Gerard has been my go-to Jeep mechanic for several years. Hes knowledgeable, kind and reasonably priced. Hes definitely helped me out when in a bind and answers his phone on nights/weekends, unlike most modern day mechanics who work a 9-5.Highly recommend Gerard & 716 Motorsports for all of your vehicle/small motor repairs!

Gerard is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I’ve met. He helped me immensely in getting my YZ125 fixed and provided a great price on his services. Great guy, even better service. Highly recommend.

They did a lot of work on my sons bike and were very thorough and professional. I was very pleased with the quality of work they performed and although the bike was there for awhile it was at a time of year when we couldnt get in anywhere else and they made a spot for us

Every shop I called was backed up 6-8 weeks for a rear tire. They had one in stock and serviced my machine same day. Will definitely be back. Highly Recommended.

Pretty good place, carried my wheels into the shop for them, and tightened the but on the balancer machine for him. No big deal though, tire is balanced. Would go again

5 stars all the way !!!!! Gerard was so kind and went out of his way to help me out. I asked him to watch my BMW motorcycle for a few weeks before it was picked up from his place by a shipping company. He made a repair on my bike and kept me posted when the delivery was complete. I was so relived when I met him because he was genuinely a nice guy and it was clear that he had an extensive knowledge regarding Motorcycles. Very happy with his business and would recommend Gerard to everyone.

Would not recommend to my worst enemies. Guy doesnt have a clue what he talks about, messed up bunch of friends bikes, is way overpriced, snitches to IRS/DoT on other mechanics in town to get his business going. Hes hated by bunch of local riders

The WORST experience I’ve ever had! All the money they were given to do simple work and they never completed the job. Originally was told 2 weeks of work turned into over a month process. I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone. The customer service is also horrible. There very rude and unknowledgeable. I have no idea how they run a business.

I brought my car into 716 Motorsports by daughters air conditioning wasnt working drivers very honest with me and told me it just needed to be charged. Instead of charging me a lot of money for new compressor he just charged it at a reasonable price and sent me on my way very quick and Professional A+

Took my suzuki Bulevard to this guy about year an half to get a valve adjustment.... paid about 400 bucks and bike came with same problem! Took it to Buffalo Shoppers and with 175 buck the guy did a great job! My friend took his ATV last season with carb problems and spend almost $900 becuase supposly had other issues and machine came out worst! Didn’t even turn on! And yeah, for every bad review he gonna try to say... “oh there’s no record of you or your bike” guy have moved out his shop about 4 times in two years! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Find a good shop with responsible mechanic and not over price!!

Gerard was super helpful to me as a beginner - I bought a bike that requires a kickstart from a dealer that did not properly instruct me on the starting procedure, and I had an AWFUL time trying to start it. I was seriously doubting my purchase, and was beyond bummed. He charged up the battery for me and took the time to make sure I fully understood and demonstrated ability to start the bike, and I have not had a single problem since. Charged me very little and gave me some pointers on clutch control that I hadnt learned in my rider course too!

Let me just start by saying that all of the negative and mean things you’ve seen by the reviews are most definitely false. I recently took my 2007 gsxr to 716 Motorsports for a common issue (rectifier/ stator) as the bike was not charging. After only a few days the bike was ready to rock n roll. Let me mention that the owner him self texted me several times to keep me updated. Long story short the rectifier turned out to be faulty and without hesitation they told me to bring it back free of charge. 716 Motorsports truly stands behind their work and will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Highly recommended A+ give them a call I’m sure they can help you out and if they can’t you will at least learn something from the short time you talk/deal with them. Oh and for the guy complaining about a $500 work order... if you can’t afford to pay a shop don’t bring it to one simple as that.

By far the worst experience at a shop ive had. they did work that was not authorized and took forever with 2 of my motorcycles. i told them my budget and they went over by $1000. on top of that the first time i went to ride my bike after they “fixed” it I got stranded. save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Had my husbands motorcycle over a month and still hadnt fixed it! Call to check on progress and everytime got a different answer! Called today after Friday the owner told myself that the bike would be on lift getting fixed Friday afternoon Saturday morning last week at latest. When I asked about the motorcycle he told me just come get it now very unprofessional deff would not recommend his business to anyone

Very rude and cocky! After having motorcycle for over a months time rudely told me to pick up motorcycle... So I went to do just that and he had said motorcycle in pieces. Couldnt explain anything. Left key in it outdoors, speed o taken off gas tank, and tank wide open in all weathers. Will never recommend his business to anyone! Not very professional! Had no idea where the parts where off bike thatcthey removed!

Ive dealt with this guy and to be quite honest he doesnt want to know you if youre not spending at least $500.00. I went to him with a motorcycle problem. ( carb needed adjustment. )I found another mechanic whos a mobile mechanic who fixed my problem for $20.00! Yeah I saved $480.00!Then I bumped into Sulivans place whos near Tonawanda & Ontario streets in Buffalo. Sullivan is Super cool and doesnt price gouge.I asked Gerard of 716 motorsports why are you so expensive? Dude tells me hes married and has 4 kids. So that was his excuse for high prices. It gets even better there was another bike shop I went to somewhere around Military and Sheridan. I needed a part. These guys were super cool father and son team. I blurted out about 716 motorsports and a customer said that Gerard from 716 gives a lot of his business to this father and son team.Meaning 716 Motorsports doesnt even do a lot of their own repairs! Hell ship your motorcycle somewhere else to be fixed! Then the customer picks their bike back up at 716 motorsports absolutely clueless that 716 motorsports didnt even do the repairs! Yeah, some other bike shop fixed your bike! Maybe thats why 716 motorsports is so expensive?Interesting right?Update! It is July 12 2018. I just read Gerards response and hes LYING!!!If dude cant get at least $500.00 from you he wont bother dealing with you . He will & does price gouge!!!
