Gave me a price on a part, when it arrived they wanted $110 more because of THEIR shipping error on cost. I offered to accept their new price if they handled the tax, which was slightly less than half of the $110 increase ontop of the quoted price, they refused. Lie to your customer and don’t even try to make it right. Do business somewhere else.

They need to start doing 0 star options! The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I just spoke with a woman on the phone who I could tell from the start had an attitude. I asked her a question if a certain tire needed a tube. She stated “I don’t know” in a very arrogant tone!! You don’t know? You are suppose to be helping me, you are suppose to be the professional!

We couldnt ask for a better experience. This team of individuals went above and beyond to help me and my company Quest Landscapes get the undivided attention to detail to repair our walker mowers. This company is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding. I honestly cant say enough good things about this company.Thank you Stephen Roy Power Equipment.

I have been customer for many year, last visit to dealer the workers/owner did not wear masks as required by law. But they look at you with 2 heads and tell you to put mask on. I have spent over $10,000 on parts there never had a problem, I wanted to exchange a cross threaded oil filter. I went to exchange the filter the owner took me in back of building and spit in my face (no mask) yelling at me to not ever say I got a bad part in front of a customer. I did get refunded for part and will certainly never go back there. These people are nothing special, please people learn to do your own repairs. These are not Mercedes Benz certified mechanic . What a joke

Excellent service! Had snow blower tune up, price was in line and was ready when promised. Brenda the sales/service manager was very friendly and explained everything that was done to my machine. Highly recommend this company.

Brought a chainsaw in for repairs. I was told it would only be a week. It ended up being a month with no communication from them about it until I called. I finally got the chainsaw back and the first time using it, it wont even stay running.

I just spoke with a lady over the phone who was VERY rude. I’ve never had to rebuild my cub cadet carb so I called to see if they have a kit. I had good pics of all the info needed to provide as I knew I wasn’t going to be with the tractor when I called around looking for the rebuild kit. The lady was not helpful or patient when asking me for the info. She asked for the serial number so I started giving her the number next to the where it said serial number. Nope, that’s the number to the tractor not the part. Or something like that she said. When I tried to give her numbers she would just keep talking over me so I had to get firm and raise my voice. We finally got through the fiasco and said she has it in stock. I asked how much. She seemed annoyed that I asked but told me it was like $24. I said something like. Oh. I can get it online for $7-$10. She says that’s aftermarket price, hers is from cub cadet. She only carries original parts. I really wanted to fix my carb today as I work 70-80 hours a week and it’s my afternoon off but because of her attitude and disrespect I will not suck up paying $25 and go there. I’m shopping elsewhere. I would have spent more money for a tune up kit, too, and be done with it. She practically hung up on me after I mentioned buying it online for a third of the price. Some people.
