Up until today I thought they were great until the pharmacist refused to fill my Rx because he would rather give people vaccines... People that werent even here when I got here. He ignored me for about 45 minutes before he decided to fill the Rx.

The pharmacist gave me the covid-19 vaccine in the most harbole way, she darted in my arm like it was a dart board and then lost the area she give it to me at . She did It the same way to my boyfriend. Recommend not going here for the vaccine . Other than that its an okay store.

The Northampton Rite Aid has been my personal pharmacy for several years. Anita and her crew have ALWAYS been very helpful and professional. I can think of no higher praise.

The Pharmacists have been exceptional! EXCEPTIONAL!There was a script written from a local major university hospital by an intern, and the pharmacist caught everything - too young to be taking med., contradict with other medications... she could have tailspinned. When I brought this to the hospital Board of Directors, they would not fire the intern or the doctor who approved the script. Thank Goodness for the pharmacist.All the other countless times I have frequented this location, I am greeted with familiarity, support in other aspects of service...I have relocated, and I continue to drive back to keep my child safe!Thank You to all the pharmacists and supporting staff! Youve all been wonderful!

All the pharmacist that I have met and filled my prescriptions have been courteous, professional and do a great job.

From little on been going to right aid and Im not changing I love this place just reminds me of good old days!

Cashier with blonde hair and gauges told our roommate that he shouldn’t be seen with our household and that we are bad people. Very unprofessional and rude and should keep social problems out of work. Will keep in contact with corporate.

The manage ment and staff are eude sis respectful not people freindly prices to high i would avoid this store

Incredibly incompetent. Something is always messed up, miscounted, or not able to be filled correctly or at all.

I didnt like this place at all. The rudest pharmacy workers ive ever met. After asking them twice, they still had the house and phone number that I grew up in as a child (I am now 37 and moved 17yrs ago) then I get yelled at for not informing her of the insurance change, to which I replied, well thats because the other pharmacy tech is helping me and not you, which she didnt like. Coupled with the fact its the only riteaid in existence that hasnt been remodeled since 1983, stay far away from this place as possible!!! I switched to CVS right down the street and couldnt be happier with their professionalism, and technology features, again things that this particular place doesnt have. Do yourself a favor and go to another riteaid or CVS down the street
