Excellent advice and help from the counter person - I believe her name was Rebecca. She did a wonderful job color matching from my sample. She recommended a paint stripper that is working very well compared to the Behr product I had been using. Also, very friendly and courteous.

Helpful, pleasant staff. With coupons, paint is competitively priced.

The star is only for the young boy and the girl that were working Saturday evening the boy was very helpful. The younger girl was answering my question when this red head lady not in uniform completely interlude the conversation answering for the employee. Well later I figured the red head was a manager but you are not in uniform or on the clock you should not step in to a grade where you made your own employees look untrustworthy to customers.Last but for most she didnt give me the right answer,I wasnt matching my tone on the walls so I dont have to get a razor blade to scrape some off. My question was (I have a gray tone on my walls now so do I still have to use a gray primer still to cover the LIGHT GRAY WITH A DIFFERENT SHADE OF GRAY) I never said Im trying to match what I already have...Thank you for butting in miss manager off duty but that is not the answer I was looking for.

We tried to match a paint color with a sample & no other store could seem to get it right. UGH! Went to Sherwin Williams in North Royalton & LOVELY female store manager waited on me. Explained my dilemna, she scanned sample & VOILA matched the color perfectly! I will now only go there for help & supplies!

I was at n.royalton store today to pick 4 gallons of paint up and the guy never offered to carry them out to car!! That was a 1st time thats happened and I will not go back to that store! I will try a few more miles to the other store for now on
