Steve and staff are great. My devise has been a life changer...for the good. The batteries life is excellent for a full days activities.

I originally discovered Audibel through my mother who went there for years for help with her hearing loss. Steve was always so patient with her as well as very understanding and helpful. I dont have a need for hearing aids yet, but I do have a problem with excessive wax build up.They have this miraculous method for removing it.I highly recommend them for their expertise and personal touch.

My Mom bought her hearing aids from here years ago. They are wonderful. We always get right in, they service them, fix anything, check for wax. Lifetime Warranty. Awesome company.

This is the second hearing aid I have lost. Masks make it difficult. A call to your office resulted in a new one with Steve completing the replacement. I am always treated so well. My hearing aids are wonderful and Ill try not to lose them.

I have had my hearing aids from Audible for quite sometime. I really enjoy them. I have had two other brands of aids over the past ten years. These are superior. My only problem with them is using my phone with them. When it works it is amazing. I’m so glad I have them. You will too.

I have been extremely pleased with the help and support given by Steve Neilson and his assistant Cori at the office on 33rd South. My mom lives most of the time in Kansas, but spends 2 or 3 months at a time in Salt Lake City as well. There has never been a problem with getting her in when shes in town, and working with her on problems she has -- mostly because she forgets things at times and seems to need to be reminded on what does what with settings on the hearing aids. Steve is always ready to answer any questions she has and is very patient with her!Mom had not been able to hear for years, until Steve fitted her with these hearing aids a few years ago. Now she can hear and converse with people! A new lease on life for both mom and her family. I would highly recommend Audibel.

Audibel has treated me well. Im a little disappointed with their service/repairs. They dont give detail as to what work was performed only returned to factory settings. If they gave more info, perhaps I could prevent future repair needs.
