I own 2 coin-op washers and 2 coin-op dryers for about 15 years. I have dealt with sales, parts, and service. All have been very knowledgeable and experienced. All have tried to do their best to help me, though I am a small customer. In years past, they even offered a free seminar on how to repair their machines that was very helpful. I would easily recommend them.
Would give it Negative stars if I could! I have to LOL at the 5 star ratings because these P.O.S washers and dryers have been constantly broken since we have moved into this complex in 2016! I definitely do not recommend.
Purchased 4 Maytag machines from Mendenhall about 6 months ago for an apartment complex. Had a great experience, technician walked me through the machines and the functions and made sure I had some idea of what I was doing. The machines were expensive, I priced them out and all commercial brands are similar priced regardless of the supplier. These machines have been awesome and have made 4 times the amount we were making with the old machines(which went 100% to upkeep and repair). Nice to have quality product and good service backing them up. Been very pleased.
The contract states that the first $200 goes to them and the remainder is split 50/50. The implication was the first $200 collected but not monthly. The contract doesnt state monthly. We never see a dime and we are stuck in a contract for 6 years. We were told that the equipment would be new with app technology and it is used without the app. Service is mediocre and it is difficult to get someone to respond to phone calls or emails. Would not recommend this company.
I have installed a lot of Maytag machines from these guys and they have been great. Thier service guys are great to work with and helpful even over the phone. They have a great parts department as well that stocks almost everything we have needed when we do have a problem. Great company to work with.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service and shoddy equipment. Paid premium price for machines that accept cards for the equipment to malfunction repeatedly and finally just asked them to switch it to coin for less problems. The technician never gave us the keys for the machines to retrieve the change. Dozens of calls over literally a year and a half to get everything resolved. Customer service is rude and completely not helpful. If you have months to deal with getting things right and have several hours to call them dozens of times, then this is the company to use!
