I have been using this dealership for most service for my Nissan Titan since 2016.Week of Oct 18-Brought vehicle in for noise and check engine for suspected wheel bearing on left side. They replaced the RIGHT which was under warranty but did not test drive or clearly or else they would have heard/known that it was the left side wheel bearing. Same noise same vibration, same problem. They set an appointment for service.Week of Oct 25-Brought vehicle back to dealership for same noise and problem-Turns out it is the the left wheel bearing.When leaving, I realized the check engine light was still on. I was told that I brought the vehicle in for a noise and they were not aware of a check engine lightThis is weeks now in a row where this dealership failed to do their jobs. So far, I have been dealing with Anchor for one year. They have been awesome! Granted, they are a dealer so - they do need to sell. Normally, their services are reasonable, they do what they can and the service department is fairly reasonable and fairly honest. They do charge a bit much for an alignment and also, some tires and newer Nissan models are high in price right now. The car I own, which, by the way, when I purchased it; the sales and finance team where great at helping me out and actually made the deal work out at 6%...Better than what I was paying! So, my Sentra has these Michelin all season tires which are apparently $215 a Pop. Yikes. That being said, if you shop around you can find comparable tire and alignment deals for much less! This is of course, typical Knowledge. However, for all other vehicle services, I will continue to head to Anchor, especially for warranty reasons!

I went in for an oil change. They always check the car out for any wear and tear and recommended service. I never have to think about air filters, cabin filters, etc. They recommended that I change the filters to keep my maintenance up to date. And they wash and vacuum your car when you go in for service. Anchor Nissan is the best. Highly recommended.

I bought my Rouge June 2020 and I have had nothing but amazing service every 3 months when I am there for my oil change. They always let me know what my car needs and prices before they do anything. They also give it back to my cleaner than when I gave it to them (and I upkeep my car so that says alot!) Service members and other members I have felt with have been kind and helpful. Service is timely and the waiting area is sanitary, there are snacks, drinks and TV. 5 out of 5 stars!

I have decided to change my original review, because when I voiced my concerns about the frequency of my car needing repairs, the sales department reached out and was able to make this latest repair a little more affordable. And the service department went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. Although I am still not happy with my vehicle overall, I should have gone with a newer model, that is a choice I have to live with.After years of dealing with an older car constantly needing repairs I decided to get myself something reliable. Couldn’t afford brand new so I went with a used Nissan Rogue. A great experience with the purchase but it’s all downhill from there. There have been multiple mechanical issues-I believe these are due to the age and mileage of the vehicle, and not all could have been detected on a routine inspection.I appreciate the sales and service team working with me to resolve the latest issue.

It is still too soon for a valid review of my service experience. I just bought the car this past Monday, I did go in for an inspection on Wednesday. And failed it.The mechanic mentioned that it may have been simply because I had not driven the car sufficient to tune the engine and suggested I return to Anchor on Friday (tomorrow).Right now, I expect to do just that (about 10 AM or so)JFB

I recently purchased an auto at Anchor Nissan and worked with Rich Melville. Rich had sold me my last Nissan but through another dealership years ago, so I was thrilled to see him when I walked into the showroom. Rich is the best, no pressure and he makes you feel at ease. He follows-up when he says he will and he and Anchor Nissan made the process very easy. I had an issue with the Car Play which was really not the dealerships fault, but something to do with a radio stations signal. He called the station and got it fixed for me. He went the extra mile and I wont forget that! If you need a Nissan, Anchor and Rich are the best!

I’ve been buying cars at the same dealership for over 15 years, so going to Anchor made me a little nervous, but I shouldn’t have been.I called ahead to make sure the car I wanted was still there and it was, and let them know my husband and I were on our way . Walking up to the front door, we were immediately greeted by Rich Melville who took care of us from start to finish. Rich was very professional, knowledgeable, very patient, and never pushy.Even though my husband was buying me this gorgeous car for our 10yr Anniversary ( 2019 Maxima Platinum Reserve), I still wanted to make sure it would be affordable .Rich made it happen and before I knew it, that car was mine. I already knew most of the features of the car, but Rich still took the time to answer and explain any questions I had. Rich even offered to set up my phone and call XM radio for me. Friendly front desk but not great service. Paid $100 for tire rotation and receipt said tire pressure checked, however when I drove away all 4 tires were at different PSI. Also paid $60 for “complimentary” wash and vacuum with oil change however it seems as though all they did was run a hose over it, if that. Not impressed… definitely not worth the extra money. Will try another Nissan next time

I had a great experience at Anchors Service Department. They quickly analyzed the problem and performed the repair. They also took care of a couple of additional minor details that needed to be addressed. I was kept apprised of the repairs progress and cost. Afterwards, they gave the vehicle a great hand-wash. The staff was very attentive and courteous and I will now bring my vehicle here for all future maintenance and service needs!

My salesman Eric was very down to earth and guided me through the process. I did not feel pressured to make an impulse buy. I was informed of all the details on all the cars I was interested in and he answered all my questions. I have to say dealing with Anchor Nissan was the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. Was able to get the truck I wanted for the lease price I wanted with no BS, no hidden fees. The price quoted was honored. They also gave me the price I wanted with my trade in without playing the game so many dealership play. No back in fourth, no let me talk to my manager none of that and I didnt have to spend hours upon hours at the dealership waiting and playing games. Within a couple of hours I was out the door with the new truck. If anyone is looking for a new vehicle I recommend you go Anchor Nissan. They did right by me Ill bet they do the same for you.

Let me preface this by saying I very rarely if ever leave reviews. With that said I feel it was warranted in this case. I think we can all relate to the sinking feeling and anxiety we get when preparing to shop for a new vehicle. As was the case with myself when I recently decided to look into buying a new car. I must say dealing with Anchor Nissan was the easiest most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in on a Friday test drove the vehicle did some initial paperwork and that was it. No haggling, no games, just a very helpful staff. I get my Nissan Rouge serviced here. They have a courtesy shuttle to drop you off places near by while your car gets done. Or you can rent one if you need to. They also have a cool outdoor spot to have a snack and keep kids and dogs busy while your waiting. Very convenient. The service department staff is all really nice especially Mary.

My tire blew on highway and I had to be towed to the dealer. They started working on my vehicle right away. The patched my tire, did an oil changes (as requested), vacuumed my truck and washed the outside and tires as well. My truck looked brand new when I got it back. I recently purchased a used car from Anchor. One day I had a few warning lights appear on the dashboard. I called them and they had me bring the car in that day. Service was as needed. I told service desk, My husband had just washed and waxed my car. When service was done. agent told me the car was being washed and I needed an inspection. I was upset at that point told him to have them do the inspection and nothing else was further said. When I got home, I realized I had water spots all over my car. The windows were all streaked, dirty and water spotted. When I went out that night, I realized my lights were turned off auto. I was riding down Mineral Spring Avenue with no lights on. When I send my car in for service, I expect it to come out as good as it went in. Asked Sales to fix my Text messing, so I go be hands free. That was an issue too. Not able to get that working. Not happy with service on this day. I usually have a great experience, Great Service and no issues.

I have been looking for a new car for a few months and had narrowed it down to anther Rogue. I came to MA for Christmas with my son’s family and he and I went to Anchor Nissan the next day after to check out their inventory. We met Ishmael Arroyo and he was extremely helpful. I test drove a few cars and made the decision on a beautiful 2020 Pine Green Rogue. With the help and cooperation of everyone at Anchor Nissan, I was able to drive my new car back yo upstate NY the next day! They immediately jumped to a conclusion before it was possible they did an exam on the car - as someone came out to see me less than 5 minutes from taking the car and told me I needed both sets of brakes done. I told them it was a plate on the right front wheel that is squeaking - which I was told about when I had new tires put on. They said no. I drove the car to firestone - they looked at it and confirmed that the plate I was speaking about was the problem NOT the brakes. They also told me that the breaks dont need to be replaced at this point only the pads but I could go another few weeks. Firestone fixed the problem and I drove off without anymore noise. I am brining my car back to Firestone in two weeks to get new pads for the breaks.

Okay place, but the staff members do not all wear masks. I visited and the first staff member to speak to me approached with neither a mask nor any intention of putting one on (even for the sake of courtesy). Also, from what I saw when I visited, the people behind the main plexiglass area do not wear masks at all.Those who are trying to avoid covid-19 but must visit this dealership for one reason or another might be comfortable wearing two masks, or may feel more comfortable finding another place to do business. This I find sad because the salesman I spoke with, Eric, was nice.

We have been taking all of our cars to Anchor Nissan for any and all service needed ever since we bought a used Murano from them many years ago. We paid a fair price for a very nice vehicle, plus they expertly service all makes and models, and not just cars purchased from them either. We recently needed a door lock actuator replaced in our Chrysler Town and Country that we purchased out of state and the team at Anchor Nissan took care of replacing the faulty part and processing the claim under our extended warranty. We have even had our car interiors detailed by the team at Anchor Nissan, and our cars look new again. We will continue to refer our friends and family to the Anchor Nissan group for all vehicle needs.

Very disappoint customer service in the service department. They do not value their customers and when I complained to the manager is felt like it ended on deaf ears. The Service Manager completely disregarded my concerns and complaint and defend the employee that I was complaining about. One of the employee name Mary was very rude to me via phone call and the manager basic agreed with her. The manager basically stating that it is my fault that I received poor customer service, because I missed two calls from them about picking up my car. Manager said that the employee had the right to be anger and rude towards me. Anchor Nissan really need to reevaluate their training in importance of customer service and customer satisfaction.

I recently went to Anchor Nissan at 1041 Eddie Dowling Highway, North Smithfield RI on 03/04/2021. I was in need of a car because my old one was giving me issues. I saw few cars on the website that i was interested in. The woman who was the ecommerce rep was very helpful in letting me know which cars were sold and available. Upon deciding to go to Anchor Nissan I has a car in mind. I have to tell you I was a bit nervous. Upon entering the dealership I was introduced to A Salesman named Richard Melville. Upon meeting him I knew this was going to be a good thing. He sat me down and told me a little about the dealership and himself. As time went on I was getting close to the bought car. After I picked the one I was interested in Richard Immediately got the keys and we both retrieved the car from the lot. We sat down and went over the paperwork and before I knew it I was a proud owner of a used pre-owned 2018 Nissan Sentra. Richard was very knowledgeable of the car. Explaining every little detail ( a sign of trust). Richard Melville was a very knowledgeable and trustworthy salesman. He answered all question. He also sold my friend a car. I would recommend Richard Melville and Anchor Auto group to anybody looking for a new or used Automobile.

Had a great experience. Service department didn’t stop until they figured out what my truck’s problem was, and solved. Great customer care, and were very quick to accommodate any issues I had (like getting a larger loaner vehicle). Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle or having some service done to the one they have.

Worst customer experience ever ! Service tech was horrible and rude on multiple occasions, when I spoke with the manager she was a bit nicer but continued to defend her rude and unprofessional employees. I only go to this Nissan because of my cars warranty, but still they have never solved any of my problems just made things worse on multiple occasions. I will NEVER return to this Nissan !

RICH was a good salesman. He listened. He got back by phone or text or email quickly. I shopped 6 other Nissan dealerships and I liked the location and Rich the best. I thought we had a deal when I went back but the numbers got goofy as it got confusing about my lease return. We had a price but then it went up!? It took a long time...too long, but we got to a compromised price. I asked to speak to the guy he kept going to talk to but he was too busy. I was frustrated by that.I am happy with the car. Rich expressed his appreciation for my patience several times.LOGISTICS getting into and out of the dealership are funky and need change. It seems like the Nissan store is the red headed step child of the bigger, more easily accessed Subaru store. The lines for customer parking are painted opposite of way people need to park and once you park, getting out is an adventure, especially on a busy day. All too tight and narrow with one way places. Entrance needs to be more intuitive, less challenging and more welcoming. NEW cars are locked far away. You cant browse the lot and the used cars up front dont have stickers or prices on them. The website needs to be updated more often. Daily IMHO.For $30+ grand...Nissan needs an adjustable front passenger seat on the Altima SV. Especially height. It will get warm but stays low. Short adults and kids take note.

I bought my Suzuki XL7 in for service, actually had it towed in. Sean the repair liaison for my car, and the technician took a very hard problem to diagnose and did not give up until they found the correct issue and fixed it. Once again, car problem diagnosis is a very difficult process, as was in my case.. I really appreciated the constant contact and diligence in finding the problem and fixing it. Many other mechanics would have changed a part and sent me on my way, Sean and the staff made sure my car was right and really saved me. Thanks so much again.
