Had an older driver come to fill up and took off without filling our tanks, said gate was locked but literally unlocked the gate in front of him
We have a remote cabin in the mountains. You can only get a truck in for service June-October. Shad (Our driver who dropped a new tank for us today), got more done in two hours (Dropping the tank, helping us find a leak, getting everything hooked up) than our previous supplier did in the past FIVE years. I am so grateful for someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job. Its been so long since I have felt like a company actually wanted out business. Ferrellgas (And Shads amazing service today) has earned a devoted customer today!!
Worst place to get your gas from, will never use this place again, good luck if you do.

We accidently waited to the last second to get a refill, even though they just came the day before. A very friendly propane advantage guy drove an hour out of his way, very obviously at the end of the day a week before Christmas so we wouldnt be cold.... Even though it was clearly our fault. He was even nice about it!

I have never left a negative review in my life, but have had such horrible customer service from Propane Advantage, I feel it necessary to warn others away from them. Where do I start? Well, I downsized to a 5th wheel and was told to contact Propane Advantage for my propane needs in November. I set up an account, and about a week or so later, my propane was delivered and hooked up. When I contacted them & pre-paid Dec 14th to get my tank filled since it was getting near the 30% mark, they had my incorrect address, so we updated it and I was told theyd put me in the schedule next week. I signed up for the online account, and viewed my last statement showing they owed me a $55 credit. Why would the customer representative charge me full price when they already overcharged me? I went out of town for the holiday and when I came back in town, a few days later I checked my tank and was down to 15%. They charged me but never came out. I contacted them 3 days in a row and every day I was told, let me call you back or Ill have to look into it and lastly, lets verify your address which, as you can guess, was incorrect again. How can you hook up a tank & not even know where you hooked it up? They tried to tell me they did fill it, but apparently they filled next doors tank? Next door doesnt even have a tank. Of course, not one of these days did I ever hear back from anyone so I had to keep calling. But after all my calls, finally someone came out and filled it up right before I hit empty. Now, 5 days later, I get a bill from them trying to double charge me! On top of it, they are trying to charge EXTRA per gallon! I contacted Propane Advantage this morning and was told, Ill print it off and give it to the manager and will have someone call you back. As you can imagine, no one returned my phone call. Ive contacted them again asking for the managers information but was told he went home early. The incompetence of the office staff has me disgusted to the point Id rather get a full refund for ever penny spent, remove their tank and fill my 2 small tanks by myself and be done with this company. Having a 120 gallon tank was supposed to make my life easier, not give me more problems and a headache. The horrible customer service Ive experienced with Propane Advantage was so severe to the point I will look elsewhere for my service and highly suggest anyone considering them to do the same.
