I went in with a slight vibration. They found the problem and got me up and running within 1/2 an hour. Great guys with great service. Thanks guys!
Valley Motorsports has worked on our bikes a number of times. I cant say enough good things about their Service Department. Those folks are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to be helpful( even when the aftermarket parts company screws up) and stand behind their work. Nothing but appreciation for these guys.
I was the only person in the dealership. Started the conversation telling them that I was looking to buy a bike. Asked to speak to a salesperson, was told that one would be with me but was flat out ignored. I even tried to get their attention a second time and it was almost as though I wasnt even there. I dont know... I guess I didnt look like a serious buyer? One and done. Byeee...
Jeff was awesome helped me and mentored me with the rite stuff I need for my bike . Overall experience was awesome definitely coming back
I’m 52 years old now and unfortunately the Kawasaki dealer I have been going to since mom brought me there wen I was twelve unfortunately closed. I’ve Ben all over looking for the same service but I had no luck until I found the fantastic service @ valley Motorsports. The whole staff makes it a fun experience for your purchase.
Jerry. service department and parts department are awesomeEvery time time I go there I feel welcomed and a lot to talk about big thank you to allLove my streetfighter V4
I recently bought a 2021 Ducati panigale v2Owner Jerry was awesome to deal with, answered any questions I had, and made the whole buying experience pleasant .
I just spoke the the sales man. Not sure if his name. But after calling back for the 3rd time and finally reaching a sales person, he was rude and short when I ask him to call me back. I as a business owner dont have time to call someone back hoping to see if they were available. It would make since for him to call me back when he was free as to not waste my time. When I asked if he wanted my business, he said to “calm down”. So they will not receive my cash. Funny that a business in hard times would have such poor sales man. To bad
I hav been going to the same Kawasaki dealer since I was 12 years old and they unfortunately closed. I’m 52 now and hav been most everywhere looking for a new dealer with all the same qualities. with no avail until I experienced valley motor sports. The staff employed there is hands down professional and caring and met all my expectations. They r true professionals.
This place is awesome! They have a ton of inventory and are always helpful and friendly. Jerry is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great place to do business with.
I cannot say enough good things about this dealer. I was looking for parts that no one stocked except for valley Motorsports, Im going riding tomorrow and my four-wheeler is in pieces not only did they have the parts in stock Dave in service dept put my front hub together for me at no extra charge. just these guys are just awesome
They didnt even say hello, or offer help. Prices didnt seem good enough to warrant that type of business operation.
Being an upstate NY resident there arent any local Ducati dealers. Ive been to VMS with my Diavel twice now, once for routine service and this most recent trip for a power delivery issue.Im a very fussy individual, the condition of my vehicles is impeccable by any standards. Leaving the bike in anyones hands simply wont do. Matt took my bike in, staged it safely, carefully tore it down and put it back together. Not a scratch, ding, dent, nick to be found. Just as importantly, shes running like a top again. Thanks Matt!
So far so good! Front desk lady is super nice and has an amazing sense of style.Ryan called me twice for updates the same day I dropped off. Saved me money on service by advising what I did and didnt need! They also ordered parts for me for my next appointment. Super happy so far! First mechanics Ive been to for a vehicle (I usually do it myself) and I have zero complaints thus far!
I been a regular customer of Valleymotorsport for over 10 years and they always treated me well, I usually do most of the work myself but when I need to bring it in I’ll bring it to them, excellent service they’ll make your bike run like New they have reasonable prices brought 2 bikes to them before and the results are always good, I buy my OEM parts at Valleymotorsport Best place in The Valley, Dana and Eric, Jeff they’re very friendly and knowledgeable.
Service staff is far from friendly, the parts department is friendly and knowledgeable. Good and bad. The attitude and high prices of the service department make me not want to come back.
Good selection of new and used. Slow response almost like no one works there. Had to find someone to find someone who could assist.
LONG time customer since 1996......purchased my Honda lawnmower, snowblower and generator from them Great service and fair prices.
This is a great company! SUPER helpful. Great Bikes and gear. I couldn’t recommend them more. We worked with Allan, and he was so easy to work with. Thanks for everything! We keep recommending you to our friends.
The owner is not very personable unless you are buying a bike. Gives good discounts once you buy 2 or 3 bikes from them. Most of the staff behind the counter are excellent and well informed
Customer service could of been much better. We asked for a sales rep. Stood around for 20min and no one helped out.
I love this place. My five year old loves sitting on the little bikes and i hope to purchase him one soon from there. Owner is super nice and so aren’t all the employees.
When I purchased my snowmobile for them over 2 years ago I bought the extended 4 year warranty. My hand warmer broke. Dropped it off to Matt in the service department he helped me unlode it. They quickly order the part and had it done in 2 days so I would not miss my snowmobile season. And they also found a oil leak for me and fixed that. The guy Joe was on top of everything. Great service. Thanks Joe and Matt.
I signed up to test drive something, so I drove 1 1/2 hrs to the place. I felt the salesman was rude and didn’t really want to make a sales. If they don’t have something in stock to test, they shouldn’t advertise it and even send an email confirming the test drive, just a horrible experience.
Amazing dealership and service. They have not only been friendly and helpful throughout the last year (my first year on a bike). They have gone above and beyond in their service and assistance any time Ive had concerns or issues.I highly recommend you give them a shot when you are out looking, I went to dozens of places and none worked with me as much or treated me as well during the purchasing experience. To give you some background, I purchased a great reviewed bike from here after tons of research and have loved every minute of owning it. That being said, there were some issues from the manufacturer and Valley Motorsports has gone above and beyond in assisting me with them. Theyve worked around my schedule, and put in the wrench time to keep my bike running how it should. Theyve never made me feel foolish for asking questions or brushed off my concerns in regards to my bike. Every time Ive spoken to them on the phone or went into the shop, theyve been professional and courteous. Honestly, after how much theyve seen me Im amazed they are. For that Im appreciative and will always give them a great review to friends, family and the world at large.Dont hesitate to shop here. You wont regret your decision.
I stopped by here the first time about 15 minutes before closing to look at motorcycle helmets to replace my cheap old (probably unsafe by now) bucket. Joe was very helpful and I collected most of the info I needed in a very short amount of time. Went back today with a bit more time to try them on again and make my decision. The owner (I think) walked me through the options and the price was better than I would have paid online. These folks are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I brought in 2 ATV tires to be mounted on rims, they wanted over $100. To mount 2 tires.😲 I think thats highway robbery!
Changing my review about Eric,He spoke with me tonight and he made me happy about my motorcycle. Definitely Jerry is the person to talk to he is the one.5 stars so far can’t wait to ride my motorcycle and have no problem.
This is the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The sales staff is friendly and are never pressuring you to make a sale. They are even happy to talk tp you when you are absolutely not in the market for a new bike. The service department are top notch as well. They have always done great work and you can tell that they genuinely take an interest in their customers. Theyre honest about their work as well, if something is not worth doing, theyll tell you so, they dont just take your money. If youre in the market for a motorcycle, you have to give them a look. Theyll take good care of you.
Love this place. Everyone was so helpful. Cant wait to pick up my bike tomorrow. These guys had paperwork dont so smooth and fast!Update... Came in to look at bikes and not acknowledged by sales staff. Not the first time
EXTREMELY Rude staff. In particular an older lady with glasses.
Bought new cycle, did not completely assemble. Thought just isolated issue. Had them do repair. Only did part of work, did not clean up oil that sprayed everywhere. Took 8 months to get final parts from them. Report to Atty General Insurance Fraud. Spoke to owner, doesnt care
Not satisfied with service locally, i did some searching and asking around and decided to drive the 45 minutes each way and put my scoot in the care of Valley Motorsports for its major 15,000 service. My call was answered by a friendly service tech that was very helpful and said they could take it the next day! WOW! And it should be done the next day. WOW And true to their word it was. I took some time at pick up to wander around and see their place and was impressed. Summing it up... Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and great to do business with. I will definitely return for not only service but accessories / parts and when the need arises a new machine. Thanks Valley M S!
Always great service @ the parts dept. Very helpful staff
Staff is polite and very helpful. Place is sweet and very organized. Highly recommended!
Good guys.
Great service and sales! Erick was very helpful in helping me while picking up my bike. Feel like I made a great choice getting my Duc 959 Panigale from them. I really love this bike! Oh,and Frank is cool too! Good people to deal with! Thanks😎
This is NOT A KTM DEALER i made a apt after looking online that indeed it was a ktm dealer signs on building also say so drove a hr to drop a quad off for them to turn me around because they arent a ktm dealer moral of the story DO NOT TRY AND BRING YOUR KTM THERE
The parts counter, which is what I use most of the time, is very good. Theyre very willing to help and go the extra mile. Parts prices are not sky high. Generally, unless its a really expensive part its competitive with the internet when you figure in shipping. But, really, parts service is so good I am willing to pay extra to deal with them.Ive never bought, and never likely will buy, a new motorcycle but if I did Id probably buy it from Valley if they had the brand I wanted. Ive looked at new bikes there but never felt under pressure to buy one. Its a pretty low key place.
Poor customer service and they are unprofessional. Ill take my business elsewhere and I only own Honda!!
I find their sales people to be overly pushy, telling me that I want something bigger and sportier than what I actually want. Their service people wont work on my current bike due to it being a different brand (but I guess thats to be expected from a dealership), or my last bike because it was too old (to be fair, it was from 1979). Their parts people, on the other hand, are very knowledgable and helpful (still cant get parts for my current bike from them).
Ronald P.Springfield, MAI brought my bike to Valley Motorsports to find out why code 37 came up. I was told they think its the linear control valve, but there is no way to test it to see for sure. They said they could block off the valve and I would have to stay on the throttle until it warms up. I stated directly and clearly NO, I want it fixed right so they put the new valve in. When I picked up the bike right at closing, I paid and went out and started it. The whole bike shook and would barely idle until it warmed up so I thought the ECU had to reset itself. When I got up the next morning I tried to start the bike and it took five tries to get it to run so I pulled the tank and took the filter off the control valve to find they plugged it anyways, after I told them NO! Then I find out on the forums that yes you can check them and was given links to the service manual on how to do it. Matt in service said they couldnt get the idle to come down and thats why they plugged it. Any reasonable mechanic would say there must be something else wrong, not plugged a brand new linear control valve completely defeating the purpose of the valve! I then notice the spark plug wire and control valve hose were just laying on the cylinder head and not in the bracket so while rerouting the spark plug wire I notice a screw that holds the linear control valve plate inside the neck of the frame was half out, and the other three were not even put in! The clamps that hold the hoses, one was barley on, and the other was off completely. 360.00 wasted as my bike runs worse then when I brought it in. It kills me how people can rob others so blatantly with a smile on there face. I will NEVER, EVER bring my bike back to valley motorsports, and it will sicken me to even drive by the place!!
Stopped in just to look around and compare with a helmet I planned to purchase online. Was discussing it with the gentleman at the parts counter and he beat the price i was paying and had it there even faster. Ill be back
The one stop shop for everything motorcycle
BEST service experience ever with Matt (Service Manage). The day I dropped my two sleds off he came out and went through each of them with me and we saw some obvious preseason things that that needed to be done. One we just purchased and it needed carbs redone. It took about 2 minutes to realize he knew exactly what he was talking about and I was dealing with a sled expert. Both being Yamaha he was very familiar with each. He then called a few days later after he had a chance to go over them more thoroughly and provided a cost estimate before doing any work. Then a week later his shop detected a major problem with the front control arms which required a major $$$ repair. He was careful to go through full detail of what was involved. I had been riding the sled with a control arm mount bolt brokenripped off from the chassis. Matt helped to work with the insurance inspector to help cover the repair and a long story short we picked up both sleds today and they ran great. Trails are not open yet but we couldnt resist and ran them down them road a bit after our 14 snow dump. They ran great. I would highly recommend Matt and his service department, real professionals!
Great customer service. And great selection of motorcycles and four wheelers
Got a good deal on a new 2013 CBR500R and the staff was cooperative and friendly. Casey in the service department is a great guy and has helped me out a lot. No business is perfect for everyone but these guys really try to make it happen.
Went in today and asked about a bike and the sales guy named Eric was extremely rude and basically walked away from me when I asked about financing. This is my 2nd time at this location and the same guy has been rude. The service guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them but the sales guy should be fired.
Great place
Good guys here. Great selection of bikes and quads. Staff doesnt hover over you.
Rude, hard to talk and condescending.
Great parts and service people. Really know their products and are willing to help. Better than average parts in stock.
Service guy didnt let me finish talking.. told him what i had .instantly said we dont fix those bikes, cant get parts. Um all I wanted was a tune up. Well thanks for nothing.
Bought a new ducati back in 2009sense buying it had service dept put some after market parts on it.I have had Valley do all routine service over the years and have never had any problems with service done or with any of the great people working at Valley.
Love motorcycles they do too, and will treat your bike as well as you if you let them
Great owner Jerry! 😃🏖
Excellent
Fantastic customer service. Good prices. Very helpfull and knowledgeable staff. There my first stop when i look for anything mororsports related.
Overpriced, poor service, unless you want a Ducati. They have a great selection of 15 to $20,000 ducatis.
When all the others locations failed me Valley Motorsports had the tool in stock that I needed to fix my motorcycle that day good parts department in nice sales selection however I have not use their service department as I make all my own repairs myself.
There closed on Mondays
Friendly and knowledge able staff. Lots of great bikes..and deals.
Smart, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. great selection from used older bikes to brand new $30,000 Ducatis
They can be more pricy than similar shops, but if you have or want a Ducati this is the place to go. They have all the parts you need on hand.
Fair prices and best service around. Go for all my KTM needs.
I have been going to vms since they moved to that building a million years ago, bought several new mx bikes, they have always been great to deal with. Their service dept is the best, always answering the most silly questions I can come up with.
Helpful staff. Good service department.
I recently traded in my 06 Ducati ST3S and purchased a Multistrada 1200 S Touring bike from Valley Motorsports in Northhampton. MA. I enjoyed the shopping experience and the professionalism in dealing with this company. Erick, Glenn and Jerry were incredibly helpful to me in making the best decision at a fair price. I rode out with the new ride in a few hours. Id recommend this business to anyone...9/25/15: these guys are great! repairs, sales, and service...
After stopping in the store earlier in the week to inquire about getting my tires changed, I was told that if I brought them in I could just wait for them to be done as they wouldnt take long. When I went back in a few days later I walked in the door and both of the mechanics in the back looked at me as they worked and ignored the fact that I was standing there for 10 mins. without help. I understand there job is to work on bikes and may not be to work the counter but they could have called for someone. I then proceeded to go and find someone. One of the parts guys paged someone to the counter where I waited for another 10 mins. before someone came. Turns out the person was chatting it up with some of the sales guys on the floor the whole time. I told him what I was there for and he said ok you can leave them here and we might get to them tomorrow. its 4:15 and we close at 5:00 so its too close to closing for me to bother getting started on them. At that point I just told him dont even bother filling out paperwork as I was not going to spend my money where people dont feel like working when they are at work.I have been to this dealership several times and the only good thing I can say is their parts guys know their stuff but I would never buy from here nor would I get my bike serviced here.... Food for though
My good friend dropped his bike off 2nd week of Nov. for an exhaust and some foot pegs. He still doesnt have it back after a month he checked in and caught an attitude from the self proclaimed A tech. Finally he was supposed to have it delivered to him now into the 3rd week of Dec. and low and behold the self proclaimed A tech never checked the parts and was missing the computer that matched the exhaust. All parts had been there a month at this point when asked why he never checked... Yes another attitude and a well it will be at least another 2 weeks and no end date. Not impressed!! I myself also own a Ducati and ride with a few others who own them, bad news travels fast.
I’ve been coming here for any small things I need or to buy my bikes my whole life
Did not make a purchase today but associates where very friendly and helpful. Did not feel pressured at all, big pet peeve of mine. Will be back there for certain
I thought I was buying a sled off season on sale but the extra $1200 fees made any deal go away. Ask about the fees! Get a delivery price
Easy to find, nice showroom and the guys were very helpful!
I will start by saying I was thrilled with the sales staff when I bought my Ducati a year ago, so thrilled I convinced my good friend to by a new Ducati from them as well, Ive also had a great experiences with their parts department. unfortunately this great service does not bleed into the service department. I dropped my Ducati off to them on November 10th for a simple 5hr repair with very expensive parts only to be disregarded and pushed off multiple times. I purchased a termingoni exhaust with a matching performance ECU that showed up there Nov. 16th. I also bought some levers and foot pegs, very basic repairs. I was told the bike would be done by the end of Nov at the latest. That didnt happen, I was getting a bit frustrated when they told me on Dec. 11th an hour before delivery to me it wasnt done because they never checked the parts and the ECU was missing. Remember This exhaust system had been there since Nov 16th and now would take at least 2 more weeks as it needed to be sent back to Germany. The tech took the time to argue with me about how long he had the bike and the parts, then told me how things should be done. Being that this has been the best riding season in awhile and its still 70 degrees on Christmas not impressed. I still do not have my bike back, no idea when I will and they really dont seem to care!!!!!!
Best service department for Ducati and sport bikes in the area.
I purchased my first motorcycle from Valley a couple years ago. It was a 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 650r. They made sure the bike ran like new, they gave me a very fair price, and even reduced it so I could buy a new helmet, gloves and jacket. The bike was amazing and turned me into a motorcycle fanatic. Unfortunately I decided after 10000 miles on the ninja to sell it. I traded it in for an 08 r1 from Motofit in Danbury CT. The bike was running on 3 cylinders after 200 miles.... The kicker was the bike only had 5800 miles on it. I cannot express enough how deeply that company screwed me over, including multiple trips down there where they claimed to have fixed the problem, and even giving me a bogus warranty they didnt back up. In the end, they disowned the problem and me as their customer. That company is awful, and I warn everyone not to ever go there. There is a list a mile long of customers who have had similar issues. I even talked to an ex employee who said someone in the company makes their employees give fake 5 star reviews online, to boost the image of the company and offset the bad ones... I could go on and on, but this is a review of Valley.Anyway, after the 2008 r1 engine blew, I took it to valley. I had no money to repair it considering I spent almost 10 grand on the r1, between the initial cost and repairs. So Matt, (who did not have to but did anyway) helped me through a complete rebuild over the phone. Any time I got stuck he gave me advice. The end result was I not only learned how to rebuild a motorcycle, I now have a running bike and my investment back. So Matt is just an amazing mechanic, person and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is always professional and polite, and really works hard to address problems as quickly as possible. The sales teams is great too. My personal salesman Eric, always caters to my requests. From this point he is the only person I want to buy from ever again. He set me up with my first Ninja, and I am planning on buying a new 2015 r1 from him this summer.Last but not least I must brag about the parts department! These guys are just great. I usually deal with Jeff, but all of the parts team work hard to get me what I need as fast and low cost as possible. To sum this up, just go to Valley, they will take care of you on all levels from the sales floor, to the service team and all the way up to the owner of the company, who is always very friendly. Keep up the awesome job guys! Its nice to see a company who really backs its customers :)
Awesome group of guys that work here.
Very efficient sales service. Called back a week later to check on bike.will do future business.
Best place to buy a motorcycle period....
Very helpful clean show room.
Great selection, patient helpful staff!
Great shop,Great team and always take care of the customer
There service dept sucks bad customer service and a bunch of hackers will never bring my bike there again I wouldnt recommend anyone to bring there toys there..
Great people, very knowledgeable, pleasant place to visit
Bought the bike that took me cross country for the first time there.
Friendly staff and great deals on a great selection!
Very bad service department... They dont care what you ask and if they havent done what you asked, they find an excuse for that. Ive been there twice, not going to come back.
Best dealer around hands down
Best motorcycle dealership around.
I went to this place 2 years ago
It was close today.
Nothing for a used selection and overpriced
Im always gonna bring my bike here! This place is sick!
Great service department
Great service department
