We had used Sitterly for a move 6 years ago from the western Mass to Cape Cod. They did a great job then so when we had need for another move we called them again. I didn’t think they could improve their already great service but our latest experience was even better! We had no stress at all! Since our move was complex in nature, general manager Brian and sales rep Joe came to our home on Cape Cod to help us plan our move. Besides our home, there were 2 different locations we had belongings in storage. It was a huge move for us but due to the detailed plan Brian and Joe created, it was stress free!They did a fantastic job and their crew was very good natured and accommodating. We highly recommend Sitterly Movers for your next move!

David was my driver and he was prompt and professional. He under promised and over delivered. He never wanted to set expectations he could not meet, but then exceeded them.Alfredo and Richard were his moving crew. They moved quickly and efficiently. Everything was out of my apartment in 2 hours which allowed more time to drive and deliver with punctuality on the back end.

Small office in a funny location, but a great company! My friend had a great experience with her long distance move with these guys! She was totally relieved. She moved from Northampton to NYC area. And their instagram is hilarious. Their Springfield office is the main one but this one is way more convenient.

We decided to use Sitterly movers because of reviews that we read. The reviews were not lying this was a great company. Honestly finding movers was the most stressful process of buying a home because I hate people touching my stuff in fear of them mistreating them. However, I was at ease (as much as I possible could) with the movers, Elliot, Rich, and Alfredo. They moved our 3 story, 3 bedroom, living room, family room, and dinning room condo in Agawam to our house in Windsor. It took about 8 hours for the whole process which included DISASSEMBLE AND REASSEMBLE. The reason I bold that is because some companies doesnt offer this and this is a HUGE advantage. When we got to the new house they put guards around the door frame, stair railing, and floor protection. They were constantly working and was never sitting around talking. They never let any of the future scrap any bedroom doors or walls, it was very impressive. Then as a bonus at the end of the process Elliot came up to me and told me to walk around the house with him to make sure everything was exactly where I want the furniture to go. The team was amazing and nothing was missing or damaged during the whole process. The only CON is due to liability they will not disconnect or connect the washer and dryer. Not an issue for me personally. Overall I would recommend this company and will ONLY use this company in the future.

I did a local move on 4/6/20 with Sitterly movers. How did I find them? I typed into my google search “movers near me” and I found a list, this was great because I am shopping for the most affordable price.Why I chose Sitterly? Among the vast amount of reasons, they were flexible on times to come and see what will be moved in order to creat an estimate. They were flexible with packaging etc.When it’s time to move? ok so this part was where the truth came out, I knew I made the right choice because due to the covid virus and the stuff happening in the mortgage offices, banks, and all my closing date was being tossed around, each time the date was created to close on my house it kept being thrown around as it closely approached. ( I was selling my old home to buy a new home simultaneously). Brian from Sitterly was still flexible with each new date that kept coming at him for me to move, my calls to change the dates due to the issues was never a surprise for him nor did he sound frustrated, he took every call each time, replied to every message regardless of time of the day.Moving day finally came and the Sitterly team came by, they were professional in every aspect they have every tool for the move, they did it really quick and they really have respect for my belongings.They were willing to set up furnitures as well.After I moved I needed help to relocate a piece of furniture to the 2nd floor and even this task was available to me at any time convenient to me, if you are reading this review and u want the best and more, do not think twice.. I do not believe any other moving services will ever compare to this quality, friendly and professional services all in one, I felt like I was moved by family, they did not made me feel like they were strangers.
