Great selection, helpful staff, and I swear there is always a sale! I always end up leaving with more than intended.

The female associate, who worked at the checkout counter had the audacity to ask me if I would allow the woman behind me to be checked out before me. Mind you, this was while in the middle of the transaction. Instead of proceeding to request assistance from her manager, she assisted the woman. She then proceeded to take her time. When asked to wrap fragile items she reluctantly did so. I found it both extremely rude and unprofessional that she conducted herself in this manner. In my perception, she communicated that her and the woman’s time was more valuable then mine. I will not be returning to this store again.

Use these stores often. First time at this location. It was well stocked,clean and organized. Found what I was looking for quickly. Girl at register was tolerable, well composed,and helpful towards my lack of knowledge with coupons. Thumbs up in my book. Also brief encounter with cashiers superior was kind.

I have shopped at Michaels since approximately 2005.In the past they had high quality products with a huge selection of craft projects.I make jewelry and they always carried decent choices from metals such as sterling silver, gold, then plated silver and gold. Now they dont have any real genuine metal. They have a very small variety of swarovski crystals. And all the findings are cheap metals.They used to have all kinds of plaster Halloween and Christmas decorations to paint for the holidays. Hardly anything on October 6. I was disappointed. The virus may have had something to do with the stores merchandise but I have been to two separate Michaels stores and found the same lack of variety in any one section. No paint by numbers, no fuzzy posters. A real disappointment. I hope they up their variety the more the virus moves behind us. For now I will be looking for a new place for supplies. I will try again in the spring. But they cant supply what I need at this time.

Place is always great. Do it yourself crafts to many things for kids to do. Want to start up painting, can shop here for some starter canvas and paint sets.

All the employees I encountered were very nice and quick with a smile. But one young man (Shawn) was truly kind, and before you think well thats their job, Ive been to many stores where its their job to help the customers and they either disappear or help reluctantly. So Id like to thank Shawn for his kindness and commend Michaels for having such a great staff.

Lots of products, buy unfortunately all the most common items were hard to find.

🎨 Most comprehensive spray paint selection Ive ever seen. More than Walmart or Lowe’s combined. They actually have multiple sections hidden throughout the store, that being said the organization could be better but it’s a huge store with a lot of stuff so I’m sure there’s a good reason for 3 spray paint sections.

One of the last few brick and mortar places where kids can browse and pick things for their art projects. All the items here encourage children to be creative and spend quality time away from the television.

They had what I needed for our weekly family sip and drink painting night, and their pick up was very easy and efficient.

Standard Michaels, but it has everything you can need from a craft store.

Larger selection than the other Michaels we went to a few months ago. Had a better clearance selection also. Each department had their clearance mixed within the department which was nice so we didnt have to find it.

There are lots of creative crafts. The cashier I had today was awesome because she knew some signs! Its always great to meet employees who know ASL!

Ver good collection of everything. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. Huge Christmas decoration collection. Clean and neatly arranged. You’ll find everything you need there. Art collection is too good. Prices are little overpriced than Walmart and Amazon. However, considering the collection and availability, I won’t mind getting it from there. I go there to find new and useful art supplies and they never disappoint me.

Love Michaels especially when they have their sales. Most stores are created equal in lay out and design. But each store can have its special finds. I go to Michaels for almost all my crafting needs.

During Covid they are maintaining the store very well and following social distancing

Very clean. Hand sanitizer they clean after every customer clean the carts

They do a beautiful job framing, albeit far from cheap. The good thing is they will often repair aging issues for free if they did the original framing, even if it was years ago. Look for their sales on yarn when they are discontinuing...some very good prices.

It’s okay but as with most Michaels, it’s very hard to get someone to help when looking for specific items. Employees seem sparse and always very busy. I get that they probably need to keep labor costs down with online shopping becoming the norm but friendly, helpful customer service is why I choose places like this over Amazon. This review applies to, but isn’t specifically about this Michaels... more a general criticism of the company as whole.

Fun place to take kids, I went looking for Cub scout pinewood derby parts and paint. They had quite a selection. I also found things that gave me ideas to make in my woodshop. ( Im a dude)

Adelaide has that beautiful voice that you hear from phone operators. Like you could dial some customer support line and you hear her voice like Press 1 for more options and Id be the dumb dude tryna press 10 just to hit her up haha!She also helped my friend with mose grass for 30 minutes without fail. An alluring associate, she smelling greatness.

Very neat, well organized. I wanted for jewelry cording, but hollow kind tubeing..so i could slide a wire through. They didnt carry it..but they had a lot of nice things.

Wont cut matboard unless you buy from them & pay their inflated prices. Ill be supporting the independent art stores from now on. Bad move Michaels.

Michaels has a great selection of craft items and fantastic coupons. Yesterday, when I was there, it took a long time to get checked out as there was a long line with two cashiers. This was very frustrating. I also feel slightly claustrophobic in that store because of how close the shelves are to each other. It is difficult to get more than one stroller through an aisle. Again, the selection and coupons make this worth the frustration.

Good selection of crafting supplies and holiday home decor (often one of the first to get in the next holidays items). Can be pricey but they frequently have email coupons and sales so keep an eye out for those.

I still love Michaels (for the merchandise as always) but I have never encountered such rude /ignorant staff at any other store. I dont mind spending a bit more for quality but my experience tonight was unacceptable so I would hope that the second shift at this location does not represent Michaels in its entirety. I would just like to say that from my own personal experience, ignorant and rude staff will turn customers away every time....
