They gave me a much better sales experience and a much better deal than the Genesis dealer I went to first,The car was delivered to my house on schedule and they registered it for me.Overall, a great group to work with.

Sales staff was pleasant and helpful. The sales experience was honest and straightforward. Only problem was complete lack of response on the part of certain staff in the business office when I was trying to get my registration (it took 15 days) and other paperwork.Practically no one had a business card so communication was impaired from day one.

Do not trust everything they say. They lied about a lot of things! They try to be a luxury car dealer, service is poor and unprofessional. Be careful, do not get easily fooled as I did.

Sold my car on Thursday the 22nd and is now the 30th and still have not gotten my money. Im also without a car until they give me my money. Funny how responsive they are when buying from them, but once they have your car its next to impossible to talk to anyone there. Very dissatisfied as I needed a car by Friday the 31st to get the car I wanted and now that cant happen because they wont give me the money thats owed. Unreal since they have the signed transfer of title and the car. Key take aways: Great car and price, but responsiveness doesn’t make it worth it. Takes forever to get any paper work done like previous reviews stated.Update: it’s now the 2nd of August and still nothing. Yet they have the car listed for sale on their website meaning they’ll make another customer wait to even buy the car. Makes 0 sense.
