GOOD, BAD, AND THE UGLY:GOOD: The place has great and friendly staff. Always looking to help without a lot of hard sells. I love my bike and I would shop there again. Very knowledgeable.BAD: Service for any vehicle- it takes time and their waiting area doesn’t provide coffee or comfort. There is also very limited and unfocused shopping for gear and accessories. At least get a couch.UGLY: it is a long drive from home.

Purchased my 2nd bike here on Friday. To be honest, I cant picture purchasing from any other dealership. For my most recent purchase, (week 1 was browsing, week 2 I was ready to buy) Kyle assisted me with what I was looking for, the type of riding I already do, and the type of bike I own. The second week I was back, Kyle immediately remembered me and came up to see what I had decided on. The process was smooth, from getting a trade in value on my bike, to running the final numbers, they walk you through Parts and Service and Financing and explain everything along the way which makes it incredibly less intimidating for even a first time buyer. When Im ready for my third bike, Ill be sure to come back to Mosites.

I purchased a 2021 Scrambler 1200 XC in September. Absolutely loved the bike, but had some problems with how it fit me, and the high exhaust.I let Mosites know and they worked with me to find the solution that worked for me. I spoke to their Triumph rep and their sales team, and ended up with a 2020 Tiger Rally Pro.I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and the solution we found!

I cant say enough nice things about Mosites. The store is incredible and staff is very helpful, professional, and courteous. This place is amazing, as soon as i walked in, the girl at the front desk was super friendly and quick to help direct me to what i was looking for.. the staff was very polite n knowledgeable on everything... i came back a few weeks later n the same girl at the front desk was really polite n happy to answer any question i had.. the managers n staff at parts were great to talk n work with!! I cant wait to go back n possibly buy a bike there.

Worst service department ever. My quad was there for 2 weeks to have tires done. They said the had techs quit. Fine. I picked up with a flat tire. They blamed it on a bad rim. Fine. They snapped a wheel stud when they were the last to work on it. They told me it had fractured studs, and yet they still installed my new tires. Told them to replace all of the wheel studs and hardware. Had other issues. Told them to give me a quote . They never did. Stopped in, asked about the quote, said “It was going to be “expensive”, they forgot to write it, and also told me “It might be too expensive to fix, and parts are hard find”. Parts are easy to find for my quad and who exactly decides if it’s expensive? I’ve bought a Ducati from them that also had multiple issues. Would NEVER buy anything from them or have it serviced there.

Sure sales are good but when it comes to getting you bike serviced watch out maybe 2 months but they try to sell you a package for service you might get in quicker, can am dealership have this thing you didnt buy it here no service must be the same if you do buy it here you wait forever to get it service, so be careful

I was recommended to Mosites by a friend who just picked up 2 bikes previously this year from them. I worked with Addison and he made the process fantastic. Very fast and easy! I called ahead and he had the majority of the process done or set up already so when I got there it was a breeze. Will definitely be recommending people to go there and work with him!

Five stars due to the friendly and professional staff going above and beyond to help me even thru a small issue with buying the bike. I went in to buy a motorcycle and my salesman Justin was extremely friendly and helpful during the whole process. I wanted to just pick it up that night but it wouldn’t be ready in time so I put down a small deposit and was going to pick it up the next day. Well sadly Honda issued a recall on the bike the day I wanted to buy it so I had to wait to pick it up. The sales manager ordered the recall part and got it done in only two days! And I had my new bike to ride by the weekend. Overall a great experience and will def do business in the future.

At 1st it seemed promising. Looking for two bobbers (1 for me and 1 for my wife). Im out of State (NY) so have to do everything over phone and emails initially. I was warned that they bait you with low advertised sale prices then jacked up the out-the-door price with bogus fees. Its starting to look like thats exactly whats going on here with me. When I asked for an itemized list of prices about 4 days ago and Ive gotten no response. Ive sent 2 follow up emails and still nothing. Looks like Ill just go to Cleveland Triumph instead....they said theyll even deliver the bikes to us in NY. Clearly they want my business.EDIT: Im increasing this from 1 star to a 3 star at the moment. The owner reached out to us and is trying to make things right. It seems very promising and is honestly restoring my faith in the business. Once everything is complete Ill come back here to edit some more. I dont want to blast a good business if its truly a good business.FINAL UPDATE: I just increased this review from 3 stars to 5 stars. A few months have past and we did end up purchasing the two 2020 Triumph Bobbers from Mosites Motorsports. We got our own financing and, with check in hand, drove 3 hrs down to Pittsburgh to sign the paperwork. The dealership is very nice and professional as you would want/need them to be. Everything went smoothly. About 2 weeks later, they delivered the bikes to our house in western NY with zero issues. About a month later, we got two Mosites Motorsports baseball hats delivered in the mail...very cool. I still think one of the fees they charge you is a bogus fee though. Its called Freight & Setup and it was $1,390 on each motorcycle. I tried to get that removed, but they wouldnt. So when you add that price back into the total, their price wasnt as great as it was advertised...which brings me back to the bait & switch tactic I originally mentioned. Even though, Mosites price was still slightly better than the 6-7 other Triumph dealerships I contacted....and Mosites had both of the bikes we wanted, so we bought them. Good luck.

I have not had a better experience than when I bought my side by side from Jay stulbarg at Mosites Motorsports. I wasn’t set on a side by side when I walked in. I was there for a bike. Jay took the time to show me multiple options that would best suit my needs. Then I saw “the side by side of my dreams”. I asked many questions. He was very informative. I had to do most of the work and even after the bank and I had the check in hand for them, they struggled to know what to do.Service has months lead time and had canceled appointments on me in the past a day before the time of the appointment.When I called service to ask a motorcycle specific question rather than directing me elsewhere or providing any feedback the call disconnected.Although I purchased this motorcycle new from them, I will actively avoid going back.Edit: Ashley called me back following this review and provided the requested information and apologized for the disconnected call, citing a phone issue

I bought a bike from here in february and as an out of state buyer (ohio) I can say that the staff here at mosites did a great job. I was initially interested in another bike they had but it had sold before I could get a deposit down. They had a bike that was very similar that I also liked and was willing to match the price of the bike I originally showed interest in. Justin Goldinger was very helpful even with helping load it onto the trailer. Rebecca with the finance department was very pleasant and helpful. Even after the sale they were helpful. The parts folks were fantastic. They happened to have almost the last of a kind in a Triumph jacket that I wanted. Their inventory controls are obviously very good as they found the coat on the rack. They went through the trouble of packing it up and shipping via USPS to myself in Canada. Thanks a bunch.

This was my first ATV purchase and I had a million newbie questions. Norm was excellent and answered all my questions ! He really made sure that I had all the info I needed and was quick to respond whenever I had a random question. I cant say enough good things about Mosites...they really go the extra mile to make sure youre taken care of.

First off if I could give zero stars I would. The only good department at this place is Parts. The service department is terrible I tried to call during normal business hours and know one will ever call you back. I finally got through and got my jet ski in for service and when it was finished they wanted to charge me $250 for river testing. So they want me to pay them to go put wear and tear on my machine which is ridiculous.

While I will say i had an absolutely wonder experience with your sales staff, buying a bike from your store...... Service on the other hand, I needed a new front tire on my z900, Tried calling several times no answer,... ok I am a few miles away, jump on the bike ride up, walk into your service department with three people in there, not sure why the phone was ignored,... and ask for a new front tire, now im not expecting them to take it in right away being a walk in and all, but after being asked if i brought just the rim, i get told laughably i would have to wait a week, a a week.... a week to put the bike up on a front stand and pull two bolts.... then do the same work they were willing to do right then and there.... a week...

Hard to schedule service appt on the phone so I rode out today and did it in person. They have a new hire at the front desk so that should help...nice facility n friendly staff who know their stuff. My nephew will prob buy a honda 1290 once they come in.I bought a triumph street twin last yr n luv it. Lou

I purchased a 20201 Can Am Rally Ryker from Jay a couple weeks ago and everything was great. Unfortunately when riding it for the first time 10 miles out it overheated and broke down leaving me stranded for a few hours. But the driver Martin West who had originally delivered my new Ryker just days before came to the rescue and could not have been more empathetic and caring about the situation. He is a true ambassador of goodwill for Mosites Motorsports. He kept on top of making sure my Ryker would be repaired and returned to me as soon as possible. I had my third experience with Martin when he redelivered my bike to me a week later and just cant say enough once again a what a true asset he is to the Mositis company. I run the complete fixed operations of a multiline new car dealership and truly know and appreciate the value of such a fine employee. What ever youre paying him it isnt enough. Thanks Martin.

Service department does not honor there contracts. went in to get tubes put in 2 110 tires. I signed the contract for them to do it at 70$ but when i went to pick them up they charged 97$ because they didnt ad in the cost of tubes. THE WHOLE REASON I WAS THERE WAS FOR TUBES!! lol garbage way to do business.97$ to install two tubes in 110 wheels just let that sink in before you think about wasting your time and money on there service department.Parts department is really decent to deal with though. the people there are very knowledgeable and have common sense

I recently purchased a new Ducati Diavel. It’s is NOT the bike I went in to purchase but after Jay (my salesman) set up a couple of demo rides with different machines it was readily apparent the Diavel was right for me. Jay also walked me through the entire purchase process, introduced me to parts and service personnel, even got me a nice shiny new tee to wear! Jay is a good dude, will take care of you well!After having the bike for a week I was concerned the battery was not charging and the rear brakes were out of adjustment. Samantha arranged to have the bike picked up. The service department double checked battery, charging system, and brake pedal pressure and lineage and had my bike ready to go in a day. Kali helped me when I went to retrieve the bike and gave me some pointers on future service and the best way to work in service appointments! Bit Kali and Samantha went out of their way to be accommodating and took care of me and the Duck flawlessly! Nice people too!

Eric in service was no pleasure to deal with at all during a misunderstanding then once he was proved wrong he gave me my parts for free and apologized extensively so for that i hand it to him stand up guy

The store itself is jaw dropping, but DO NOT ever ask for Norman there are plenty of other salesman that clearly have more time to give you the attention you need and he just sees you as a number or tally. You can feel the monopolization.

Recently purchased a 2020 cbr650r. Due to the shutdowns this year they were unable to get that particular bike in (not their fault in any way) however I had talked to multiple salesman about contacting me whenever they could get that bike in. A few weeks ago they got my bike in stock and no one contacted me to tell me. I was informed by a friend it was in stock. Went in to buy the bike the next day, and there it was! So glad I finally own this bike, norm was the salesmen I finally purchased the bike from. I had not been in contact with him yet and he was great from the second he approached me. Financed the bike thru them and left with it the same day. They even lent me a helmet to ride the bike home. Great dealership however the reason for 4 stars is I was mildly frustrated about not being contacted.

Very please with my experience dealing with them. I called to order parts for my motorcycle and the gentleman was very helpful. Was able to get my parts ordered quickly. I will definitely be using them for all of my parts from here on out.

I came here for an initial service on a Kawaski motorcycle. I had to wait two weeks to get in. I was told it would be an hour or an hour and a half. I waited for over two hours. Kali was not very friendly at the service counter. Everyone else seemed to be friendly and chipper. After the service she gave me the notes from the technician. One of the notes said debris in radiator. I asked her what was in the radiator and she said she didnt know. She said that is something she wouldnt know because the technician wrote it. She did apologize for the wait. Said it was because they had to wash it. It wasnt washed that well....

I have not been to a motorcycle shop in years, not since i stopped riding back in the early 2000s.The layout and selection was astonishing, beautiful machines.From the greeter at the door to Norm in sales...i had a great time.Such well chosen employees to engage the customer in a genuine way.
