This place is awesome! I needed a replacement net for my 15-foot trampoline, and they had one that fit perfectly. Not only is the net high quality, but it was less expensive than anything else I could find, even on Amazon. I will definitely be going back for anything else trampoline-related that I need.

Jump Slammer is very well made. It’s withstood years of heavy use. After one kid tried to hang on the rim, it snapped. Customer Service responded quickly but they did not have the part (new rim) in stock. Two weeks later they had the part and proactively shipped me the part no questions asked. That is the kind of product support I want in a company. Nice job. Nice product.

Weve had our trampoline hoop for over 2 years now. I just emailed to ask about replacement parts that have worn down. It was one of the easiest warranty experiences Ive ever had- and they went above what I hoped to get my hoop back in top share for the next couple of years. Top notch customer service. Trampoline pro has the best customer service. I bought a ping pong table from them. As I was assembling it I noticed one of the hinges was facing the wrong way.I contacted them and they sent me two new ones to make sure I got the right one. I complained again, because the two new ones looked wrong. So they sent me a third one. I thought the third one was wrong again, BUT WAIT!!! My son looked at it and realized that the hinges were reversible and that I had the right hinge all along. (So embarrassing!) I apologized to them and they said it was no problem. I don’t know of many other companies that will respond so quickly and be so courteous. Even when I was the one that was wrong. I will definitely shop at Trampoline Pro again!

Bought a trampoline mat, pad and ladder from them. They work great! First pad didnt fit right so we called them up and they quickly sent out a new one for us. Looks great and the kids love it.

They’ve always been super friendly and great to work with. Products have been super high quality. Been using the basketball hoop two years now. Even left it out over winter and still in good shape.

We needed a new mat for our trampoline but didnt want to spend a fortune. I found Trampoline Pro online and it was easy to pick out the right mat on their website. I went in to their warehouse to pick up my mat since their site said you could get a better deal. I got lost on the way and the sweet receptionist stayed on the phone with me until I arrived at the right spot. I saved a lot of money and ended up buying a few extra fun toys for the tramp (basketball hoop and slide) since they gave me such a great deal. I highly recommend them!

We needed a new jumping mat for our trampoline, and I was referred to Trampoline Pro by a friend. Im really glad I was. The customer service was great!!! The guys answered all of our questions, and provided us with information and ideas that we hadnt thought of. The instructions on how to measure your trampoline on their website were super simple, helpful, and spot on.I was also blown away at their affordable prices. We ended up purchasing not only the jumping mat, but a spring pad and a little slide that attaches to the side of the frame. This slide is perfect for our two year old, who can now safely get on and off the tramp without help. We love it!!!

Wanted to add my 5 stars to Trampoline Pros customer service. I ordered the wrong size mat for our trampoline. On the 26th of December, I called to see what I could do to fix the situation. Sadie gave me great service by providing me a return label and I ordered the correct size the same day. I already have the new mat (correct size) on our trampoline and the refund for the first mat.
