FISHER AUTO SALES WILL SCAM YOU.AVOID FISHER AUTO SALES AT ALL COSTS!They sold me a car that leaks through the glove box and sunroof. They definitely knew this happened and didnt say anything about it, as the car profusely poured water through the sunroof the day I bought it and ran it through the car wash. I wouldnt recommend buying a car here at all. They did say the ABS module doest work and that it would cost about $1700 to fix. The fix is actually more around $4000.The car is now also accelerating on its own in drive and reverse. I am now stuck with a car that would cost at minimum double its worth to repair. You are much better off buying any new car from a dealership. These guys are scammers.So if I wanted to fix the issues, it would cost me about $6000-7000 on top of the $4750 they charged me.And now my car horn randomly went off for 10 minutes.The list of problems just keeps growing and growing. Never even walk onto this lot if you value your time, money, and safety.

Filled out a form on Kelley Blue books website and got a cash offer from Fisher. Humored the prompt, and went to the dealership the next week. They bought the car off of me for the exact dollar amount of the bid on KBB, no haggling or anything. It was an extremely painless experience and 10/10 would sell there again. Both Chad and Tom were great to work with.

Great service. We showed up at 10:00am, test drove the vehicle I was interested in (BMW X5) worked out a deal with trading in my other vehicle, did the financing and paperwork and were out of there by Noon. Tom and Chad were very helpful, informative and straight forward. I was unable to take the vehicle the same day because it needed a few things. They took the X5 and got it serviced and inspected, kept in touch with me the whole time and worked out a time for me to come get it. Even with my busy work schedule they were willing to stick around late to meet me if I needed them to. This was the easiest and most pain free car purchase I have had.

We sold our car here for a more than fair price and my husband was interested in a vehicle and the guy was so honest and let us test drive it but told us his concerns with it being a BMW and us being a young couple with kids and talked about getting us into something more reliable for our family if we wanted to get a car from his lot. Everything was easy and he was SO nice. We would definitely do business with them in the future!

Sold a car to them through KBB, and even after looking over the car and talking honestly with them about work that needed done I was offered more than my initial estimate. The employees and owner are more than nice and I would certainly recommend checking them out.

Undeserved bad reviews, For anyone in retail sales, We all know its impossible in the sales business to keep people happy, seems like if we dont give the car away we are terrible, or if I get a 450 credit score and cant get them approve then we are a 1 star business, or if we get a $2000 offer on a car worth $5000 minimum we again are unwilling to deal, or if we are answering a customer on email and the guy comes in that was in here 5 times that month offering me $3000 less than the car is worth and I dont respond to him not understanding the last 5x I said no thank you well I guess we deserve 1 star. We are a small independent lot and work VERY hard to help people buy a quality used car and always make sure our customers leave here with a warranty. Do not buy from here, me and my fiance bought a truck with a warranty they offered. 3 days passed and it started making all kinds of noises, when I called they said the noises sounded like a normal ecoboost. Ford dealership confirmed problems being a timing chain the warranty company hassled me until they finally sent someone out and would not cover it. They wrote in the report a check engine light was most likely on and cleared before I bought the vehicle. No effort from fisher to make this right. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

They always did me right

Bought a truck from these guys and initially had a great experience. Low pressure, fair pricing...we thought. Planned to speak complimentary...until we brought the vehicle home. Instantly faced a $3000 repair to the drive train. The 3rd party warranty would not cover it saying it had to be pre-existing. Not sure if Fisher bought a bad vehicle and didnt catch the problem or if there was an effort to pass along a big defect. Either way, their inspection process missed a huge problem. Will stick to certified used vehicles at a dealership from here on out.

Recently bought a truck there. At first I was extremely happy with what I was getting and the service was good. After I bought it I noticed the automatic windows didnt work neither did the radio and the check engine light came on. The body work was done on it was done poorly and began rusting through two weeks later. (Took it back and they fixed everything) Now 6 months later a belt breaks in the transmission and it needs rebuilt. Not to mention there is only 83000 miles on the truck. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied. Would not recommend.

Bought a car from them in September and kept having issues. I would go to them (as they recommended) to have it looked at & they didnt take what I said seriously at all. Took it to another shop--MAJOR repairs needed. If you want someone to take you seriously in the car buying/maintenance process, I wouldnt suggest going to them.

They had a used 2015 Jeep Wrangler that had a hole in the soft top and never disclosed it. We seen it when the vehicle was taken out of the garbage in sunlight. It was supposed to be rated a 5 and also had a ding on the drivers door. Calling it a Willy’s and I’m not sure that’s even accurate. Not happy! Thank God we seen it and didn’t buy it!
