 2021. Nicks help was key to us purchasing far and away the best grill weve ever enjoyed - a Napoleon with its famous searing grill, rotisserie, grilling basket, etc. He patiently explained and recommended the grill and features according to how we liked to cook, not according to any notion of his preferred sale. Sounds silly, but two extra things he helped with were priceless: 1) holding delivery for a couple months while our new home was being finished; 2) making sure we ordered a Napoleon specific grill cover (strong and CANNOT blow off due to design and nylon clips at each end - BRILLIANT!).Pricing and product was great, but Nick and other members of staff have always been professional, kind, and very well product informed. So pleased we dropped by, and we will not go elsewhere be it for grills or fireplaces. Thanks guys, well done!

We were shopping for a direct vent gas fireplace insert and after reviewing the models with each store, it was clear Country Stove & Patio had the most knowledgeable sales people and a great selection of product. We purchased the Napoleon Elevation 36 and Nick, the installer they use far exceeded our expectations on cleanliness, workmanship and timeliness. The insulation they put it was far better than our old one We love the Elevation, very easy to use, gives off a lot of heat to our large great room and looks fantastic.

I wish every business were as courteous and helpful as this. We bought a fire pit here for our patio in 2018. The team was very helpful as we made the original purchase. Unfortunately, the product deteriorated over the winter, showing cosmetic damage. This was a manufacturer defect on a product that was since discontinued. Country Stove & Patio gave us an in-store credit to select a new product. I really appreciated the way they handled the whole situation. That is what motivated me to go online after nearly a year, to commend them for their great customer service.

I had looked all over Northeastern Ohio for the right fireplace insert to fit the space of the house and the clean design that my wife liked. After finding Country Stove and Patio on-line, we noticed they carried the brand Lopi which was highly recommend by a friend who has the same installed at his home. We called Matt and made an appointment, because of our scheduling it was difficult to make it there during normal business hours. Matt and his brother stayed late and was super accommodating for us and had the units lit as we arrived. Easy to talk to about our concerns for the space the guys made it clean to which model would be best. After making the appointment for installation they stayed in contact with us making sure the date was still ok.The job also involved moving a undersized unit to a different fireplace. The install crew made every effort for the install to be done correctly. With the cold making it’s way to NE Ohio this week it was nice to have both units up and running and keeping the house at perfect temperature. I can’t recommend this company enough or the Lopi brand. I was extremely impressed with the professional customer service and installation of my gas logs purchased from Country Stove & Patio. I was given the run around from other local dealers that were too busy working their online business to notice they had a live customer in their store. CS&P didnt sell me, they helped me find what I wanted. I had a slight issue with my remote and they sent Bruce to fix the problem. Bruce found the problem in minutes but stayed to research the underlying cause so it wouldnt happen again in another 2 months. No one does that anymore. I give Country Stove & Patio 5 stars without hesitation.

The team and Country Stove & Patio is fantastic to work with. In early 2020 we were searching for a fireplace insert to revitalize a colonial-style brick fireplace. Matt P. took time to answer my questions and my husbands questions over a couple days (yeah, we had a *lot* of questions!), relate all our options, double check all the safety requirements to insure our install went off without a hitch, and kept up great communication through the whole process. We hit one minor snag post install (factory manufacturing issue) but the team didnt miss a beat and quickly helped to start the process to get it corrected. Even during the shutdown due to COVID, they didnt forget about our parts that got ordered in March and will be coming this weekend to finish that last component. Cant thank everyone at County Stove & Patio enough for all of their help! Thanks to our new fireplace insert (installed in mid-January) our propane consumption dropped by over 60% (tank got filled same week fireplace insert was installed, so easy to track). We highly recommend them!

This store is impressive! From the outside it looks small, but when you walk in it just keeps going back. They have one of the best selections of gas inserts that I have seen which makes it easy to compare models. We decided on a Napoleon insert and couldnt be happier.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I had a fireplace serviced a couple of years ago by Country Stove and Patio and the technician was prompt, worked cleanly and did a great job of repairing the unit. I recently had an unrelated issue with the same fireplace and called upon Country Stove again. Unfortunately the manufacturer was no longer supporting replacement parts for the fireplace. Country Stove went above and beyond to find a resolution for this problem and against all odds they did it! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will definitely make future purchases from them and recommend them to others.

Made a trip to check out the new Green Mountain Grills that just came out. They had the newest models in stock and I took a new prime Daniel Boone home with me. It was nice since the guy I talked to actually cooks on the grill and showed me the ropes. Great experience.

Worked with these folks on taking out my old wood fireplace and putting in a new gas fireplace. Wow! Extremely helpful right off the bat and worked seamlessly with my general contractor who is doing work throughout the house. Easy to get a hold of and quick to get my questions answered. The fireplace is now completely updated and is so simple to use. Couldnt have asked for a better outcome.

What a great experience! I came in looking to change my fireplace to gas. They had many burning displays and explained the differences of what I could install. I wanted to get a head start before winter and my gas insert was installed a week after I ordered it. I love my new fireplace!

We stopped in to find out about their wood burning inserts and the salesman Matt P. was so knowledgeable, patient, and nice while explaining the different inserts they carried and about the zero interest finance plans available. The atmosphere of the store is nice with several choices to pick from and there was no pressure to buy. They stopped out to my home to measure to make sure the insert I wanted would fit into my fireplace and then placed the order and set up the install. The day of the install two installers Erin & Pat brought over the insert. They were both very down to earth, nice and professional. There wasnt any mess left behind and the insert was installed correctly and quickly without any problems. Everything was handled perfectly and that in itself was really a nice change of pace from some of the other retail stores weve dealt with. I would highly recommend this store and we hope that the owner of the store realizes what they have in the people that work for them and compensate them accordingly as you just dont find this kind of service and dedication everyday. We cant wait to use our insert this coming winter. I would also like to say that we went there to shop before their winter rush so the insert would arrive and be installed in the warmer weather that September offers and that the products are made in America from U.S. manufacturers with great warranties! Im confident that if we have anymore questions or if a warranty issue should arise that they will be there for us then too . Thanks

My wife and I were in need of changing our old wood burning fireplace into something that would give us heat and be easier to operate. I was impressed with how many different options were available and how our salesman walked us through a few different products that would work. We purchased a gas log set and had Country Stove install it. We are more than pleased with our new fireplace and we already use it a lot more than our previous wood fireplace.

My wife and I wanted to update our fireplace doors since we had old brass doors from the mid 90s. Went to Country Stove & Patio to check out our options and we were impressed with the number of displays they had up, and how simple the associate made the process. They came out and measured and installed the door when it came in. We had fun showing off our new fireplace during our holiday parties!

Absolutely awful online purchasing experience. Placed and was charged for an order. Thought since cheapest shipping charge was double the price of the item, it would be shipped promptly. After a week of having no update from the store, had to call. Was told item was probably out of stock, yet had I not reached out, it seems they would have been just happy to hang on to my money and not update me on the situation. They weren’t able to give me a solid answer on the status of my order, only that the person that took care of web sales was away, and they would call back. After no call back, within a reasonable time frame, I had to open up a dispute claim with my credit card company. Totally unreliable.After posting this review, I did have a reach out from store, and they refunded the money- still was not impressed with experience.

My parents purchased a home with a Vermont Casings stove. My dad, age 87, kept getting on his hands and knees to start and stop the pilot light and stove! We called Matt Federico at The Country Store and he helped us locate the model number and he helped us to set our remote control to operate the stove. No more hands and knees!!! Matt didn’t even know us or sell us the stove....wow!!! Now that’s customer service!!!Thank you Matt!!!

I have made two big ticket purchases from CS&P. The first a wood burning insert. Matt was great to work with, explained everything and we are happy with the insert.Our second purchase was a hot tub. The salesman who I dont remember his name almost seemed like he didnt have time for us. Had it not been for our good experience the first time we would not have purchased the second time due to the second salesmans poor attitude.Within the first year we had issues with the tub. I called CS&P and there service guy came out a few different times and was unable to fix our issue. Eventually they pretty much gave up and I had to call the manufacturer. They helped me find another dealer in the area who was able to fix the tub on the first visit.I would have given 2.5 stars if I could, I did have a good experience to start. However we have decided we will never shop this establishment again due to the poor customer service provided after our second purchase. Basically they got the money and had no concern for us after that.

I recently purchased a home and wanted to install a wood burning stove. I did some research and thought I knew what I was getting into until I stopped into here. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and taught me a lot more than I anticipated. The atmosphere here was great and I felt like I was right at home. They did a very professional installation and I would highly recommend this local, family owned business to anyone.

Wow. just read their response to my situation, really, totally different situation than I experienced must have been a different customer you were referring to. I wish I had the service and the part; Threw the grill out, you wanted a large sum of money to fix the grill we purchased from you 2 years earlier. I will never say anything good about this shop and their way of doing business as stated three years ago. If you really had given me a part and helped with the grill issue you had a customer for life. New house new patio new grill company just spent 6k on a beautiful setup. I bought a stove insert a while ago for my remodeled family room and although I havent had a chance to use it yet, I cant wait, Im sure I wont be disappointed.

Phenomenal customer service. I purchased a pellet grill from them and had a lot of issues with it from the start. After several months of working with the manufacturer and getting nowhere really, Matt stepped in and stood behind the sale and the product and sent a tech down to replace everything in the grill. Problems solved. Seems rare to get this level of service from a vendor anymore, so I appreciate it when I see it and I make sure to acknowledge it. Thanks guys.

Two Techs worked 3 hours and rebuilt the entire fireplace. They were vary qualified and the charge was most fair. The Company is busy and they do have a back log of work.

I was recently in town to visit some family and friends and needed to pick up some spices and basics for some family grilling. Great people, awesome environment ... I wish we had a few of these stores in my area! Very knowledgeable people with a ton of options and choices!

Best fireplace insert purchase. Hearth shop and Embers are a rip off. They tell you one price and quote 2 thousand more referenced my friends to Country Stove.

Very rude employee. They didnt measure out the frame for the glass correctly and didnt even bother to say sorry, We asked for a discount and they just gave us our money back(which I dont mind). We asked for a discount because we already waited so long and now we have to wait even longer.Also one of the workers was talking to another and I heard him say, if Matt measured it Im not even surprised which I personally thought was very rude. Do not order anything from them unless u want to give money to such rude people.

We just finished a gas log project w/ Country Stove....and were blown away by the experience with our salesperson Tom Faught. We priced out logs at another local provider--and found the same ones at Country Stove....at a much less expensive price. Due to some unusual circumstances--the install happened the next day w/ Aaron--who once again was exceptional! These guys are great--go with them!!!

Country Stove, Patio, and Spa has been a great place to do business in our community for a long time. I have always found the salespeople to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. More people should give small buisinesses a chance. It helps keep our communities strong. Check them out next time you need anything for fireplace, stoves, or outdoor gas lights (only place around to buy replacement mantles for outdoor gas lights). Happy Holidays.

Service was ok but found the exact same item for sale after the fact on the manufacturers web site for $130 dollars less plus it was on sale for another 100 off. This was on an item costing $359.00. No bargains here.I had a number of conversations with Dominic(spelling?) the owner after the original review in which I gave them or rather the experience of the purchase a 1. The manufacturer of the product I purchased seems to have been dumping that product on the web for far below what the distributors and retail stores can purchase it for. Long story short after my discussions I am convinced of the integrity and honesty of the folks at Country Stove and Patio. The lesson to be learned from the experience is if you find a product priced substantially different from a product you have already purchased or are considering purchasing approach the business about it. There may be something that can be done, such as offering exemplary service, etc.

We personally had a bad experience. Our salesman was very nice and respectful. However, the fireplace doors we ordered for our over 60 year old fireplace only had a 1/4 inch overhang which did not cover what the original doors covered, therefore exposing things that werent intended to be seen. They insisted they followed proper protocol, which perhaps they did, but it did not work for us. Next, to solve the problem, they ordered a surround panel or frame made of the same material which costs an additional $250 for us. Plus, who knows what this is even going to look like? There arent any pictures. For over a month now we have been in limbo. We removed the old doors thinking we could easily replace and move on. Not so. We repackaged the doors and it has been sitting in our living room making the place look junky and we missed over a month of good fireplace weather. I requested a discount and free installation. All they could offer was half off installation which is $75. For some reason, they couldnt even spring for $150, which would have made me feel better. Offering such a cheap resolution to our dissatisfaction just makes me more angry. So, it seems they would rather have a pissed off customer and save $75 than cough it up to make me a little happy. Weve spent well over $1000 and the owner couldnt give us a $150 installation for our trouble. Nice salesperson...Not sure what to think about the owner. We will never recommend this company; we will never use this company again.

Called about a fireplace door and gave them models numbers inside my chimney the dude said he would call in a day with pricing and delivery its been weeks still nothing great customer service you wont see me in there and that is why a bad review. Simply horrible someone else will get business.

I recently purchased my second Big Green Egg from the store. I worked with Matt to purchase the Egg and get to our summer home. They went out of their way to get the Egg to our place and ahead of schedule. Couldn’t have been easier!

I called to have service / cleaning done on gas fireplace they told me I was not an existing customer they would not service me . I explained I just purchased the house and that there sticker was on the paper work. the person then told me call back next year that they where that busy.
