Just tried to call this vision center in North Versailles and waited 30 minutes to an hour on the phone for an available associate to come on the phone to help me schedule my appointment. To no avail did anyone come on the phone. I hung up. Not gonna waste my time to get an appointment scheduled with a place that doesnt answer the phone

I came for an eye exam and the eye Doctor was extremely nice and friendly. She makes you feel welcomed. I got in and out super quickly and I was happy to find out my insurance covers the exams here because I tried making appointments at other eye centers but my insurance wouldnt cover them. Im glad I came here.

This is not my experience but after hearing that a person had been going there for more than 10 years and they would not give them their prescription is totally unexceptable!!! I will no longer using Wal Mart vision center for my own needs!!!!

After 10+ years of seeing Dr. Scott I will no longer be coming here after she refused to give me a copy of MY prescription. One of my last two contacts ripped and I needed my prescription as Im half blind now, and was met with theres nothing we can do. Instead they wanted me to book an appointment (a month from now) and couldnt care less if I could see or not. How anyone thinks its legal to hold a prescription is beyond me and I will be reporting this center to the FTC and States License Board.10+ years of coming here and I cant even get a copy of my own prescription?

Felt very discriminated and they don’t want to communicate and help in any way I won’t recommend coming to this place again.

The Team at this eye center is the best! I was helped right away. Such nice people! Had excellent service and they were very helpful. Glasses came in fast. Good price too.

Horrible service, terrible follow up follow up

There has been only one person working my last three visits. Six people looking at frames on the wall, three people waiting on glasses pick ups, and I just need to pick up contacts yet I sat there for half an hour and was only spoke to once. If you’re in a rush this is not your place. The phone just rings endlessly. On a good note the employee once we spoke was very nice but........

Horrible service. I called 6 weeks in advance for a appointment for myself and husband. The woman that answered asked for our insurance information told me our appointment date. We show up and the woman never scheduled me just my husband, and said they could not fit me in cause the dr was booked all day and till the end of march. Never again will i go there or recommended anyone.

They where quick. Lovely people. My glasses came in fast and I love them.

THE BEST EYE APPOINTMENT I HAVE EVER HAD. The staff was super friendly. Dr. Scott explained everything she was doing and all the results of the test. I will not go anywhere but here from now on.

Been coming here for yeara. Always pleasant people. Quality eye service. Execellent optometrist!
