I had a terrible experience at the Auto Zone in Rose Park and left without buying anything. I decided to give Auto Zone another try but at this location. I am so happy I did! Kyle was awesome! He matched my car with new windshield wipers and helped me in the aisle when I got confused. As I was checking out, he offered help to install them and I didn’t even have to ask. Kyle went above and beyond! He quickly installed the wipers and I drove away in the rain as one happy customer. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for my auto needs! Thanks Kyle!

Brought my car in yesterday to get my battery tested. Hector went above and beyond. His customer service skills are out of this world.Friendly, knowledgeable and overall a great person and you can tell and see that he treats his employees with respect. Quick to help them and explains what needs to be done. More businesses need employees like him!

I had both bulbs blown out in my car after having had it taken to the mechanic, which led staff at AutoZone to let me know I had a short..thanks for telling me i stead of selling me more bulbs to blow!

I came in because my headlights weren’t working & I wanted to get my alternator checked. Olga was VERY helpful and took the time to check my alternator and fuses for me. Figured it was my bulbs that needed to be replaced and she helped me choose the best for my vehicle. I really appreciated her help, this location has the best customer service !

What the incompetent stuff... nobody was able to find the simple o-ring with its size...

I walked into Auto Zone with my baby as I waited for a repair that was taking longer than anticipated. The employees asked me if I wanted a chair to sit on, offered me water, and provided exceptional customer service outside of what was expected. Their help with the car was appreciated and their care and concern with my baby warmed my heart.

We just purchased new windscreen wipers are Autozone, Redwood road and the service was excellent! We also received brilliant advise on where to get our windscreen repaired. Highly recommend!

I should start by saying, I live in Salt Lake and there is several Autozones and O’Riellys and the like that I pass to come here, it’s worth it. I normally get Maggie to help me and she always has been awesome.I called her to check if they had the battery in stock and they did, but when we put it in it was dead in the box. George (the manager) offered to run to another store, in his personal truck as their parts runner was out running parts, to pick up another battery! All the while, Maggie (commercial accounts) held down the fort with a whole slew of other customers. I was amazed by the whole teams abilities in what was borderline chaos, all with a short staff. Well done and my deepest thank you’s!!!!

If you have a choice between this location and the Bountiful location, go to Bountiful. The staff here were rude, unhelpful and dishonest. On the other hand, the folks over in Bountiful are great!The dishonesty: I asked my wife to grab a jack stand on her way home from work (yes, shes great) but she picked up with wrong model. I moved it from the back of her car to the back of mine and returned it to the store with receipt in hand. The packaging still had the plastic straps around the box securing it closed (the kind you must cut off to open the lid). It was obvious it hadnt been used. The manager insisted they cut the straps off to confirm that it hadnt been used. Of course, the employee was embarrassed when he opened the box and saw that everything was wrapped in its original packaging. Then, they said that it had to be returned as damaged. This didnt affect my refund, but it was a dishonest characterization of the return unless, of course, AutoZone sold me a damaged product at full price initially.As for the jack stand, Ill be getting one from Costco. Better jack for less money (in my opinion) and apparently way less hassle.Ill be going to the Bountiful location in the future and am glad that this particularly rude manager is no longer there. If you go to the Bountiful store, you can also stop by OReillys or Napa if needed--they are all close by.Edit: the manager that helped me was NOT Jorge Ramos. That guy is awesome and its too bad hes no longer in Bountiful. I should also add that I ended up going to this store twice this week and both times had a disappointing experience.

Today Dec 26thI had the best customer service I ever had. The gentleman who I believe is the manager Rudy did an amazing job helping me with my lights, and he was so sociable.

Why is it the customer on the phone always gets helped first.I understand the need to answer the phone, but as I stand in line waiting for another phone call that came after I did, its frustrating.They dont have everything, but they can get it for you.I appreciate the bi-lingual staff, and they are always friendly, however a policy change may be in order.

Came in today to get my headlight bulbs replaced. The customer service was phenomenal! Sadly I didnt catch the gentleman name but he wore glasses and a beanie. The woman at the counter who rang me up was also very kind.

The actual autozone is north on redwood right next to a del taco and a chevron station. Google maps does not take you to the correct address. The nice employee on the phone was able to direct us to the store and was very helpful once we were inside too.
