They installed a beautiful glass shower door for us in our newly remodeled basement bathroom. Looks amazing ! Great service and it was ready for install when they said it would be.

We had the best experience with Residential Glass Works in replacing our windows. We had stucco and we were worried about getting them replaced and affecting the stucco, Craig was fantastic and made sure that we could replace the windows without ruining the stucco.There staff was fantastic and took good care of our home while replacing the windows. A side bonus is it really helped our power bill go down after we replaced the windows.They have also replaced Mirrors for us and done a great job!!

Residential Glassworks do exceptional work! I had several windows re-done in an older home I bought. Craig and his team were very nice and professional. One of the windows was broken from the vendor, Craig had it re-ordered and installed very quickly. Very satisfied with the install and customer service. I will recommend!!

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!We had windows installed our home and it was a mess from day 1! We had ordered a couple of windows and some screens to be placed in our home and were told our items would be here and ready for installation in 3 weeks, but it took over 5+ weeks to get our windows in and installed.When installation day came, Craig (who had previously put in windows to our home) did not show up as he said he would, so we had a bunch of strangers in our home, and they brought the wrong windows and did not bring the screens at all. We initially wrote them a check but they left before we could review the work they did in our home with them.Upon inspecting the work, there were scratches all over the windows, they left exposed nails and staples when they should have been removed for safety reasons, the windows were not sealed or installed fully, and to top it all off… The installers ripped and broke huge pieces of our drywall around the windows! We were furious! I’ve heard of some installations being harder than others but the size of these holes in our drywall were inappropriately unacceptable! When we called Craig to notify him of the poor work we told him to not cash our check until he came back to fix the things that needed fixing, as well as replacing the wrong window, and providing us with the screens we originally ordered, but when speaking with Craig, his response was, “Your check is on my desk so there’s nothing you can do about it.” After this conversation we immediately turned to our bank and froze the check. We were not about to pay for work that was not completed as promised!A few days later Craig returned to our home where we had to argue with him to get the problems with our windows fixed, and the only reason we argued was because Craig told us that we had ordered wrong, but he was there on the day we ordered and he personally wrote up our order. He was blaming us which just made the situation worse! During this meeting he told us that he would order a new window to replace the incorrect one, and that we would have that within a week. A week later we had another one of Craig’s installers in our home to fix all the things that needed fixing, and at this time we wrote out a new check for the amount we owed to the company and the work was finally complete.A few days after the final installation was complete a woman called from Residential Glassworks Inc. saying our check had been frozen and to give her a call back. We called her back immediately and explained our situation and she informed us that it was not a problem and that the second check we had written them was able to be cashed.Now fast forward a few weeks to yesterday… We received an “invoice” from a collection agency stating that we had not paid Residential Glassworks Inc. for the work that they did at all! We immediately called the collection agency and explained the situation and quickly emailed them over a copy of our bank statement that shows that the check was cashed, to which the collection agency closed our case with no problem.Originally I was not going to write this review, but after receiving an “invoice” from the collection agency, I had to warn others about this shady work. I have nothing good to say about our experience other than we are glad that it is over. If I could review this company and give them 0 stars, I would.In the end, we ended up cancelling our order for the screens because we did not want to work with this company any more than we already were, and not only did we have to pay for the windows and terrible installation work, but we had to hire another contractor to fix our drywall that Craig’s installers ruined in our home.If you are looking for any window/glass work, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! BUYER BEWARE!

Residential Glassworks was great. We originally had Craig and his crew install shower doors in all of our bathrooms 5 years ago. Recently one of them needed an adjustment. We called Craig and within a few days the adjustment was made and the door was swinging great again. Nothing but great things to say about Craig and the service he provides.

I have used Craig and his guys on 3 occasions. He did some windows in my first home almost 20 years ago and installed 2 doors in my new place as well as 10 windows. His bids are always competitive and his guys do great work. I cant recommend him enough. Jimmy

Its hard to find a good glass guy. Craig and his crew are knowledgable, professional and hard workers. They replaced a VERY large window in my home and did a wonderful job. Craig, the owner, came out and inspected the job 3 months after install to be sure it was holding straight since it was a HUGE heavy window put in an 18 year old home and directly in the sun all day winter thru summer.... GREAT JOB GUYS! Its been over a year and a half and it is as beautiful as the day they hung it. Highly recommend these guys!!

I really love working with this company. I called to get a storm door & the owner came out to give me a bid. He answered all my questions & I stalled my storm door that week. I am very happy with the service. Would highly recommend this company.

Windows seem fine so far. One window was broken by one of the installers during installation and they didnt come back to fix it for over a month. And this was not because of my reminders to come fix it but only AFTER they were trying to collect the rest of the bill. Craig was good at talking but when it came down to it most of what he said was hot air. Also refused any sort of compensation for the long wait, if he had I wouldve given 4 stars and recommended to others. Will not recommend to others or use again.

I hate this company so much Craig the owner is worthless. If I could give no stars I would. They messed up my whole house then they did a shit job putting the windows in along with bringing the wrong windows. If you give them money they never come back. I canceled a check to make sure they would come back. They then sent me to collections after I gave him a new check when his guys fixed their screw ups. They cashed the check and now I am getting letters from a collection agency. If you use this company you will get screwed over. I will be putting a call into the better business bureau about this company and reporting them to the state.

Poor customer service!! Craig originally installed the new windows in our home, we recently had a seal break. I called the first time and left a message mentioning the problem we were having, the second time, I left a generic message just requesting a call back.. I never heard anything back.. The third time, I had my husband call. He left a message requesting a quote for shower glass doors. Lets just say, he called right back eager to get our business... Highly disappointed..

I have had Residential Glass replace windows, install a shower door and replace sliding doors, they even installed a custom window in my sisters house in a wall were there previously was no window. Very impressed with the variety of services they offer, the professionalism, the cleanliness and turn around time.
