Hayden, nate, and both Dylan were all knowledgeable and good. Even though I had to wait a few min, they still acknowledged that I was there. You need to keep those 4.

My phone wasn’t working correctly after a download install. I took my phone in and spoke with Hayden. He was such a great help! I ended up having to get a newer phone and he made the entire thing so easy! I will definitely be back to this location the next time I have any question or problems.

Quisha was the WORSE representation of tcc I have experienced. As a former employee, I knew more than she did. Then I asked specific questions, she became defensive and then 100% rude. Would not listen, only talk over my wife and I. We walked out because of how she treated us, she even asked my 4 year daughter if she had kids. (Who says that??!!) Do not got to this store. We were looking for a phone for my 9 yr son. And she was pushing us to add a line so she could get commission. Dont trust tcc, I actually just got paid from a lawsuit against them. Do not trust them.

She was amazing, ever so helpful and helped me so much. Got a new phone and a great deal. Will definitely be going back!!

I was helped by madison when I was getting a new phone. She showed me how to use my new a51 and made it a very easy and painless process

I went into the store wanting to order a new phone as a surprise gift. I asked them to make sure notifications were sent only to me and was reassured that they would be. Right after I placed my order, sure enough both numbers on my account were notified. :( I decided ok no big deal. Then when I go to pick up my new phone I ended up waiting for around 30-45 minutes due to technical issues. Again decided no big deal. I asked the rep to make sure that it was not going to cut off the phone it was replacing, again was reassured that it wouldn’t until I opened and activated the new device. Shortly after leaving, the other person called from his office saying that his phone was not working... I checked my account and sure enough they deactivated his device. I called this location to try and get it resolved because he works out of town and needs a phone, all they could tell me is that “well that shouldn’t of happened” and offered no further assistance, like I didn’t already know that. I was able to call Verizon themselves and get it resolved. I was just very disappointed...I would recommend just going to an actual Verizon store, I have never had issues when dealing with them directly.

Ive got to say I had a horrible 3 hour visit to this Verizon dealer yesterday. It seems like no one knows how to fix a problem when faced with one. They just call a customer service line, which is answered by someone else thats horrible at their job. Not satisfied at all.

Sydney had helped out with choosing a new phone that would fit my needs. She had made everything go smoothly even when the system had a glitch.
