I ordered a Honda dirtBike in January 2021. But because of the chip shortages and whatever is going on with these container ships I didn’t get my bike until October2021. With that being said I cannot speak highly enough of my salesperson Kristin Phillips. Even after I got frustrated and pulled my deposit she still called me the day it came in to see if I wanted it still even tho she had other potential buyers on the line. She was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable.

I have purchased no less than 10 different vehicles from Bob Weaver and his team over the years. I keep going back as a result of the TOP NOTCH customer service, extensive inventory and willingness to negotiate to make the deal happen! Just today I purchased a Harley Freewheeler working with Conor McGreal (salesperson). Just purchased a new Yamaha 4 wheeler from them yesterday. The attention from the salesman Scott over the last week and a half was phenomenal. He answered every question we had and returned calls quickly. We were coming from out of town and he worked with us to make sure we would have a good time to pick up our new machine. Scott helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Both Scott and the owner who took care of us when we came in to pick our machine up (they were extremely busy that evening) were very knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend them.

I just bought a 2021 Yamaha MT-07 from Bob Weaver. It was a wait after putting down my deposit because of the way the market is right now. They were completely patient with me and my impatience. Everybody I worked with was very helpful including when it came to buying a new helmet. They will be my go-to when it comes time to buy another recreational vehicle at some point down the road. Highly recommend!

Well, me and my family showed up expecting to get a side by side with plow, but was told we didnt qualify for approval. It was so disappointing. Especially knowing it was for a disabled mom and grandmother needing to help with snow removal around property. Two family members tried and was turned down. Income was more than needed and other high credit score . Hopefully it wasnt a more personal attack. It lowered credit scores for no Damm reason. Again truly disappointed

Well, what can I say, I just got back to Cape Cod with my 2019 Honda, Super Cub! It was the exact bike I was looking for! Lots of stuff on the site and in the store not available. Nothing like walking around a show room with 95% with sold tags. Granted its a crazy economy but still. Not much knowledge or help from the young people working there. I had cash in hand and zero interest in even seeing what I wanted. Visited 3 times. Was the same every time.

Bought many of my Victory accessories here. Great friendly staff. Great showroom with new and used bikes, quads, side by side and so on. Its worth a stop to look and talk with them. I wish they were an Indian dealer too but hey cant have it all. I will be shopping here more. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Seems like they could use a little more help on the sales side to keep things moving a little faster as I was there a hour and half to sign two papers that took 5 minutes due to many other customers and only a few salesman but overall a great sales experience and will make the 3 hour drive to buy one from them again.

Bought a motorcycle site unseen from across the country! I was reassured that the bike was just like it was on the showroom when new (it was a 15’ with 650 miles). I got some pictures and a video and wired them the money hoping it was as good as it looked and sounded. I arranged shipping and that process went smoothly. The bike showed up looking amazing and as promised, like it was back in 2015 new in the showroom. Very happy with everything. I’d recommend them again for local buyers, those that are weighing a long drive to check out a bike and cross-country buys 👍🏻👍🏻.

I went in to Bob Weavers to buy my daughter ATV gloves. Well I was there I decided to go check out the used bike section and found an 09 Vstar. It was a Saturday and they had a lot of costumers but their was an older gentleman walking around making sure everyone was taking care of. I told him the bike I was interested in and he checked on it to make sure it was still available and it was and he started it up and went over it with me real quick. He then set me up with the next available salesperson. Scott Giberson the salesman took very good care of me and Mike Weaver handled my trade in and I was happy with the value I got for my bike. Sales team was very friendly and answered any questions I had while purchasing first new ATV. I’ve since returned a few times for helmets, winch and other retrofit parts and everyone was very helpful. I subsequently brought my son’s little ATV into service that I had just picked up secondhand and the service advisor spent some time with me after it was serviced to show me how to operate it as I had never had it running before. Entire staff is helpful and I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Went there today to get my son and I a dirt bike Scott G. was very helpful. Was able to do two deals and take them home despite one still being in the crate waiting to be put together from the factory. The place was severely understaffed and it could have gone a bit smoother. Overall great staff and great selection. Found a couple of small issues with one bike will review again once I take it in for warranty work.

Brought my Ducati all the way out here from Syracuse and the staff was super friendly. Had to leave the bike and still waiting to hear what’s wrong with the bike. We’ll see!

Came in from out of town because they were the closest dealer with the bike I was looking for. Unfortunately, they were about 5 days out on paperwork and would have to pick up later. I explained I was from quite far away and by the time their paperwork was ready, Id be out of town for a week. They were able to accommodate and rush the paperwork through allowing me to take the bike home that day.

Kristen was so very helpful in our very first ATV purchases! These were Christmas presents for our preteen boys and we had no clue where to start!! She guided us through what was age appropriate and she was right!!!! Christmas morning was amazing and the boys love their new “toys”!! We left with all the info we needed for maintenance and the assurance to call whenever we have questions. I have a feeling more toys are in the future for us!!!!

Horrible customer service, we were literally waiting for a whole hour to get the price on a motorcycle while everyone else around us got help. None of them have a uniform either making it difficult to identify who actually works there. Tried talking to an employee and she was acting like she couldn’t understand what was being told to her in her main language. Pathetic. Expected a lot more but what can you possible expect from a business that only hires a bunch of KARENS. 😂

I own a Yamaha motorcycle a 2003. They did not have any parts that I asked for. They had to order what I wanted unacceptable. If Im in there that day that means I want to fix it that day unacceptable

First of all you can’t get no one on the phone. Second I bought a bike from them and they said they are going to keep it for five days to go thru it. Third When I got it on the fifth day I drove it for only ten mins and had to take it back to get it fixed. I had to wait another five days. When I did get it back again my bike was so dirty I couldn’t even sit on and had to ask someone to wipe my sit down and on top of that they didn’t change my oil. This place has really left a bad taste. Once they get your money they can care less about as a consumer.

Bait and switch nation point they leave a motorcycle posted on the Internet for a month but it’s not for sale. Not worth your time!

Everything in the store was very well kept and the cleanliness standards were amazing. The customer service provided by Kristen Phillips was absolutely amazing! She’s super personable, reasonable, and works with the customer to make sure the bike is the perfect ride. She’s also very patient with customers who don’t know exactly what they’re looking for! Also she asks questions that aren’t required but are definitely a good safety precaution to ask. I had a very enjoyable experience even though I know nothing about bikes. Great human being!

I bought my first snowmobile from Weavers 2 years ago. I dealt with a salesman named Nate. From my arrival throughout loading up on the trailer....customer service was on point. The price was great too. Those two things together....is why I have referred many people to weavers since then. All of whom have gotten back to me with the same general consensus. My 10 year olds time to get involved in the sport again is now. Today, after dealing with Nate again...my feelings stay the same. I would not shop anywhere else. Place is amazing. Only negative thing to say is the hidden surcharge. Almost a bait and switch. 300 freight and assembly should be included in the price not left as an added fee so you only realize after the fact. I bought a children’s quad only to see it’s 30% more with that surcharge. On the plus side the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Overall was a good experience just cost more than had originally planned.

So far so good, I dropped off my bike with more than a couple of issues. Everyone was very welcoming, polite and professional. They didnt treat me any less when they found out its a warranty job, (warranty pays well under regular prices as a condition) they even pointed out other coverage my wheels had and offered to fix that. They pointed out damage I was unaware of in a totally non pushy or sales like way. They pointed out my handle bar being bent and offered it once and once only I declined and they simply moved on. Curiosity was killing me so I asked and he gave me a very reasonable price installed and all. I then asked about some new grips and instead upselling me he pointed out new grips came included with handle bar so that was way cool. Over all so far so good. Well see how pick up goes and will update.

I was looking at buying a used honda crf250l. While searching the internet for honda dealers near me i came across bob weavers website. they had a couple of left over 18s. I called the sales department and worked with a gentleman named woody. He was very prompt and called me back with an out the door price within an hour. Not only was he was very quick but he also got me an awesome price. i ended up paying less for a brand new bike than i could get for a used one. when i came to pick up the bike the experience was very thorough but also fast! i was in and with the bike loaded in my trailer within 45 mins. If you are looking for a not pushy great sales experience ask for woody. he even helped me load the bike! thanks again!!

This was my first time at this business and I will definitely be back. The building is modern and well lit. The new and used stock was huge - I havent seen anything so extensive in this area. I was especially impressed by the service - knowledgeable and friendly. A special treat was the extensive display of rare, museum quality motorcycles.

I don’t really review stuff, but here I am.I went to Bob Weavers because the show room looked nice, and it was close by.On my first visit I met with a salesman, Chase I believe. Nice kid, really. I suspect he wasn’t the most knowledgeable— he tried to sell me a bike I specifically said I didn’t want. Again though, I had a pleasure talking to him.Chase tried to convince me a sport touring and super sport are “basically the same.” I’m paraphrasing here but he said things like “they are both sport bikes, ones just more comfortable.” Tried reeeeeaaaal hard to convince me a ninja 650 is just as fast and racy as a dedicated sport bike... lol. I was genuinely confused and came to the conclusion that bike has been there a while and they are really trying to move it.After being confused as to why I’m getting pushed a type of bike I wasn’t there for, I left to check other local dealers. Over the week I visited a few.At this point I still liked Bob Weavers, and since I have loyalty, and went there first, I went again to see if maybe it was just a weird day.My sales guy wasn’t there, a different kid with about the same depth of knowledge. (idk name) I’m not trying to knock anyone, but I was asking simple spec sheet questions I already knew the answers too. I told this guy I’m looking for a 636 and he showed me like 6– Okay cool! We are getting somewhere.I sit on a few varied years and models and tell him I’m going to price shop and I’ll get back to him or chase.I shopped around and called Bob Weavers to talk to Chase. He’s not there, but I talk to someone with the last name “Weaver.”Awesome I’m talking to an owner or a family member, this is perfect!I tell Mr. Weaver that I have some quotes from other dealers and he abruptly interrupts me like:“woah woah woah what’s wrong with us? I thought you were gunna buy a bike from us?”So that’s where the dislike started. I was legit stunned, and explained to him that comparative shopping is a popular practice...I then give him a number to beat. I said another dealer will sell me a brand new 2019, 0 miles, same model, for less than Weavers 2018 7,xxx mi product. (True)At this point his frustration is audible. He goes alright I’ll call you back, and as I’m saying thank you for taking the time to run some numbers I was hung up on.he did call back, and he did beat the price! But not significantly. At which point I told him that wasn’t a significant enough drop for me to go the used route.At which point he flips out.Him “Seriously?! You said you’d buy it from me if I could beat the price.” I hung up.I’ll change my review when the owner or his son call me to apologize for being obnoxiously rude on the phone.EDIT: I was called back by Mike and was apologized too for the bad service during that time. Humbleness goes a long way in my book and I’ll be adding stars.I won’t remove what I said for context, but I will add that Bob Weavers did go out of their way to reach out to me, and apologize.Greatly appreciated.Overall, a truly odd experience but I’d be willing to give them a shot again.

I purchased a polaris sportsman 450 ho utility. I have a 40 year old spinal cord injury and was looking for a machine that help me get out to hunt and trap. Weaver motor sports hooked me up with a great machine and accessories. I added a windshield, handwarmers, storage box and a winch with remote and am very pleased with the assistance I got. My salesman Scott G. picked up on the fact that I was a veteran and got me a 10% discount. Weaver also accepted a $750 accessory offer from polaris. Although the storage box wasnt available from polaris right away they kept on it and got it for me. Definitely a great experience at Weaver. To top it off Mike Weaver called me one evening to personally check on my satisfaction...and he listened.

Great customer service, they are there for the public (customer) not just the sale. Ill be back!

Just bought a used motorcycle kristen was absolutely awesome. Process was quick they had me in and out in no time. They were a little difficult to get a hold of at first but still get five stars cause every one is adjusting to the new normal with this pandemic. The selection is huge and would recommend to anyone. Nice to deal with people on top their game even considering the circumstances.

Our salesman, Chase, was pretty lame actually. Zero communication or follow up. Bike was listed $500 higher in showroom than online price and they did NOT match the online price. Paid $500 more than expected. False advertising there folks! Would have gone elsewhere but was exact bike my son wanted for his 1st road bike.And they will pull all bad reviews just like they did with this one yesterday.Edit: to make matters even worse we scheduled pick up of the new bike with their service department so they could go through everything prior to us showing up. The day of pick up the service man asks which one if us is riding home with the new bike and we let him know that we are bringing it home on a trailer instead of riding. Good thing we did as when we got home we checked everything out ourselves and the rear tire had 22psi and the front had 18psi. Are you freaking kidding me!!!! The number 1 safety protocol about riding was completely neglected and would have put one of us in an extremely dangerous riding situation. SHAMEFUL and IRRESPONSIBLE to the Nth degree!!!!!

I purchased my Goldwing from this location and have utilized both their parts and service departments. I have had a few hiccups along the way, but my overall experience is 100% positive. Many of the staff members know me by name and have went the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied. Please be advised that they are generally busy, especially during bike season. If you want to get your bike serviced, you need to get it in early to avoid the rush.If i was purchasing another bike, or needed parts, I would definitely return to Weavers.I highly recommend it!

Jon from sales is an excellent member of Weavers. Ive been going to him for purchases for near ten years, three different motorcycles and an atv now. Jon is the only one i deal with when making a large purchase.Mr Weaver is a great owner as he is almost always out on the floor. The experience at first was a little hard to not get angry with the communication with the sales person but when Aaron the salesperson and the sales manager got involved, everything became very smooth. Inventory is top notch and the people want to help as fast as they can but just remember that Corona 19 is going on and everyone is overburdened. Great place.

Went motorcycle shopping at Bob Weavers. They have great deals and a very knowledgeable staff. We purchased two new Ducati’s from them and are very happy with the bikes and the service from Mike Weaver, Connor and the rest of the Weaver staff. Purchased a new helmet at a good price as well.
