I had went in the late afternoon. The sales associate that helped me didnt have on a name tag. But was the nicest that have ever met in a Auto Zone since I have been driving. He help me to perfect windshield wipers for my Chevy Trax and he put them on for me and ran a free automobile diagnostic on my vehicle to see what was wrong with it.

I miss the days when you walked into an establishment and you were greeted politely and if the employee was engaged with another customer would say, welcome, Ill be right with you. Instead, youre ignored till you either say excuse me, or may I get some help here? Women get ignored over men in an auto parts store.....unless youre in short-shorts or your chest is protruding from your blouse.Happens everywhere for the most part. Sad, and bad business. If I owned a business, my employees would be properly trained to treat customers as they should be and also the way they themselves would appreciate being treated. I have come to hate shopping anywhere.

After a disastrous experience at the Sheridan store in Tonawanda, Devin was our patron Saint of Autozone! He had all of our parts waiting that he had in in stock at the Goundry location and when we got there was able to locate the rest for us and secure them at Niagara Falls loction. Please transfer him to Lockport, pay him anything he wants and make him employee of the year!!!

24 hr operation makes this my go to auto parts supplier. When most people have scheduling that isnt consistent or coherent during covid-19 its refreshing to see a stable auto parts store I know I can count on. Staff is always following proper social distancing protocol and always helpful. which makes it a safe bet. Also having a German automobile. Its one of the few places I can find my correct oil in the exact weight I need making it all the more a dependable outlet for vehicle maintenance.

I was always a great customer here, spending loads of money on my projects, very polite with staff. Tonight I went there just to buy an air freshener, and as I was in the aisle I overhead an employee with the store manager next to him talking negative about me to a customer that does not know me at all, I was shocked at the things they said about me to the customer, who again does not know me at all, I looked over at them and they were just staring at me while talking about me. I will never spend a penny at any Autozone ever again. Thank you Autozoners for making me feel extremely embarrassed as well as extremely uncomfortable and making me never want to shop at any Autozone store again! You lost a valued customer!

Late today I noticed one of my rear directional lights was out, and I didn’t know what to do.I drive my grandchildren around most every day, and didn’t feel safe driving them without my turn signal working!The AutoZone near me isn’t open 24/7, so was very pleased store #2915 on Goundry was open this late in the evening.I must bring Kayla C to everyone’s attention, as she has excellent customer service skills, is very knowledgeable and very helpful.Now I’m feeling safe driving my car around again! This particular AutoZone does never has the parts that I need always have to order. If Im going there I already have my car taken apart. Its obvious I have to have it fix that very day I probably should have called but I ended up finding it at another store Advance Auto sorry

They had the part on the shelf for me right at the register after a quick phone call. Fast efficient service. Part works well on my Toyota. Idle Air Control Valve came with the gasket and every thing. Only guys in the area who had the part. Thanks autozone.

Went there last night thursday July 30th 2020, went in for some electrical supplies.While I was there I witnessed the manager JORDAN D. and his friends and other employees sitting out side talking and smoking while your store had 6 other customers including my self waiting for over 15-20mins to be taken care ofThere was one gentleman in there an older man trying to answer the phones and take care of customers.That old man deserves that manager position.

I love this location, its open 24/7 and the staff are very helpful! I came in to have my engine light checked, the guy came out and did it. No hassle, no charge. He was able to give me the code, look up the part for me and I was able to buy it right there on the spot. I have also used this parking lot to change out my headlight. Definitely recommend if youre in the area.

I bought a front driver side cv axel I gave everything needed to get the right one from part number to the axel/differential and still got the wrong one now my 4wh drive doesn’t work and I believe my diff is blow. When I called they hung up on me 3 times and finally some girl very rudely said I can just buy a new one thanks guys you helped so much

They always HAVE, What I need...

Stood at counter while counter man counted his money over and over while being ignored. The 3 other employees hung outside smoking there cigarettes while I stood there waiting and waiting and waiting and watching him count his money over and over and waiting. Finally the other 3 employees walked in and I got excited to get out of there with my purchase and take this facemask off. But no, the only counter guy that was counting money has a conversation with one of them and the other of the 3 cashes out a customer that walked up to his counter at that particular moment . As I had been waiting waiting. Had it not been an emergency I would had been long gone......just the icing on the cake as to the kind of night I was having in the land of car repairs

They need to learn to answer the phone at this store. Being able to call before hand when I know exactly what I need is essential. This store is lacking the simple skill of answer a phone and actually providing customer service. If I know you dont have the part in stock Ill move on or order it.

I love the fact that they are the ONLY local auto parts store that is open 24/7. This is Auto Zones main store/warehouse. Other stores have their parts delivered from this place....so most often, they carry most everything. Just not crazy about SOME of the night crew....not very knowledgeable/savvy about car parts.

This is by far the worst parts store to deal with. There always understaffed. I have a commercial auto repair business and Im constantly getting the wrong parts and driving to the warehouse and people dont know whats going on. I have instructed my employees to no longer purchase from them. We had a charge account with his company their employees charged on my account without my permission we are still waiting for invoices from the store which they cannot come up with to prove of the theft

This autozone is awesome, and open 24 hours. It was alittle far, but they have many parts in stock. Associates were great even though I knew what I was getting I had them double-check anyways. Being a female, they even offered to carry everything out to the car for me. Great.

I was in your storthe other afternoon to purchase some brake fluid. All of your employees were wearing their masks..There was 4 young men in line ahead of me and none of them had masks on or anywhere in sight. I can not understand why they were allowed in the store at all. I felt sorry for the cashier who had to wait on them..

Asked cashier for assistance locating correct wheel cover size. She shrugged and said theyre all universal fit. I asked her why they are marked different sizes then. She shrugged and said she didnt know anything about wheel covers. She then walked away. She did not offer to ask another associate, either.

Couldnt find a part if it was sitting right in front of them. The people that anwser phone are rude. Tried to say my part wasnt there so they can sell me another when it was confirmed an hour before and I had proof.

The employees we not very happy or enthusiastic about their jobs. Went in to have the check engine light checked on my truck. The man who helped me was very quick and efficient.

My father and I walked into the store on a very stormy night looking for tools to fix my flat tire and the two gentlemen who were working completely ignored us. Didn’t ask if we needed help looking for anything and when we found what we wanted we stood near the counter, where the two gentlemen were talking amongst each other, to be cashed out and neither one of them acknowledged us. One of them made eye contact with me and still didn’t acknowledge the fact that we needed to be cashed out. Just blatantly ignored us. I do not feel like I was treated fairly.

Open 24 hours awesome when you need a part late. 50/50 you get an employee that cant or wont be able help you. Prices are better on the website.

Helped test my vehicle and find parts i needed.

First visit. They have more staff then customers when I walked in for some car wash tools. One of the staff kept selling one of their bundles which I was not interested in since I only needed a couple of specific tools. Ended up buying some tools from them only to find out cheaper prices on Amazon. Will not visit this place again unless I absolutely have to.
