Within 1 day of posting the review, I was called and the situation was handled. THANK YOU E-Z Garage Doors!!!!!! Customer Service is so very, very important today, and E-Z, you more that showed that your Customers are valuable to you!The estimate was perfect and the garage door and opener installation is fantastic! We are extremely pleased with the price and the work completed. See photographs attached. It does look awesome!However, there were several issues we discovered at the end of the day yesterday (08/16/19) and today (08/17/19) that were not issues with the pricing and product . . .The installers drove through our landscaping at the end of our driveway which is going to take at least two (2) full days to fix - requiring all the mulch to be removed the length of the landscaping, the landscaping fabric and the border that prevents it from moving replaced because it was pulled into a pile and torn by the van and then re-mulching. Our driveway is approximately 3 cars-wide (see photo below) at the top/entrance and this could have been very easily avoided. The photo shows some of the issue, but we did have to clean up the mulch from the driveway and the alley already so that no one ran it over more after the lip border collapsed when the fabric was pulled by the tires. I should have taken a photo of it before we cleaned it up - that is my fault.There were cigarette butts on the wall of our driveway. We dont smoke. Would have been so hard to pick them up the throw them away, or even toss them into the alley at the end of our driveway?With the picture attached, there were many nails, some type of metal clamp/bracket and one large bolt left in our driveway (this is only some of the nails, my Husband had picked up at least a dozen before this and had thrown them into the garbage, which I did not feel like going through to retrieve). While this may not seem like a big deal to some, my husband rides motorcycles and parks the in the garage. Should we not have seen these all over the driveway, he could have ran over them and caused an issue with his tires that he may not immediately noticed and blown out a tire at full speed.Like I said, the issue is not with product or price - that is fantastic, but the work that we will have to do to fix the landscaping is annoying, and the nails - that could have been catastrophic for my husband should we not have noticed them and picked them all up.

I cannot rave enough about their FANTASTIC service!!! They were honest and very reasonable rates!!Our garage door has given us issues since we moved into this house almost 4 years ago. We had one company come out over a year ago to fix it and it broke again. We contacted EZ and they came out for an estimate and then came back 4 days later and fixed it. It is running better than it ever has! THANK YOU!!!!!!

The two gentleman came over and immediately got to work. I had “hired” two other garage door installers to install the openers in a new constructions house. Both said they couldn’t install because the garage was finished and they didn’t have a stud finder. These guys came over and right away got to work. It wasn’t an easy install but they were able to install two Genie door openers within an hour and a half. I would absolutely hire them again without hesitation. And their price was better than the other door installers I called previously. A+

I worked with EZ Garage Door on my new garage door a few months back. I thought the price was very reasonable, especially given the quality of the new door. The discussion on the different types/qualities of doors was very forthcoming, and gave us great insight on what to choose based on our situation. Installation was quick & easy, and they cleaned up as they went so I wasnt left with a mess. It looks 1,000 times better than the old door, and having it open automatically has been so convenient for things I never would have thought about. I would recommend them highly for any garage door needs---new or service-related.

If I could give 10 stars to this company, I would. I will never use anyone else. They are honest and do an excellent job. The owner of the company did our estimate and understood just what we needed. The worker that installed our door was excellent and a very hard worker! A great company and great people that work there. From the owner to the scheduler, everyone did their job in a very professional manner.

Great company. Accidentally ordered the wrong color doors (needed them to match my windows, and I picked the wrong shade of beige), and the installer pointed it out when they arrived, said I wouldnt be happy with the color, and theyd reorder the correct doors. When they came back to install, they did a great job. Explained everything clearly regarding maintenance. Installers were super friendly and professional. Prices were competitive too.

EZ did our garage door opener in our home and what a difference! Our old opener was about 15 years old and had seen better days. Justin wired up our existing door to the new opener which was affordable and much quieter. We had a great experience with EZ and highly recommend them!

First, the owner Justin came out quickly to give quote for a whole new garage door and system. Very friendly and professional. Second, they came the same week and installed everything. Tim and Mike were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I cant say enough positive things about our experience!!

We wanted to give a local company business, rather than a chain, so we called EZ for service on garage door.Within minutes, the technician determined a switch was turned, which prevented the garage door remote from working. They sprayed some lubricant on the track and still charged $100.00 for 5 minutes of their time.No receipt was given either.Communicated our dissatisfaction to owner and staff, with no wavering in their decision to offer any amount of refund.

Bought a 12x12 door from EZ Garage Doors. The owner Justin came out, took measurements and took the time to explain the differences in the doors and insulation and gave me options for the opener since this was a commercial door. The price was less than 2 of their competitors. They gave me an install date and kept true to their word. The door looks great and I couldnt be happier.

Took 2 months to get them to give me estimate on the door they said they lost the paperwork then I ordered the door and they lost the paperwork again now since March I been waiting to get a new garage door. They tell me we are sorry this should not happen do you really think so. Worst service I ever had and I have used them before many a time. You think they would give you discount or something for all the problem but they dont. Hopefully the install goes better.

I could not believe how quickly they came out, determined my problem and fixed it. I had an old motor that gave out. With the new motor my garage door opens and closes easily. They did a great job.
