No samples anymore and was told very rude. Seemed like they didnt even want customers. Nothing like it use to be. Predict it closing soon as they had no customers. Ice cream place down the street was much nicer. I waited two years to go here after the pandemic, and I didnt get anything due to rudeness and no samples. Goodbye GoBerry... My friend and I ended up here after the line at a famous local ice cream shop was too long to wait. The service was fast and friendly and the frozen yogurt was delicious. When I was there, they offered original, salted caramel, banana, and pineapple. Im sure the flavor is rotate seasonally. I really like how they charge for toppings: $1 for one, $2 for two, and $2.50 for three or more. This is a great place to grab some tasty dessert after a meal at one of the local restaurants.

Went with a group of friends. Half of them got there 10 mins before us and ordered, were able to sample the flavors right in the store. When I got there, and asked if I could try the salted caramel (just now) to see how it was compared to the original, I was told no samples due to the masks.Would have respected that had not my friends outside told me they got several samples. Ended up not getting anything after that.Also, charging for toppings sucks. Ill patron other places that charge by weight AND dont choose who they let sample.

Go Berry is my favorite Froyo place! It is the perfect amount of sweetness, and tastes fresh. 10/10 would recommend. Has dairy free and sugar free options!

It was very quick service but not many flavors.

I used to work here and can confirm that the ingredients are all really as fresh and local as they say. You can also feel really good about eating there because the owners and management are really supportive and also contribute to local causes. It was a great place to work and I still come back for the froyo whenever I can! Plus, Oprah went there!

Very tasty.. strawberry frozen yogurt with fruity pebbles.. my favorite ice cream favor and my favorite breakfast cereal.. must try once in your life. Worth the drive from CT!

Place has really changed and unfortunately not for the better, no toilets, no seating, no samples, and all the cuteness of the place is gone ;( plus unfriendly somewhat hostile attitude, used to be a favorite, wont be back...looks like they are getting ready to close up for good???

We love this place because it has great service, and we love the frozen yogurt! The kids love all of the toppings but they are pretty expensive. It is a nice spot to stop with some friends or family.

Definitely sample the original flavor before you get a full serving. I dont think it tastes all that good, unfortunately. Its kind of sour tasting, but the toppings are fun.

Ill be honest, the flavors mostly taste the same, but that just means the are all good. A big draw of this place for me is the toppings. I can get all the berries I want to go with a berry-flavored froyo and put myself into a berry-induced brain freeze. Very good.

Interesting flavors that change frequently! Great staff as well. You can try samples and they have a good amount of toppings to choose from. My go to dessert spot.

Goober Berry has so many amazing flavors always on tap. I can never choose because the selection is so big.Pro tip: they allow unlimited toppings after 3 toppings. I get a scoop of all the toppings available and save the leftovers to hand out on Halloween to the trick or treaters.

I love this place! Staff is super friendly and fun. The store is neat, clean, and welcoming. Their frozen yogurt is absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh fruit and toppings. If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out!!!

This place is still so amazing every time I go. It doesnt matter how long in between visits I go, its always so good. I love how the flavors always change because I never know what in the mood for and they always let you taste one before you settle!! The girls here are always so cheerful and friendly. I love this place. Best frozen yogurt Ive had maybe ever. Not too sweet, and it is tangy, with real personality. Few flavor options, but thats fine, because their offerings are very high quality, and their original flavor is always a good choice.

They got yogurt, they got berries, they got toppings. Service is friendly and you can sample the flavors first. I would suggest trying the non flavored tart with dark chocolate chips and almonds.

Good quality fro-yo here. The texture of the froyo is just perfect to me! The toppings are always fresh and yummy.

I dont often like frozen yogurt but GoBerrys is awesome. Select your own toppings and enjoy your custom creation. I used to go here twice a week before I moved out of town.

Stopped by the new place to see what it was, not expecting it to hold up well against Herrells down the street. The yogurt, though, is incredibly refreshing, surprisingly (in a good way) tart, and the strawberries and blueberries made it even better. I hope this catches on and stays for good!

GoBerry is simply the best frozen yogurt, and whats more, its made with local ingredients, not extremely sweet or heavy like ice cream, low in calories, reasonably priced and the fresh fruit toppings are superb. On top of all this, the owners, Molly and Alex Feinstein are two of the most community minded and generous business people that I know. Id give it 6 stars if I could.

Delicious frozen yogurt that uses local ingredients. The toppings selection is very good and the people were friendly. Pricing is very fair considering its on Main St in Northampton; compared with other froyo shops Ive been to, its identical if not a bit cheaper.
