Joey and Karimar were extremely informative about all aspects of the storage unit and extremely patient with my husband, Jimmy as he navigated the online application. They really put our minds at ease with our possessions. I would highly recommend coming to them for your storage needs. Overall, my husband and I have been very happy with the friendliness of all the Public Storage employees that we have encountered.

I havent had such good customer service in a long time! Everything was throroughly explained to me and I was shown to my unit, learned how to lock up and had all my questions answered- The space size ordered was not available so he offered to upgrade to a larger space for the same price!! I am using this to store furniture during 2 office renovations and would highly recommend.

Really had a pleasent experience here. I worked with Joey who helped us determine exactly what size unit would work best for us and our storage needs. He even came out several times to ensure our move was going well and we had everything we needed. I really apprecaited the responsiveness and care that was demonstrated at this location.

Unit is clean and the hours are good. Just be prepared for an additional $60 during check in than whatever you were initially quoted (extra insurance, overpriced lock, and activation fee) - frustrating to say the least

She was very professional and at the same time easy to talk to if this is the way I’m treated when I come in here then I’ve made the right choice to rent from this company.

Good location

I rented a storage room from them about a year ago. When I called to reserve a room that would fit all the stuff I needed to store the employee on the phone found me a discount on a room that was a little bit larger then what I had called for, for the same price as the smaller room. He also found me a discount on the first month and down payment. When I went to the office they were so friendly and helpful. He let me know I needed to buy a few small things to keep the moisture out of the room, I was so happy with the service I had received I told my cousin who was moving out of state and was looking for a storage place too. My cousin and myself are very pleased with this company. I have and would recommend Public Storage again in the future. Also the room was nice and clean and heated in the winter time! They are a great company focused on customer satisfaction.

From start to finish, my personal experience with Public Storage and their employees was absolutely wonderful. As a first time customer, with no prior storage unit rental history, I anticipated a negative experience. However, when I called the toll free number to inquire about unit availability, pricing and how the rental system operated, I was pleasantly surprised. Agent Lori was friendly, knowledgeable, communicated clearly and was easy to understand. She took the time, during my very hectic day to answer questions, made recommendations and located a viable unit meeting my needs. The unit was confirmed and the next step was to speak with the Property Manager at the location. The next day, I talked with Chris Elliott on the phone and arranged an appointment to meet at the location that afternoon. Perfect! Chris was very informative, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, offered other product options to protect and store my possessions, showed me the unit, how to use the lock, explained the entry/exit systems and generally all I needed to know. He made the entire experience very enjoyable and actually made me laugh and smile during the appointment. My days leading up the decision to rent a storage unit had been very stressful. Chris helped relieve my worries and brought smiles to my day...which made me feel so much better. I plan to begin moving items to the unit shortly and feel a strong sense of relief with the selection to use Public Storage. The employees are great to work with and I have no doubt Chris will take care of any questions; as the process moves forward.

I have been with public storage for 5 years and just recently needed to transfer to a bigger unit. Chris and his staff were extremely helpful in the transition. I was sick right just days after completing the paperwork on the transfer, and I was thankful they allowed me a couple of extra days to move to the bigger unit. Where my unit is the climate area is well lit and even had the push cart handy to get the stuff from one unit to the other. Thank you public storage for making this as easy as possible. I rented a space there last month, and I couldn’t be happier. I had a 5x10 a couple of years ago as I needed the extra space. Now, it’s that time again where I need that extra storage and i know where i needed to go. I would recommend to anyone, as the facility is kept clean. The move-in process was easy and painless, which I like. Chris the manager answered all of my questions i had and was extremely friendly.

With winter coming, and being elderly, I was told that if I did rent the managers would help me shovel the snow away from my space. I was very satisfied with your employees.

Unfortunately the toll free customer service was dismissive in her demeanor while informing me that the rate increase was non-negotiable. Absurd considering the current rate to rent that unit was $11 cheaper than they demanded from a current tenant.
