Went in for a upgrade and got way more then expected.. Derek went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new purchase and he is very knowledgeable. I have an adult disabled son who has his own Metro account. He broke his phone, discarded it, bought a new phone, and I was charged with the task of adding the new phone to the account. My son did not recall his PIN #, I locked the account out on a customer service call...then I went to the NT location for help. Derek went ABOVE and BEYOND, and got me access. I would highly recommend this location. One happy parent, and an ecstatic customer resulted from my visit!

At another location my boyfriend was duped into opening a whole new account instead of upgrading his and our daughters phones. It has been a running problem trying to figure out passwords for all or our credit cards and banks .. Ive been to this location 3 times and each time they were nice, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. We have had to switch our phones around to recover the password info and its happened seamlessly Everytime!! Thank you guys so much!!

Went to this metro today, was so happy!! Store is under new management, super customer service, they were super helpful and smart, and they took their time to help us. I will definitely keep going back there now. I highly recommend this store.

Derrick was great, offered a slight upgrade when the specific model I wanted was unavailable. And even gave a slight discount when the card reader was malfunctioning. Glad to see customer service is still top priority.

My experience with Tony at Metro has been awesome! Very professional and takes good care of his customers. Helped me pick out two phones that Im very pleased with and even threw in a few extras. Its very obvious he cares about who walks thru that door and makes sure you are satisfied. I walked in on the first day that Tony and Derek were opening the store. I have full confidence that this store will provide excellent customer service to all its customers. They assisted me with the issues i had, answered my questions, it doesnt get better than that!

We got a 4 line plan about a month ago and Dereck that works there was a great help. At&t made it extremely difficult to switch to Metro even going as far as putting a fraud lock on our numbers to try to prevent us from switching from at&t to Metro, before the 14 day return policy was past the 14 days. The At&t representative lied to us about the plan and deals that we were signing up. Then calling at&t to send back the phones was a terrible experience, spending hours over the phone to send them back and get our refunds.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Derrek helped me out alot when my phone broke. He saved all my pictures when ubrakeifix it store said it could not be fixed. Thank you very much Derrek

I went to return a screen protector because I bought the wrong size. The owner of store acted like he was doing me favor by exchanging for another one an was very rude the whole time an then had the nerve to ask me for a great review on Google which made me smh an write this. I wouldnt recommend anyone go shopping here theres plenty of other metro pcs stores to choose from

The best metro I have ever been in. The guys that work there are awesome, really friendly and show that they really wann help you. It will be the only metro I go to from now on.

Noticed this store is open from NooN to 5 pm. Great! I tripled the checking to make sure its open. #1.) No Answer on the phone or voice mail, the phone kept ringing. #.2) Came here thinking they may be to busy to answer and Nope! Sat outside knocking on a very unprofessional business. The reason I bothered to come to Metro was by all accounts it says it is open. FLAT OUT DISRESPECTFUL LIARS. There are 4 competing cell phone companies!! In the 1 same square mile. Wow What A Joke
