We did a local move just last week from one house to another. It was a pretty big move in terms of amount of furniture and boxes we had. Five guys came with two trucks and worked super hard through 2 very hot days. They did take turns taking short beaks from time to time but I would have expected them to take more. They even lent us wardrobe boxes so we didnt need to buy any. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends or use them again!

We absolutely loved our experience with Maroadi Transfer and Storage! These guys did their job with integrity and professionalism. I love that their family owned after so many years- don’t seem much of this anymore. The office workers also provided amazing service to get the job set up and the paperwork finished.

Their drivers blocked my own driveway and wouldnt let me in . I was going to call the police but did not want to waste officers time. They are sitting in truck eating lunch. Stuck here in Bloomfield, Pittsburgh Pa. Maybe have drivers that care more.

The good: Getting a quote was easy and pretty accurate, very responsive and good communicationThe okay: The movers themselves were hard working, they were short a man with a no-show, but more than made up for it with hustle and hard work. A couple things got dinged up and a couple walls took some marks, but I wouldnt consider it anything above normal wear for moving heavy furniture.The bad: The trucked leaked some fluid and it stained our neighbors sidewalk. This has not yet been remedied several months later.In short, if I was to review just the move and the movers, it would be a solid 4 stars with only minor damage which, face it, is going to happen with every move. The fact that we are still dealing with problems months later though really presents a problem for us.

Terrible experience, I would giveZero stars if possible! They fell down my steps with the dolly and chair they were delivering. They damaged every one of my stairs, put a hole in my drywall and caused damage to my railing. Their insurance company would only pay me $3,300 but the damage and cost to repair was over $5,000. I would not recommend them to move anything. I understand accidents happen but it astonishes me I have to pay out of my pocket to repair the damage they caused since their insurance company did not cover everything.

The entire experience was great. They showed up on time and had everything loaded in just over three hours. They handled everything carefully. Nothing was damaged. The packing was done very well. I would recommend them with no hesitation.

We had a great experience. Everything was on time and everyone from the folks on the phone to the packers and driver were all polite and professional. Would absolutely use them again.

My issue with these guys is that when I tried to research if they were reliable, theyve been named in complaints in the Pennsylvania Utility Commission and the US District Court, where they allegedly were involved in a case whereby a pedestrian was injured and they did nothing about it. Then, I checked the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration database on-line and found out theyve twice had their operating licensing involuntarily revoked. No thanks.

😥 Move from HELL 23 days to move a 2 BR Apartment from Bridgeville to Henderson NV. Picked up July 16 was told back in April would take 7 / 10 days. Sat in there warehouse for 11 days before they even shipped partial and if I didnt call they would of never told me about my shipment. Then only shipped partial ! Another 8 days to get rest of belongs. Piss poor communications and damaged boxes and on and on. Only thing I can see is all there supposedly good reviews are written by family. Even called president of company and like the rest NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL. Hooked up with Mayflower and they suck also! If possible to give -5 stars thats what they would get.

This company was hired to move us out of Pittsburgh. First, they subcontract at the job. Second, there were numerous problems with the packing process. Third, there was an injury due to negligence during the move. The company made nothing but empty promises for a year and a half, refused to identify their insurance carrier, or submit a claim. They are currently subject to an action by the Pennsylvanias utility commission that regulates them.

Avoid this moving company. From start to finish, we had a horrible experience with Maroadi. 1) For starters, they overestimated the size of our shipment by nearly double. Also, the movers themselves were incredibly unprofessional: 2) They broke a stair while moving items, and did not inform me. I had to point it out to them. 3) They impatiently turned a piano on its side to move it - rather than waiting until the next day when they would have the right equipment. The piano incurred around $2k in repairs, due to their negligence. 4) They left our home scattered with waste on the floor - used tape and rolls, papers, etc. 5) The attitude of the movers - one in particular - was less than respectful. Fair warning.
