We had the opportunity to work with Tres and he took the time to understand our family needs - even when he didnt have a trailer on the lot for us. He was great at letting us know when he had the inventory and wasnt pushy at all. He was very knowledgeable about our unit and was very helpful. Both my hubby and I were impressed at his professional demeanor and we were really grateful for the time and effort he took to help find us the unit we wanted. From start to finish we loved everything about Bish’s. The receptionist greeted us and got us set up with Charlie. What a great salesperson! The finance department was easy to work with. Lastly our walk through with Christian was fantastic. He did such an amazing job explaining our new camper to us. He took the time to answer all of our questions and helped get our trailer hooked up to our truck. He had such an easy and friendly personality! Coming to Bish’s the atmosphere was open, clean and family friendly. We don’t love bringing all 3 little kids with us to shop for trailers but this was the best experience yet, as they had games, snacks, TV and coloring books for them. They were entertained the entire time. Everyone was super nice and helpful.Charlie showed us around and stuck with what we asked. He didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t want. It was nice to feel listened too and actually get what we wanted. They also understood our situation in needing to pick up a week later and not right away.We also worked with Brandon who gave us a fair deal on our trade in that we were very happy with. He explained all the paperwork and answered our questions, even when we asked them twice.Overall this was one of the better treatments we’ve had with a “sales” company and highly recommend them. Excited to pick up our trailer soon!!

This place is awesome! I had never rented a RV before and brought my truck in to make sure I had everything I needed. Burke spent an hour with me checking everything out and giving me great suggestions. He was awesome! The day of pick up went smoothly and Jacob did a great job training us newbies how to hook everything up. The trailer was clean and up to date. Great experience! I will definitely be back!!

We came to Bishs to look at a used travel trailer and thanks to Tres honesty and being straight forward with us we picked up a 2021 Grey Wolf Limited. it was a bit bigger than we were originally thinking, but Tres was able to help us figure out if our vehicle (f150) would be able to handle it and it does perfectly. We have already taken it out on its maiden voyage and it is a dream. So far the experience with Bishs has been great the buying process was easy and we did not feel pressured into buying something we didnt need. We will continue to work with Bishs for as long as we have our trailer! Also Thank you to Andy for all the help with the purchase paperwork and finalizing the purchase of the unit.

Fantastic and friendly service. The RV we rented was lovely and only had ~2.5K miles on it; unfortunately the power steering line developed such a serious leak that we were stranded in a remote part of Colorado almost 7hrs from Salt Lake. It was stressful. The rental team took excellent care of us and 2 of them actually drove overnight to deliver me an adventure van. A towing service showed up at the same time, to take care of the RV. It was AMAZING! Thanks Bishs team, you really saved our vacation and made it a great experience.

Love this crew! I purchased a year ago and have been meaning to get this posted. I originally worked with Andy - straight forward no BS guy. Gave me all the details on the unit I was looking for with no hidden surprises, and no pressure. After making the decision on the Arctic Fox 990 truck camper, I arranged the paperwork with John in finance, as like Andy, very personable, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable. worked with my schedule to make it all happen seamlessly. Then came pick up day. I met Craig, I had a lot of questions and some custom retro fit for my hitch and trailer that I wanted to pull, (second picture) - Craig looked at it and within a few minutes had a phenomenal idea and approach to solving my needs. This guy knows his business like no one else. (and keeps a fridge stocked full of good drink! Soda that is :-) - I would recommend the Arctic Fox brand, and definitely the crew at Access RV! Thank you Andy, John, and Craig.

The sales experience was good, but the inspection and so called orientation was not.First of all the representative who walked us through the trailer had never seen it before, so it was as new to him as to us.Secondly, we had purchased a coating to protect the exterior and when we got there to pick up, there was a gray film all over the trailer…it hadn’t been rinsed clean.When the rep was showing us the water flow it was obvious that the antifreeze had not been thoroughly flushed… he even stated so; but, of course, nothing was done about it. Once at our camping destination, I had to remove the pump filter and flush it- it was clogged with residue from the antifreeze.Once we left the store there were a number of items that I had to repair or attend to- all of which should have been attended to before we took possession.1- air conditioning was not cooling well. I discovered that two mounting screws were missing which allowed leakage between the cooled air and the warm return air. This was due to the missing screws which prevented the baffle from separating the air flow.2- The water filter had not been installed and when I tried installing the mounting bracket fell off. I had to add a wood frame to secure the bracket in order to turn the filter housing.3-Also during orientation, the representative took off the the exterior vent door which accessed the back of the fridge. When he put it back on he failed to secure it and it fell off in transit. I had to replace the door.All in all, the inspection and preparation for taking possession was very sub-par.

The Rental Department is something else!!! I’ve recently started renting trailers from Bish’s RV! Bridger & Burke are a delight to work with! Zach man hooked up the trailer in no time! That hole department is pretty great, I sure appreciate those folks right there! Home town feel if you know what I mean! Awesome group of guys!

We rented a small 18 BH Trailer, it was brand new. Everything worked great we had a fun week in Moab. They made renting easy. Very customer freindly.

I own an Arctic Fox camper and I live in Utah half the year. I called to schedule a service appointment and they refused to service my unit because I did not buy it from them. They told me they were to busy servicing there customers to take my camper. Do they not realize this is not the last RV I will buy? I’ve been in business for 30 years and I am appalled at this practice. A customer is a customer no matter the size of the order! I learned a long time ago, one day the small fish will become the big fish…take care of your people!

Went in to winterize my camper trailer. The guys were very friendly. Got me in and out in a timely manner.

They won’t even give me a price. Just gave me the runaround. If they don’t have the trailer, or there is something wrong with it they could just be honest. Never seen a dealership that can’t tell you a price on something they have listed for sale. Guess they don’t really want to sell trailers.

Extremely happy with the staff and rental from access rv. The RV was in good condition and extremely easy to drive for newbies. Would definitely recommend the North salt lake team. After many months of planning and then covid hitting I was stressed. They calmed my nerves and we had a wonderful 12 days. Thank you Access RV.

Great company however the SLC location tends to encourage fraternization among married employees and unmarried employees by senior staff. The drama among employees would stop if No Fraternization was enforced and the sanctity of marriages was respected. It just sad to see one female employee run through multiple male staff ruin one marriage right after another.

Do not buy from here if you plan on using their service department. They will fix half of what you requested, and wont fix the other things or do a shoddy job. Plus ruin things that were perfectly fine and leave a mess.The rating reflects the service department. We purchased our 5th wheel last spring when they were Access RV. We dropped it off in October (still Access) for warranty work. They had my trailer from October 14th until May 1st, almost 7 months. We started checking in every couple weeks starting in March and they did not even call us when it was done. When we went to pick it up, our batteries were completely dead, they had to plug the trailer in for us to even get it on our truck. They told us they must have left the lights on overnight and drained them. When we got home and tried to charge them, our acid reader showed the batteries are in fair condition. Meaning they were left out and dead all winter.We called the day before to let them know we were coming the next day to get the trailer as instructed so they could pull it out front. They had to have known, when they were hitching it up that the batteries were dead since it has an electronic lift system. Yet, they did nothing about it and then lied to us about leaving lights on when we couldnt hitch up.When we pulled the slides out, there was some kind of sticky substance all over the floor that took forever to get off, and saw dust in the kitchen. They didnt make any attempt to clean up after themselves. There were multiple things that were slated for repair that they didnt fix or did a poor job of doing. They placed a putty on fridge panels to keep them from falling out instead of replacing then with larger ones, and had fallen out again by the time we got home. The curtain holder was still broken and floor moldings were still not attached.We called to let them know about the batteries and asked have them replaced and notify them of the work that was not completed. They did not seem surprised when I relayed my dissatisfaction with their work and the mess, nor were they very apologetic. They offered for us to bring the trailer back, but there is no way we are bringing our $50,000 trailer back to them. I told them I just wanted new batteries. Now we have to take them back in (a two hour drive round trip for us) and they want to keep them for 3-7 days to make sure they are bad. Then we can make the 2 hour drive back to get the new batteries. We offered to bring our tester with us so they could see right then and replace them but they have to send them to another company for testing... What a joke.Then as we were cleaning up the mess they left today, we unwrapped the new dining table. They replaced the original table, which had a cracked pedestal, with a new one and the top was still wrapped in foam. Once we removed it, we found it covered in water damage down one side, chipped edges, and the seams were splitting. We will have call them again tomorrow to see what hoops we have to jump through to get it fixed.It seems there should be a supervisor or someone who walks through the trailers to ensure the punch list was completed and the techs cleaned up after themselves, prior to customers picking up their trailers. They should also know that leaving batteries connected and not on a trickle charge in the winter will kill them. We disconnected them when dropping it off so they wouldnt have a draw on them. They reconnected them and left them that way all winter. Yet, we have to jump though hoops to get them replaced... Sorry for the long review but this is not how a service department should be ran.

Bishs just did a seamless transaction for me in purchasing my motorhome. It was incredibly easy to get a deal done and do all of the paperwork. Very happy in dealing with Barb initially and working with Andy in the dealership to wrap everything up. Would highly recommend. They did not have the RV brand I ended up purchasing but would absolutely sell to them again.

Just want to say a special thank you to Chad and Cristian for getting some warranty work done on my 80RB. I didnt have a whole lot of time beings how the Army is deploying me out next week to Romania and I wont be back till 1st of Oct. I cant say enough about this place. The customer service is top notch from the girls out front to sales & service. I have been coming from Grand Junction, CO for all my sales and service. 4 hr drive but worth it. Keep up the great work. I tell all my friends about this place.

We rented a motor home for our 2 week road trip around Utah. The rental process was easy and the team at Bishs were always very responsive on any queries.The motor home was more than enough for our small family and our 7 month old was very comfortable. The return process was easy and Bridger was very helpful in taking us through that process.Would love to take this trip again and get to the trails we didnt manage this time. If we do well definitely rent from Bishs again.

Our experience was great at this Bishs location. One of the nicest, if not the nicest RV stores in the SLC area. Weve been to most of them. We are shopping for a travel trailer. Hope was very patient and helpful and did everything to answer all of our many questions. We havent purchased from them nor used their service center, so I cant speak to that. Most all of the employees there were very friendly and helpful.

We found the staff courteous and friendly. We were check the facilities and services for future service work for our travel trailer.

Was a really nice camper and was clean. Very good price, friendly representatives, and had plenty of extras to choose from. Could have used leveling blocks though. Overall Very nice experience.

We rented a trailer this weekend to go on an early camping trip. The service was amazing from start to finish. The trailer was immaculate clean and everything worked amazing. It was so much fun and it had plenty of sleeping space. Thank you for such a fun experience with my family. Only complaint i have is now i want a brand new trailer of my own. Until then this is the best place to rent.

Just could not be happier with the entire experience at Bish’s. Beginning with my contact with Tres in sales, the work with Pete and John in finance, and with Teiler doing the walk-through and orientation for my new trailer, everything was top notch and magnificent.

Traded in our trailer here so we could get a tax break on a new one. By the time they got our new one in they said it took too long and now can’t give us the tax break. Not sure how taking a few months matters or how that’s our fault? Not only that but it was hard to get ahold of our sales guy and he never kept us updated, we had to keep calling to ask what was going on. Also a little annoyed that we drove 1 1/2 hours for the new trailer that has an obvious tear in the awning and now we have to take it clear back sometime to get it replaced. At least the place and the people were nice.

Bishs RV was outstanding. Not only did they help repair my RV in a timely matter, but the service I received for them will encourage me to return anytime Im passing through.

I can not tell you how blown away I am at the service I received!! When was the last time you actually were overwhelmed by people trying to help you?? I am a challenging customer due to my job, EVERYONE was flexible, kind, and understanding the FOUR times I had to reschedule my pickup!! I am also an A personality buyer, I check, come in and buy. Dave, Rachelle, John, Nate, and Tyson were quick, knowledgeable, efficient...even when my job kept buggering up the process!! Dave, showed me just what I asked for, Rachelle got the paperwork done, all digitally, John had everything ready for me to sign. The service department is amazing, I pay attention to how folks treat the elderly: Nate, Tyson, Trent, Craig, and all the service guys on several occasions were patient, respectful, and supportive of elderly couples who just wanted some assistance. Everything from a hitch to propane, these guys made their moms proud. I can not thank the entire team at Access enough! I have already picked out my next RV! Thank you!

I checked out a number of rental companies for our trip to Jackson Hole/Yellowstone and Access RV was the only one with consistently good reviews. The cost to rent was higher, but I found out thats because unlike other RV rental places, Access RV rentals are new (not older than two years). When I checked out the consistently good reviews, I decided that if we were going to be spending nine days in tight quarters, it was worth paying extra. And, I was glad we did. Our 27 foot RV, which was perfect for our family of five. It was clean, new (16,000 miles) and drove really well. Plus, there were no ads all over the outside of the RV like some other companies. And, there was a new Access RV office right in Jackson Hole, which made it convenient. Cody at Access RV and the other Access RV representatives were also really easy to work with. We will definitely recommend Access RV to friends and be renting from them again. Thanks for a great trip. The Stewart Family

Paid the extra $ to rent a newer RV and glad we did. Our family loved the RV and the RV experience - as did the friends of ours who also rented one !! Customer Service was top notch!! Worth that peace of mind when youre on the road.

I would not recommend this place for first time RV buyers, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until Bish hires a new finance guy.The salesman seemed nice and competent and we decided to buy an RV. However, 3 days later, when it was time for our closing meeting with the “Sales and Finance Manger” (directly from his email signature), John, he forgot he even had an appointment with us until our salesman reminded him 15 minutes past our meeting. John then shows up to our meeting, a total of 30 minutes late, and gave us a 45 minute PowerPoint to upsell us on some package deals. When we declined, he was incredibly aggressive and condescendingly scoffed (including a nice eye roll) at us when we reassured him our minds were made up to not add a several thousand dollar upsell onto our contract. This happened multiple times as he tried to get us to add additional options onto our contract.We proceeded on to sign papers and found that our names and address were misspelled on all of the forms. John spent the next 30 minutes, clearly annoyed with us, trying to re-do the paperwork. He, however, did not catch all of the mistakes and had to re-do our paperwork several times over the course of our meeting, which turned into an almost 4 hour meeting (all for what took maybe 20 minutes of paperwork reading and signing).Honestly, had we not needed an RV soon, we would’ve walked away entirely from Bish’s and never looked back. They would’ve and should’ve lost the sale due to John’s aggressive, pushy, and outright rude behavior.I do not recommend this company. There are better options in the Salt Lake area for sure.

We found the make & model of travel trailer we were after at Bishs RV. We had no knowledge of Bishs prior to our search. We contacted them from Las Vegas, were able to secure the trailer, and made a trip up to Salt Lake with our previous Class A that we used as a trade in. We knew what we could off load it for priced to sell, and asked Bishs for the amount towards the new trailer, and asked to get the rest financed. They agreed with our estimate, and never once renegotiated.We got great financing offer with John, zero hassle, and our sales representative Tres was consistently responsive for all our questions. Our pickup/delivery date was very smooth and hassle free. We got a great technical tour by Tieler, who also custom fit our new hitch, so we could tow out level and safe.All and all, I would highly recommended Bishs over the competition.They are a growing company, and the work they are doing to secure a good reputation while they do is apparent.

Access RV is the only way to go! My friends and I spent the weekend in Southern Utah and had the best time in the amazing trailer we rented. The trailer was immaculate! Looked brand new, had amazing up to date utilities and appliances, and gave such a homey feel. Felt like I was in a 5 start hotel for such an amazing price! Never will I stay in a hotel again. Ask for the gentleman named Burke, he knows his stuff!

Mr. Burke Bowman hooked us up with a brand new trailer for the weekend. We had a crazy schedule for pick up and drop off but Burke went out of his way to make it work. Couldnt have been happier with the customer service and quality of this rental.

Id like to thank Access RV and especially Craig (in service) who took care of us.Our travel trailer blew a hub bearing, damaging the spindle and hub as we arrived in Salt Lake. Having already replaced the bearings twice, I suspected something more. Craig confirmed my suspsicions (undersized axles used by the trailer manufacturer and suggested upgrading both axles - we would have had to replace one anyway). Having driven over a thousand miles on the new axles, I can say that I have a renewed confidence in my trailer - that it wont leave me stranded on the road again.We had a very positive experience at Access. Craig is a prince and an asset to Access RV.In later discussing the issue with my father (who has many years in building trailers) he commented that we were fortunate to find someone honest to deal with that treated us fairly and did not take advantage of the situation. I and 3 other adults rented a 25 foot RV for 7 nights in October 2020. Check in was very easy and quick and the unit was ready to go. No problems with RV and all equipment, hoses, drains, and systems worked well.Returning the RV was easier and quicker than getting it. We used the worry free return which was very nice. I recommend Access and plan to rent an RV again

Access RV helped me buy my very first little travel trailer (a Little Guy teardrop). One particular challenge for me is that my car cant pull very much weight (1000 lb max), so Brandon (my salesperson) spent a lot of time with me thinking about weights and such, and exploring the options available to me). Even though I had done a lot of research beforehand, Brandon was able to fill in a lot of blanks and helped me to understand this new world of travel trailers. Rachelle and John walked me through the financing/paperwork process in a clear and transparent way. Dave spent a ton of time with me on an orientation of my teardrop when I came to pick it up (and helped me locate a big parking lot so that I could practice backing up) (He was great, by the way. Ask for him if you can)... The service folks gussied the whole thing up before I picked it up. Even the owner, Kevin, came out to chat with me a bit. In all, everyone at Access RV made the whole process of committing to and driving away with a new trailer (one of the biggest purchases Ive ever made) fun and exciting. I immediately went and camped with it. So fun. (and p.s. Dave texted me later that day to check in on how the trailer was handling). Thanks Dave and the rest of the folks at Access for making my future summers so much more adventurous.

I was out of state when I began my search for a slide in pop up truck camper. Unlike other dealerships, Brandon promptly communicated with me. After hammering out the details I sent a deposit. I was on a tight schedule when I arrived for the installation and was worried that they hadnt started the solar installation. The crew got it all done and I was back on the road on schedule. Everyone there was exceedingly polite and professional. The price was the best I found. I highly recommend Access RV if youre looking for a camper or service.

Access RV is awesome!!! I called a few days ago, and then came in on a Monday to get service and new hitch. They had the best customer service and took really good care of me. Even when I asked about upgrading some parts for my propane tanks, they said what I had was good enough and didn’t try to up sell me. Gave me advice on how to fix the issue and make it work. I will for sure be coming back to Access RV.

Stopped in to get an idea on an RV layout. Amy helped my wife and I. Amy was great and very nice to talk with.

Was told that I was getting an RV that had never been rented before. It had dog hair everywhere in the vehicle. We needed to clean it before using it. There was also red dirt inside and outside on the vehicle. It had clearly been used already and wasnt left in the condition we would have expected. I also did some damage to the RV due to long wheel base of the vehicle. Totally my fault, but neither the included nor the upgraded insurance cover it because it was driver error. That wasnt clear to me at the time of rental. Here is the quote from the rental manager None of the coverages we provide would have covered this incident because you caused the damage due to negligence. If another driver or person would have caused the damage due to their negligence, then this would be a different conversation. Please keep this in mind before you rent; the insurance does not cover you, only others. Also, the mileage costs were not very well disclosed before the rental. Attached is the summary from our trip to Moab. We were told about the 200 included miles and the $0.34 rate, but it was mentioned over the phone that we shouldnt have to worry too much about the higher tiers because we were only going to Moab. We had a fun time in the RV, but less fun when the trip was over.

This is the absolute best RV place in the country! I’ve lived in Alaska, Michigan, Indiana, California, and Idaho. I’m yet to find an RV place in any of these states that even compares with Access RV. The man named Burke who hooked us up was fantastic! His knowledge and experience was obvious as he helped us with all our RV needs. I literally love this place so much.

These guys are great! We rented an RV for 10 days for a road trip though Grand Tetons, and was super happy with our choice. The vehicle was in great shape and the customer service both before we rented and when we picked it up was awesome. They are a great crew, and I will definitely use them again for our next rental out of Utah. I highly recommend them!

I just had major repair work on my truck camper at Access RV. It took a huge effort from their service team with multiple areas worked. Nathan Woodard leads the team and spent a lot of effort tracking down needed parts and making sure technicians got things done on time to what I was told. Be prepared for the typical used car sales treatment at this dealership. They use back and forth tactics, the sales guy saying one thing, the finance guy telling you something else. Customer service after the sell, is terrible. We were from out of state and they use a service called 50 State DMV to get our plates. But they have refused multiple times to contact 50 States DMV to provide the needed information. So now we have a trailer we can not use because of Bishs refusal to follow up and send the appropriate paper work. They also tried the scam of telling us we were being rejected for financing despite have credit scores well above 800, but they mailed the refusal to the wrong address, and we did not receive it until after we already had financing! Plus the bank did not know why they went with such a high interest rate, and after the sell the lowered our interest rates because of our high credit scores. If you must purchase from this dealer, I would obtain financing on your own prior to going in. I can not recommend them at all. Their attention to detail is very lacking, We saw mistake after mistake on our paperwork that had to be corrected.We have purchased RVs prior to this, and this by far is the worst we have been treated, and the poorest all around experience weve had. We only went to them because they had the trailer we had been searching nation wide for. I would not go to this dealership! Save yourself a lot of hassle.

Access RV = Integrity. We rented a 22ft RV for two weeks of exploring Utah & Yellowstone. It was a beautiful machine, literally spotless. The challenge for everyone, Access RV and the renter, is that the RV has a lot of bells and whistles. Verification of the condition of every attribute of the RV prior to departure is overwhelming, especially when youre loading it up and itching to go. Honestly, my family and I didnt do a great job of inspecting everything, we were more concerned with learning how to operate it. One example of our inspection failure is we were two miles down the road when we saw a small chip in the windshield below the wiper blade. You can imagine the duress when you simultaneously realize you just 10 minutes earlier signed an agreement saying you were responsible for replacing the windshield! Heres where integrity comes in, we immediately called Access, they recognized it was missed during the walk through, and agreed not to hold it against us. Bottom line, Access RV is a stand up organization, they arent going to kill you on fees just because they legally can. I think thats the best you could hope for from an RV rental company, and I wouldnt hesitate to rent from them again.

I would give negative star if I could! Worst experience from this company!Read 3 times your contract before you sign! Watch out the hidden fees especially the mileage charge!

This is the second time we have rented a trailer and we had great customer service.They were quick and efficient with pick up and returning the trailer. When picking up they take the time to walk you through everything so you would know how everything works and we’re they are located. We had a lot of fun on are trip and will recommend this company to everyone. We will definitely rent next year for are camping trip.

My experienced started with a phone call I made about the Flagstaff 19FBS I wanted to purchase. Andy Jones took my call and walked me all the way through the purchase process. He was incredibly patient, answered all my questions and even now continues great customer service. He remains happy to take my calls and answer my questions. Craig (service manager), Nathan (parts manager) and Rochelle (finance manager) were incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. All of them are happy to continue customer service even after I made my purchase. Access RV is well worth the trip I made there and back to make my purchase!

Had a great experience with renting a 30 RV. We covered over 2500 miles and 10 states. The RC was new and clean ready for my family. When we returned it the checkin process was smooth and simple. They are a class act organization and Im looking for to next Spring break when we can rent another RV.

Extremely positive experience and would highly recommend. The RV we rented was a 2021 model with only 3,000 miles. It was sparkling clean and showed little to any sign of previous use. If you re new to operating an RV, I would highly recommend reviewing the videos posted on Access website. We would definitely rent from here again!

Found a truck camper for sell from a private seller, and of a type Access RV isn’t even a dealer for, and still had unbelievable service. I called asking about tie-downs and hitch extensions. It became clear from covid manufacturing backups, sourcing parts was an issue from online sellers. After a phone call, Parts Manager Mike was be able to get everything I needed, in 48 hours! He had parts arriving instantly. I couldn’t source all of these parts online and he helped me make decisions about sizes that lead to a wonderful driving experience despite my camper weighing nearly 5,000lbs. I completely recommend using this dealer, and I’m the type of guy- who doesn’t use dealers, installs everything himself, and never buys anything new. If you need help setting up your RV- Mike in parts will hook you up- even on the prices. Thanks for the good help.

We were on a road trip and were staying right next door at Pony Express RV Resort. Our awning had broken a few days prior at Yellowstone National Park and it wasn’t safe to drive with it as it was. Access RV took my call and removed the awning for free the same day I called. It only took them ten minutes. Thank you for the wonderful service!!

Thank you Austin and the service department at access RV. We are in the trailer park in North Salt Lake right next-door to Access RV, our little outdoor fridge went out and they were gracious enough to go forward with a warranty claim and begin the process to replace the fridge. Unfortunately forest river did not have the fridge so Access RV went above and beyond purchased the fridge at Home Depot for us and continued the warranty claim through forest river themselves.After getting the refrigerator they came and took the old one out right here at the RV park and installed the new one. This wasn’t the only time that Access RV went above and beyond, I locked myself out of our trailer and they came over with a master key and let me back in. Thank you again for all of your help and anytime we need service while in Utah we will be sure to go here.

BIG shout-out to Tyson and Access RV, I was traveling through Salt Lake City on a road trip in my Coachmen Galleria Class B and needed a new House battery... mine was completely dead. Even though their service department was booked out to November, Tyson helped me out, got ahold of his battery guy who had the humongous battery I needed, and Access RV service department swapped out the old with the new. THANK YOU! On the road again!

Dont rent from Access RV ... I had paid to have a Mercedes RV delivered to Jackson Hole. When I met their driver at the Jackson airport they had baited and switched a damaged and unsafe RV for the new Mercedes RV that I booked. They left me stranded and they ruined the start of my vacation. I was able to salvage my vacation only after I had found another RV in Bozeman. Scrambling over 2 days, I incurred over $1500 in extra costs for flight changes, rental car drop off fees and last minute hotel expenses to find a different RV. Their only solution was to cancel the reservation. Since I was not going to drive an unsafe RV, with a spark generating and dragging exhaust pipe through Yellowstone National Park, we had to cancel the reservation.
