I can not say anything about the quality of vehicles here. I left before they weasel me into a car I did not want. The pushy sales person was to interested in selling me a car I had no interest in. Once I assured him I was not interested in the car. I sat for 20 minutes waiting for the guy to come back from making his rounds of daily chit-chat with the other employees in the main room 10 ft away. They are really nice and pushy when they want to sell you their choice of car for you. Once you have no interest in that car, they loose interest in the customer.

Went in and worked will Billy Patterson. Made the whole process easy and relaxful. Definitely recommend coming here and talking to the staff if you need help on a car purchase!

Worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted and stayed within our budget which was great. Then it fell apart 60 days later. Check engine light was disabled so it wouldnt come on. Dash went out had duck tape over rust and then spray painted to match the truck. It has never been in an accident. Ol boy got his commission thats all their after. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service at the Seymour location. I had a major problem with the suspension breaking and making me spin out and almost go head on into a school bus. Mind you, this is a fairly new ( not cheap) car. They did not offer any help on getting the repair done other than directions to a mechanic. I wish I would have listened to the locals when they warned me about this place. I will be sharing my experiance.

Terrible place to do business with if you have any problems with your vehicle. I dont think they have them checked out. They are just after the dollar and not doing the right thing. Be very cautious if you deal with them. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dont buy from Payton Place! If you want someone elses headache then go for it. The vehicle they sell do NOT go through any inspections. A mistake was mad during the purchase of my friends car and my friend was called everything but their name. Not to mention the so called great car that was purchased needed 900 dollars worth of work and needed new tires. Had a transmission issue, had a wiring problem, cracked windshield and Payton Place refused to change the car and also refused to help getting anything fixed. DONT BUY FROM HERE!! I cant speak for the one in Seymour but they lost their dealerships due to bad auto sales in Columbus Indiana!
