This location has taken care of me and my family on a regular basis since the younger guy took it over as the store manager. Always up front, straight to the point, and willing to do anything they can to help their customers.I refuse to trust anyone but them with my vehicles.

Always fast and convenient location. They were the ones to make things right after another shop had done a bad brake job almost resulting in an accident. I had my vehicle towed to them that morning and by mid afternoon it was already ready for pick up. When I called they had an outlook of how can we get this done vs a usual shops attitude of you inquiring about their schedule in the case of an unexpected emergency.

Just moved to PA 3 weeks ago and I took my van to Mr. Tire in Monroville because the front drivers tire just didnt look right to me, not to mention the other 3 tires were looking a little shady to me. I was told that they looked fine but the manager did make sure that they had the correct air pressure. However, yesterday while out on a picking up a customers order (Im a DoorDasher), I cleared a curb but something still managed to puncture the passager rear tire. This is my first mishap with a tire and my anxiety was off the charts. While waiting for the tow truck which took 2 1/2 hours, I decided to look for service shops. I wanted someone pretty close to my home and there were 2 places. Even though there is a place closer to me, Monro had a better review and they are only a mile and half from where I live. When I finally got to Monros, I was talking to Steven and he was able to make me laugh and calm my anxiety down. Whats more, Bill drove me home. Thats going above and beyond the call of duty. I do have a tire and wheel protection agreement from the place I bought the van but come to find out the company said that they denied the claim because the tire was too bald. After talking to Steven, I decided to get 4 new tires and an alignment. Steven totally took care of me. He said there is a special going on, buy 3 get the 4th one free. He was able to give me several discounts. Monro Auto Service and Tire Center will be my go to place for all my tires needs. Thank you Steven and Bill.

My parents was in despite need. No other place could get them in on such notice. Struck with fear from my past with this location I couldn’t stop this from happening, so I could not leave them there alone. As I pulled in I saw my Dad talking to the manager who was explaining to him in detail what was wrong with the brakes. He asked if I would like to tag along and he would show us way it was failing and what we could do. I was amazed, the manager and technician working side by side. I asked being that we didn’t have an appointment would my parents get the car back today ( they already had 2 cars in the shop ) with out hesitation the manager dale said absolutely. I never thought in a millions years I would ever go back there again but this time was different. Dale assured me that the past is in the past and they are under new management and a whole new staff. Fast, friendly, and informative. WOW!!! My dad said he felt welcomed there and will go back. I guess this place is turning around and got some repeat costumers coming back. Don’t believe me.....STOP IN

These 1 star reviewers today are full of it. you bought a ford that you dont maintain and you have to have your friends post 1 star reviews that are fraudulent. You know thats a crime? Its called false testimonials under 15 U.S. Code §45 according to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)and they reserve the right to penalize parties who use deceptive or unfair acts to affect commerce.

Came in for an alignment and to get tires mounted and balanced. I watched them crack my front bumper on the alignment rack and then the manager came in asking me to pay him cash with no receipt for a lower price. Never did the alignment and never told me they cracked my bumper. Shady place

We had appointments for Monday but the tech got injured which was fine. Then Tuesday we go in and they had a problem with the car in front of us so they wouldn’t do it. They told us to bring both cars on Wednesday and they would do them and give us a deal so we come back on Thursday and the person in charge told us we weren’t on the list and said they couldn’t do it. I was very disappointed.

They tried to squeeze $600 out of me for a rotor for inspection what a joke second year in a rowe I had trouble there and my vehicle is in very good condition thanks but no thanks never again.

They repair man that changed my light bulbs was very nice. The manager was initially very rude, if I didnt desperately need my car inspected I wouldve left. Also I was charged $40 to change 4 bulls that required no special tool. They were extremely fast which I appreiated.

Took care of me right away! I had to stop to get an oil change while my daughter was at dance class. Ridiculously fast!! I was afraid it wouldn’t be done by the time she got out. It took about 5 minutes this is definitely my new oil change place. Hidden gem in the tri valley. Highly recommend!!!

I recommend this location. Set up an appointment two days before; came in, no wait, friendly staff, and it only took half an hour and I was out the door. Plus its very reasonable price.

Always willing to work with me give me some discounts and get me in ASAP < this was my previous 5 star review of the company. Until my check engine light came on and I needed it fixed quickly, they quoted me 1,000 for a catalytic converter change. Extremely overpriced but since thanksgiving is in 2 days and I have a 1 yr old at home am in school and work. I consented knowing I was getting overcharged. The next day they call me saying I need 2 O2 sensors bringing it up to 1800. When asked if they had done any work I was told they only took out the catalytic converter. I told them i did not have the money and needed to discuss it and call them back. When I did I told them never mind I’ll take the car back sans work and they said they already put in the part after telling me they were waiting. He said it took 10 minutes to put on. I asked how much they said 1200. How did the price jump from a 800 piece part with a 1k quote to 1200 and it only took 10 minutes to put on? Trying to rip off a woman, mom right before the holidays.

Jordan and the guys at Monroe are very honest and have a very broad knowledge of different automobile models. Anytime i have something that we cant handle I send it over to Jordan and it always comes back in a timely manner and most important its done right and at a very good price. Would not recommend their services to anyone. I went to Monro Auto in order to replace a busted tire pressure sensor in one of my tires. The cost online was roughly $35-40 for the aftermarket version of the piece. At Monro Auto they charged me almost $150 for the piece not including the work. $150 would be a fair price had they replaced it with the factory Mopar part rather than giving me some aftermarket junk. They also did not inform me until after the work was done that they could not program the piece for me and that I would have to go somewhere else. Roughly a week later I find out they put and aftermarket cheap sensor in my car which cannot be programmed and is not meant for my vehicle. Now I have spent over $200 to fix this problem and must start all over with a new piece. Worst service I have received in a long time. Should be more open with customers rather than just trying to make a quick buck. Will not return here again.

I arrived at the shop at 8:30 a.m. to an empty waiting & none of the work bays occupied. I was pleased thinking I would be 1st. Quickly an attendant informed me that appointments were coming & i had to wait until 10:30. I looked around & just exited. Waited in the parking lot took photos & didnt see an arrival of a customer for the 15 minutes I stayed. They advertise 10 minutes for an oil change.

I will tell you that I was pleasantly surprised by this store. I used to have mine and my Husbands cars serviced here a good, long while ago, because it was close to our residence. I absolutely had to quit going to this Monroe, because the Management and Staff became intolerable! My car was never finished when promised and every time I would inquire about what the problem was all I would get was the run around. The atmosphere was not inviting and the Management and Staff were rude and unpleasant, that was if any staff was there at all! The 5 star rating that I gave today was because my breaks started grinding and I was scared that I wouldnt be able to make it very far, so I had to stop here...To my surprise, the young man that greeted me (I do believe his name was Michael, he said he was the new manager and just recently took over the store.) was polite and pleasant, plus he was very knowledgeable. Needless to say I was very impressed with the service and the store is certainly starting to look organized and clean again. I am so happy that I can now return to this Monroe that is closer and know that mine or my Husbands vehicles are in more than capable hands again. I would like to thank Mr. Michael/Manager for making my day. I am thrilled to be coming back to 1813 Lincoln Monroe Mufflers and Brakes again! What a wonderful experience and what a great choice of a NEW manager for this store. I have been telling all my friends, whom also quit going there about the new management. Michael has given me back my Monroe. Being my age I am very grateful for not having to drive the extra miles. Thank you Michael for helping an old lady out and making me feel like the only customer that mattered. I was flattered!

Real price= $26.57When I asked where the extra $6 came from, the manager said Well there is the tax, disposal fee and the shop fee. As if it was information that I was supposed to know from the sign and website which have NO mention what so ever of ANY additional fees.Next.Muffler repair on a lifetime warranty muffler that they put on.(Parts are apparently covered but not labor even when the exhaust system rusts out after 2 years.1/2 hour labor= $51.00+$3.57(Sales tax)-$5.00(coupon)=$49.57 right?Wrong. $54.14.When I asked why the total didnt take the coupon into consideration the man said It did, but there is the tax and...other things. I asked what the other things were and he said The shop fee, etc. I wasnt going to make a huge scene for $5 but I want to steer as many people away from them as I can. I dont like hidden fees and I dont like to be deceived.

If you go for service and have issues after, dont expect them to take responsibility for it and be prepared to get the run around.Full story:I originally gave this garage five stars but I was wrong and have since had to completely revise my review - BEWARE of this garage. The manager offers a free oil change for a good review and personally I wouldnt trust them handling change for a $10 bill after my experience. After roughly a week and a half with the new alternator (why I had the car originally serviced) I had hit my first problem. While driving to work the cabin of my car began filling with smoke and soon came up over the hood. I pulled over and found a wire off of the alternator smoldering and glowing orange.It took days to get my car in there and I was told the connection was loose. They fixed it without replacing the alternator - all seemed good until about two more weeks later when my battery light started popping up again. I took it back and I put a new battery in it (from AAA) - at the recommendation of the manager (Jordan) - thinking it got drained from the original alternator that went bad. Keep in mind I had AAA come out several times with their testing system coming back that there was no voltage coming from the charging system. I showed the manager and techs the papers AAA gave me and they insisted it was not the alternator and was reminded that they own a $2000 tester that is very accurate.Another two weeks or so go by with the new battery and the check battery light came back on. Before it was intermittent but this time it was there to stay. I was able to get my car to the garage for them to test everything and again insisted that it was the battery even though I told them my car was not hitting proper RPMs and couldnt get over 40MPH. They shooed me off since it was almost closing time and told me to go to AutoZone to get another opinion. Well I was headed there until my car died in flight and I had to wait for a tow until 10pm.I got her towed back to Monro and gave them FOUR days to fix the issue. This past Sunday I got it back and literally 10 minutes later my whole dash shuts down along with my radio. I go back and Jordan tells me to go to a dealer. Seriously? I understand with electric work there is so much a garage like Monro can do, but you cannot at least recommend an automotive electric specialist in the area?Today I went to start my car to head to work and guess what.. dead battery. Luckily I got a jump and took it to a different garage. Within an hour they come back telling me that not only is the alternator overcharging but that it is drawing from the battery and that is why the battery was dead this morning. They then came back a few minutes later to tell me it was the WRONG alternator all together!For those who have read this far, please do not make the same mistake I made and go to a garage that is willing to listen to you and check to make sure they didnt make a mistake. I used to love Monro as I always got my inspections and oil changes done by them (albeit other locations), however, these guys killed it for me. I gave them plenty of chances but they were adamant it was everything except the alternator (I assume they didnt want to honor the warranty). BEWARE!

Im kind of iffy on some shops, as they take advantage and recommend things that are not needed. This shop however is great. Jordan Pizer the manager is very respectful, very quick to get me in or make an appointment. More shops need to be like this. I will be returning in the future.Well, i returned! I tend do do most Maintence on my car myself but when i cant or dont want to i take my car here. Both the gentleman that i talk to were great. 5/5 still... See ya next time!

Nothing. I had my brakes changed and the mechanic failed to out the caliper bolt in. Later that day I was driving and the caliper malfunctioned. I had to have the car towed to a facility to be repaired properly, I had to arrange for a ride from my home to Robinson Twp.I presented my bills for reimbursement to the store manager. He assured me I would be reimbursed in a few days. A week went by mo reimbursement. I stopped and spoke to the manager and he said I will look into it. Never heard back from him. The next week called and spoke to the assistant manager the manager was off. He would call me back. No call back.I then called customer service. I was told they were waiting for documentation that the repair had been made. Why did it take two weeks to discover that documentation was needed?Supposedly, my reimbursement is to be sent out Friday since checks are cur on Friday.Word to the wise, avoid Monroe like the plague.

We went there to get our muffler looked at because we needed it to get fixed to pass inspection. After close to 3 hours even though we made a appointment prior to going there, we were told we needed a new muffler system and it would cost $749.00, needless to say we left went to another pace and had it welded for $149.00 and our car passed inspection. It is places like this who give auto repair shops a very very bad name, they should be ashamed of thierselves but I am sure they are not.
