Do yourself a huge favor and go with someone else!We were quoted by the owner Mike that he had the 20x40 tent size we needed for our wedding and that it would be set up Thursday afternoon or Friday morning for our wedding that was Saturday. That worked great for us so we gave Mike a deposit over the phone. After that we called and arranged to have all our other vendors come on Friday morning to set up their equipment under the tent.So on Wednesday we tried calling Mike to confirm everything was on schedule to set up the tent but he wasn’t answering the phone or returning our messages. I waited a while then tried to call from another phone number and he picked up on the first ring! He then said he was only willing to set up the tent Friday afternoon or Saturday morning, which was not what we were quoted and not possible at all to do with our vendors coming Friday morning. I even offered him more money if he could set up on the quoted time but he flat out refused. We informed him that we would then have to use another tent company, and his only comment was that we would not be getting our deposit back.Thank god that “Always A Party” tent rental was able to come in and save our wedding by providing a prompt last minute rental. Mike could have really ruined our special day.
