I decided to do a patio extension just like everyone else this year. After receiving a couple quotes I decided to go with Precision Lawnscape/Corporation. First off, Mo from Precision came out to my house the next day for an estimate while the other companies scheduled weeks out. Precisions price was the lowest for what I wanted to accomplish in my yard. Once they were able to come to my house, within 2 days the crew had excavated and almost had the entire extension ready for concrete, which was no small job. They built the firepit and seating wall within a day. The crew was professional and the work was quality. I have a fenced in yard, and every day they removed what they needed to get in to my yard, and put back at the end of every day. My wife and I could not be more happy with the job precision did at my house. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do a patio or just needing landscaping. Great company. I was having trouble getting others to even return my call, they came out promptly, quoted me a fair price, and the job was DONE three days after I first contacted them. The crew was exceptional, youd never know they were there when they left. I recommend Precision without hesitation.

Reception and arborist were great. Removal of a tree and trimming of another not great. 10 hours seemed excessive for work. Felt need to apologizeto neighbors. Excess noise at 7pm just unacceptable. Workers left with no notice only to go out and see yard torn up, garage gutter dislodged/dented, plants damaged and a stray branch left on neighbors garage. Also snack chip bag left, and they used hose to wash something that ate through painted patio step.

During a recent microburst, Precision came out and took care of an extremely large branch that fell from our mighty oak. They came back the next day and finished what needed to be done. We would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Precision.

Precision Corp did a fantastic job of installing about 700 blocks 12 x 8 x 4 for our shrub bed retaining walls. I highly recommend this company for first rate quality workmanship.

This is my 2nd year using Precision Corp. They landscaped the front, did clean up, laid pavers in a small pergola, put stone around the barn, edged & mulched. Their work is excellent. They pay attention to even the smallest detail, doing everything thoroughly & in the proper way. They clean up everything so when they leave you can just enjoy. The crew is so pleasant and hard working. Mo, who advised us, gave us the estimate, and monitored the projects, is a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and professional. You may find someone to do the work for less money, but I doubt they would match the quality.

Precision Landscape did two amazing projects for me - both of which I totally love!! They put in a new lawn in my front yard with a seven zone sprinkler system and a few years later, they did a fairly large project in my backyard consisting of a 6 stamped concrete patio (beautifully tied in with my original patio), four oversized pillars on concrete footers, two additional footers for water fountains, gas firepit, flower beds, new steps (on footers) for my veranda and a concrete pad for my air conditioner. Mo and his team did an amazing job on all of these projects!! They have impeccable attention to detail and everyone was so professional and nice. They truly went the extra mile on everything that they did and Mo has a wonderful eye for design. The projects were also completed on-time and Mo was always extremely responsive. I had many special requests and he was so great at working with me on them. I have another substantial project that I would like for them to do as well!!

Very nice customer service. I spoke with customer service at the irrigation department who took her time to explain the process, pricing and service. She was kind and thoughtful. Sprinkler system service was performed by professional crew. I only wish if there prices were a little more reasonable although they aren’t that expensive compared to others in the area. I highly recommend them.

Just finishing up our first job with Precision Corp Landscaping. I am a fairly picky individual and have very high expectations for those that I work with. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Mo was a great communicator and has an eye for detail. He was awesome to work with from start to finish. Called last year to get a sprinkler system installed...after coming to my house never called or emailed me quote I had to call four times finally about 4 months later got the quote. .decided to give you another chance...someone came to my house 3 months ago for a quote ...to have two trees installed and re mulch yard ...again never hear back not once. I will never give you another chance or recommend you . Very unprofessional

Very happy with Precision. After working them on two retaining walls 3 years apart I couldn’t be more pleased. Earlier wall as strong as when first installed. Latest wall is also well done and crew did a perfect job cleaning up.Highly recommended!

The crew from Precision installed my new driveway, patio, sidewalks, and front walkway. They alsocut down a dead tree and ground the stump, and beautified two ugly patches of unsightly weeds.They filled in the boarders around the cement and planted grass. My fancy stamped walnut colored patio is big and lovely. Exactly what I wanted. Everything is beautiful. Mo was a pleasure to deal with, so kind and available to answer questions. His crew is the hardest working group if men Ive ever seen. The teamwork is incredible; they didnt stop working for a second. Two of the guys added a small special touch to the driveway apron. Mo and his crew are amazing! I had them do my entire landscaping including planting 12 large trees and a sprinkler system last year. It all turned out perfect! A tech named Al came out and he was fantastic, an A+. Came on time, put on booties in the house and worked hard and efficiently on the job. Excellent customer service guy. I had a couple sprinkler heads that I thought needed to be replaced but it turned out that they just needed new caps. He could have taken me for a ride on that to inflate the bill but was honest which I appreciated. Very fair price, $112.50 for a good amount of time and work. Wish everything went this smoothly. Highly recommended.

Complete disregard for other people’s yards. My neighbor had trees cut down using this company. The tree fell into our yard, it left crater sized holes, they didn’t remove the debris but simply blew it into our fence and they completely uprooted and destroyed our swing set. I brought up our concerns to our neighbor and she let Precision know, was told they would call to clean up their mess, they of course never called. I would strongly advise using a different company that actually cares for people’s property.

Ive had precision 3 times in last 5 years for major landscaping changes, tree and shrub removal and installation of stamped concrete patio. Most recently leveling out backyard, tree removal and sowing grass seed and planting trees and shrubs. They have always exceeded expectations and go above and beyond each time. Work is always thorough and neatly completed. Great customer service. Moe is great and always follows up.

On June 4th, 2019 we had some trees thinned and trimmed in our back yard.2 of the trees were almost 100 ft. We contracted with Mo and the Precision team to install a paver patio, retaining wall, sprinkler system, and landscaping for our new home in Medina. Could not be happier with the results. Loved be able to work with one firm on the entire project and the workmanship is outstanding. My job was just completed this past Tuesday, 9/11/18. I had a complete lawn tear out, re-seeding & my old ugly border was replaced with genuine Versa-Lock stones. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The owner always kept me up to date on the steps involved & I always knew when they were coming. Mo is an awesome guy & the crew is the most dedicated & professional that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Precision Corp. is ALL ABOUT QUALITY. No detail is ever overlooked, as this is the 3rd job that they were hired to complete. I can already see some tiny blades of grass growing. I would put zero stars if I could have. Like 2 other complaints reaching this company is next to impossible especially after they have your moneyI filed the below complaint with the BBB on 6/19/17 because once again they didnt take my request to resolve a situation seriously.I had a brand new lawn installed late last fall. Precision Corp never did the 6 to 8 week check up per our agreement. This Spring the grass had a lot of bare spots and build up of straw that didnt deteriorate like it should have causing more bare spots. Precision Corp was called in April. The lady that answered the phones had no information or resolution buy I was assured somebody would contact me. Nobody ever contacted me. Another call was placed to Precision Corp in May. A voice message was left because nobody answered the phone. Again Precision Corp did not contact me. I emailed the Precision Corp this past Saturday 6/17/17 through their web site expressing my dissatisfaction with the lawn installation. I stated if I didnt receive a phone call by the end of business on Monday 6/19/17 that I would be contacting the BBB. Precision Corp once again did not contact me.

We have used other landscapers in the past and never quite got the results we hoped for. After working with these landscapers and being unhappy we decided to go to Precision for a quote.Their quote was slightly more than the others, but the results were so much better than the companies we had used in the past. We are thrilled with the final product and are so happy that we decided to use Precision. Working with Precision Corporation is by far the best customer experience I have ever had. I contacted the office to make an appointment for some estimates on a facelift for my yard. They were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable while I asked so many questions. When the consultant came out to look at what I needed done, I really did not know what I wanted. He was so helpful putting together visions that would fit in my budget. I use the word consultant because it did not feel like he was trying to sell me and was truly helping. Even when I asked questions about future work on things that they typically do not do, he was knowledgeable and referred me to some contacts. I was able to get new beds and a beautiful patio. The crew was always on time and friendly. I was so happy with the work and ease of doing business that I had them add a small deck off the back a few months later. Precision is the Amazon of outdoor needs for Northeastern Ohio. It is a one stop shop. If I was the type of person that would put bumper stickers on my car (I am so not), I would have Precision all over it!!! Thank you Precision team for making my life easier during these projects. Great quality workmanship and excellent client service really does exist. Our experience with Precision Corporation has been nothing short of incredible. Our project began with adding an extension onto our driveway for our 2 daughters to park their cars but when we saw the photos on Precisions website of the walkways and patios and landscaping they have done our project soon turned into a driveway extension, a paver walkway, a paver patio, patio walls and all new landscaping including a retainer wall and lighting. Sounds like a scary project but Mo and his team helped simplify what should be difficult and complicated process. They spent the time to understand what my wife and I wanted and with their knowledge and experience, they were able to design our project around our tastes and budget. Our finished landscape, patio and driveway ended up being something beyond what we ever could have imagined. Precision came up with great ideas and as the project unfolded, they would continue to give suggestions as if it were their own home. I refer to the installers as craftsmen because what they do is really an art form. The way they shape and fit the stones really was amazing. Each bed was edged and cut with precision. Each bush was cut and shaped perfectly. The team really shows pride in every aspect of their work which is very rare these days. And, at the end of each day, they cleaned up the entire site which shows great respect to the client and the clients neighbors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Corporation with Mo and his Team, you will not regret it.

Had Precision come out 2 years ago to redo our front landscaping and everything from the evaluation to the completion was excellent.

My experience with Precision was exceptional from start to finish. The first day I talked to the office regarding having my patio replaced, I received on online photo album to review for ideas. When my installation date was near, Jason from Sales & Design came to my home to draw out what would be the new shape and to talk about color and the concrete stamp pattern. I thought I knew what color and stamp I wanted after having looked at the photo album. Jason listened thoughtfully and offered some different ideas on both the color and the stamp, a design that he felt would be more modern and suitable to my home. I followed his lead, and am VERY glad that I did. The patio was gorgeous when it was done. Honestly -- beyond my expectations. The crew that did the work was fantastic. Unfortunately, there was a big storm hours after the patio was laid. When it dried over Friday and Saturday, it dried with white blotches throughout. It was upsetting to me, and I emailed Jason on Sunday. Jason was at my home to look at the patio first thing Monday morning. He smiled at me, told me that this was very common in the business (moisture trapped in the sealant) and not to worry. He had a crew out on Tuesday morning to reseal and correct. The patio is back to looking gorgeous! My husband and I will enjoy it for many years to come. I am so glad that I chose Precision for my home improvement project. And I especially appreciate having Jason as a partner. His excellent support made me feel like I was the most important customer he had.

I have a had a real problem recently with watering gathering near the end of my back yard. It slopes and when it rains it looks like a small pond was created. Nick came out, gave me an estimate, when he could do it and everything he quoted me did happen. If anyone one is thinking of having a irrigation problem and wants it properly repaired they are the ones. With all the rain we have had this year, not one single bead of water has gathered in that area. I wish I would have this done years ago. Their workman ship is second to none. They planted grass for me in that area and it has grown in and appears I never had a problem. I want to tip my hat to his employees and to Nick for doing what they said they would do. This company was working for a next door neighbor clearing trees. We made them aware of the property line and not to remove ours. They did so anyways. They were told to stop and did not until the police were called. The owner of the company who was aware of the situation did not bother to even contact us to apologize. We had to call him to complain. He promises to replace them but instead of taking care of it right away he decides to come back and finish the neighbors house first.

Well, i had a few bids out their on some outside stuff. I figured i wasnt going to get them done, and we never enjoyed our backyard... ever! I decided that this year, friends and family where coming over! The problem was.. I didnt know what i wanted. Unfortunately, nobody else could help me either. That is till Percision showed up to give a estimate. I had a modest budget, and wanted the best bang (wow) for the buck. Boy, did i get it! I didnt realize i could get all that for the money. None of the other companies offered that image with the same budget, I was sold. However, after brainstorming with Glen the consulted. I found that i could switch up a few things- that i was unaware of, and really up the wow factor. So in conclusion, after a long summer of friends & family, barbecues and birthdays. While i sit around my new fire pit, with again friends & family, in late October after trick or treating. Im still enjoying my backyard! Thank you! We all love it!

My husband signed a contract weeks ago to get some minor work done and we waited and waited for them to come by and do the work. After one month my husband contacted them and they said they would be out in the next couple of weeks. When they didnt show up in that time frame, I called and they said they would be out by Friday before Memorial Day. Again no call, no show. I called on Tuesday after and they again said they would be out by Friday. I called to confirm this on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday at noon I called again and was promised they would be out by the end of the day. It is 6:15 on Friday night and they are again a no call no show. No one is there to answer the phone. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service.

Every employee was easy to work with. We had a new lawn installed and new landscaping. Looks great!

In 2004 Precision Corp. did all the landscaping on our new home. This included much hardscape of walls and steps. Due to improper backfilling by builder, some of the hardscape near foundation settled. I called precision and they disassembled the steps and planters, repacked the earth and reassembled the hardscape. It now looks as good as the day they first put it in. I am very pleased with their work and the quality of their employees.

Used these guys to start up my sprinkler in the spring as several other houses on my street use them. Will NEVER use them again. Tried upselling me on new heads for $800! Told them to take a hike.

Tried contacting this company several times and left voicemails. Still no response.

Only complaint I have is that their voice mail says they are open M-F 9-5, yet they are never there when you call. NEVER
