Pretty decent spot for all things weed related! Employees friendly and wait not long. Only bummer is that I couldn’t use my med punch card on the awesome concentrates deal this week. Didn’t realize I couldn’t stack the deals until I was at pick-up & wound up spending $30 more than expected. But I think the South Adams live rosin was worth it!

This place is great, its easy to get in and out of, its very convenient to I-91, and the staff is helpful. The staff will provide advice if you are ordering inside, the online ordering is really easy and makes it a quick stop

My first experience with an adult-use dispensary in the state - couldnt have been more impressed. Great traffic flow, lots of accessible parking out front for medical purchasers, but even the adult-use line wasnt too long. The whole process was great! Ill be back when Im in Western Mass again.

Very nice, friendy, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The only thing I would change, is their website. If you know what youre looking for its a little complicated. If you dont know, its very confusing. Also, there are purchase limits, and calculations on purchases. It would be nice if those limits were posted on the site, and maybe a calculator, so when youre purchasing different products you know when youve hit your limit, instead of trying to adjust your cart at check out. I had to call the store twice to place my order online. I still highly recommend them.

I want to say good things about this place. Its clean, its efficient, their selection in decent. Im just used to other dispensaries in other states and the experiences are far more pleasant. I have only been here twice but I get anxiety when I do. You do feel a little bit like cattle, the taxes are a bit too rich for my blood and I can barely hear what anyone is saying, and if you dont pay cash, you have to pay more. Just, meh.

Bit of a line as usual getting in. Knowledgeable staff. A bit to busy for me. But good for them. Would definitely go back.

3 should have been 5 stars if not for the strong chemical taste of the flower. This seems to be a trend in Western Mass, the busier or popular a medical cannabis dispensary is the nastier that the flower tastes and Im a 60s holdout, so I KNOW what good weed should taste like and this one is not it. Going to search the web for a cure for this sick flower.

Everything here is very streamlined. Online orders are prepared quickly once theyre open, and everything on-site is divided between recreational and medical use, with separate parking and lines for each. The staff are always super friendly, and they make sure everyone is in and out with what they need as quickly and safely as possible, while also still providing and information and help you may need. Its a great environment!

Im so impressed with the professionalism and product quality here that I travel more than 4 hours each way from Long Island to shop here. NY has just OKd retail sales and I hope NETA will open up here. Ive also contacted our local politicians with the suggestion that they look into NETA as an example of the type of operations they should encourage. BTW Im no pothead kid. Im 70 years old and have been smoking recreationally and medicinally, plus advocating for legalization since I was 15 .

Third time here, never again.Edibles were advertised on the website with a discount. There was a banner advertising the prices, and the discounted prices were listed next to each item.This was all day on Saturday.The advertised discount prices were not honored on the web, or at the store.Management said this was an issue with their new website.If you advertise the prices, honor them.I would have spent much more money.Also the THC/CBD chocolate bar description is misleading. Theres a lot less THC in the bar.A bad experience.Now I will never go back.

Probably the most expensive dispensary Ive ever been to if Im just straight forward, but the inside is cute. Lol. Flower was good too. Better be for 55-65 an 8th. I thought it would come with Gucci logos on the trichromes too.

Very good experience. The were quick and efficient. Everything went incredibly easy. I felt like they were there to answer any questions and felt like the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were fair. The store is set up nice as well. The parking lot was nice and had no trouble finding parking. There’s 3 officers as well directing the traffic.

Nice place with a very organized system. We reserved our order ahead on the website which was a very easy process. We were in and out within 15 minutes of getting there. So deeply disappointed in the way NETA has gone. Since they were bought out its been a downhill experience. Love the staff at Noho but the rest of the org is awful. Meds give a horrible headache, reports of mold growing in some folx meds, and theyre not good to their employees. Theyre raising prices and decreasing accessibility for the sake of their profit which is in the millions. So long Neta, it was a great 5 years but Im done.

I have been a patient since they opened and like the different flower they have to help me cope with my pain. Glad to see that if you’re a medical patient Neta has been offering discounts on the flower, nice to try some of the more expensive flower. Only time I am able to. The one thing I noticed is that the website has changed, before it use to give you info on the flower line taste, what it help with and on the hybrids if it leaned toward sativa or indica and now it doesn’t contain that important info for the patients.

What ever you do dont get the flower my god its terrible they call it premium charge 60 or 55 and its terrible something you can get on the street for 25 or less not impressed with them there vapes are solid but trash flower taste terrible and doesnt have smell. Kind bud not premium or exotic 🤮🥴

This place seems to be very popular with a very large line extending to the street of the building (~30 people). Do not go to this place if you are seeking personalized or information on the products. You are ONLY able to pickup online orders, and you should be ordering ahead of even arriving to the store. This place is great though if you know what you want.With their products, they have a great variety amongst all types of the product. Theyre most well known for their edibles with which they also have some holiday specials.

Really great. Truly a professional operation, kind and knowledgeable staff, and an all-around good atmosphere. The only catch is the length of the line, which can mean up to hours of wait time. In my opinion, it’s worth the wait 👌

The new website is difficult to operate. I have often just ordered elsewhere because the website is not very user friendly. And I like the idea of just ordering ahead.

My girlfriend and I went to NETA around 5pm without a reserving online because their system was down for about a whole day so we needed to wait in line for about 25min. The bouncer only let groups of 6 to 10 in at a time to wait in another line inside before you can get to the cashier. When you’re waiting in line, you can’t look at any of the pot related products because they are hidden away in cubbies along the exterior wall. You will need to look at a paper menu or their website for any visual description of the product. When I was in a small dispensary (NuLeaf) in Las Vegas a few miles from the strip had all their product behind glass so you could take a gander at all the pot various mediums with friendly staff that would help you with any questions. That being said, the NETA Northampton location is pretty generic and it’s a get in and get out as fast as possible kind of dispensary. I got 3 0.75g joints which ran me about $43 total including a 20% tax! I could only get 3 because the restrictive rules about adults who don’t have a medical card. In summary, I would still keep your local dealer around because NETA currently is not viable option for daily or weekly smoker without breaking the bank. 6/10 would only go back if desperate.

Great selection very smooth and easy online ordering. Placed my order for next day pickup went and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I was very impressed with the setup. The flower I got is top shelf . Ive been smoking 25 years and I love going to new places and trying all different types of strains. I will definitely be going here again.

Notice a lot of the positive reviews look the same or have nothing to do with NETA itself. Im a medical patient on a fixed income. So, I take advantage of promotions, sales etc. My first experience was pleasant, the clerk was clearly new but friendly. I took advantage of their two prerolls for $12 promotion and got some other stuff. They handed me the stapled bag and I left. When I got home, I discovered I had gotten 3 individual prerolls instead of 6. It took 3 days after two phone calls and an email for them to respond and when they did, it was excuses and talking over me and mathematical equations on how I was charged. Very poor customer service. Despite my receipt proving me correct they created every excuse to not credit me for 3 prerolls that I had already paid for. Frankly I was surprise and insulted by how stupid their excuses sounded. I will be contacting Paralell, the parent company about my experience. For medical patients, go to Insa instead.

I bought 7 wax infused pre rolls, which I have bought in the past and loved it. But this time it was stuffed or rolled way way to tight could not pull it at all until it was very small. Such a wast of money to buy pre rolled joints that I can’t even smoke. Never had this problem until now. Last week I bought 9 wax pre rolls and they were hitting perfectly fine, not to tight. Very disappointed I spend a lot of money here.

With so many alternative dispensaries this one needs a makeover. They dont keep track of their merchandise resulting in a lot of wasted time and disappointment.

Good products and a simple process. However your cash handling is sketchy AF and doesnt benefit the customer at all. You say that at this time debit cards are preferred. But little do people understand with that is that instead of you guys having card processing Equipment, you act like an atm. So basically your business is collecting cash that can be manipulated in any which way you please, plus you charge the customer a $3 fee for using an atm. If I knew that I would just bring some damn cash. 🤷🏼‍♂️
