This is my third time using Level Up Your Home. They installed three Nest cameras for us a couple years ago, and when a power outage shorted out the signals, I called on them to reset the cameras. So of course I thought of only using them for our TV upgrades. All three times the service from start to finish was excellent and professional.Braden is wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. He put together a great package for us (TV, Sonos sound Bar and wall mounts). Kevin and Wes were very professional, polite and personable. They brought everything with them, were ON TIME, and did a great job with the installations. They certainly know this job like clockwork. Kevin assured me I would be happy with the wall placement of TV being in the upper/middle. I was sure I wanted it lower on the wall, but he was right. It looks great! (They mounted the new TV & Sonos in our Living in Room, pulling the wires behind the wall and then mounted the LR TV down in our workout room). I am very pleased with my experiences with Level Up, and highly recommend them.

LevelUp installed a home network for us, with several access points, switches, cabling, etc. Install included in-wall enclosures for some components, surface mount for others, and access points located in discrete locations. Great results! Not an easy install - 100 year old home with all the associated challenges. I recommend them highly!

I had Level Up install a few Ring devices around the house recently. Great experience working with them as they provided good advice and insight into placement and positioning of each device on consultation. Ordering, and installation where quick, efficient, and professional. They will be the first team I call for my next project in updating the tech in my house and improving automation. We had a fairly large whole home installation that went over many months and I have nothing but good things to say about Level Up Your Home.I first met with Jen in the office on an initial no pressure first consultation. The meeting lasted a few hours and we discussed my entire project and what I wanted to achieve and the various products that would work within our budget. I received a quote that was very fair. Next step involved her and David coming to the construction site in the middle of winter to view the project and take measurements, etc. This was a new build home so we had endless options. I elected to have them pre-wire the home and get everything set up for seamless installation when home was complete which was effortless for me and well worth it as I wanted all wires to be hidden.All prices were very fair. If I found cheaper prices they would honor that price without question. There were several revisions to the quote as we were constantly adding and updating components and I never once felt that I had to micro manage them----as we had many other things to worry about during new home construction.The scope of the project was fairly large: install 3 TVs to wall (including 2 Samsung The Frame TVs-which is not easy install). Basically whole home Sonos system with in wall speakers in many rooms (2 rooms with full surround sound, many in wall architectural speakers including outdoor, several Sonos Beams, etc). In addition to this, nearly whole home Lutron system including automated shades and lighting system. We also did full Nest system with: 3 Nest outdoor cameras, 2 Nest Door bell cams and Yale-Nest lock, Nest security and sensors, and Nest smoke/CO detectors. They also installed the cooling rack with Router/modem/MESH networks/amps, etc.Installation began in Jan prior to COVID. It slowed with COVID as everything was shut down. Once businesss were back and running, installation continued. David and Matt were excellent. They were always on time, often stayed late to finish. They respected our home and always wore Masks which was very comforting. They took the time to teach us the tech as well and installed everything to our preferences. We had no issues with the installation as everything was for the most part seamless. There were many installation days to complete the project but the end result is better than I could have expected. Everything works seamlessly without any issues to date.The responsiveness of this company, from our initial meet to final install day, was great. They would always answer my emails and even texts very promptly and I got the Sense that if I needed any tech support in near future that they would deliver. They showed genuine interest in the project and the workmanship shows in the final result. We had a chance with a new build to get the tech that we wanted, and they delivered without question. I never felt the need to question the prices or rates...everything just seemed right and honest.Of note, this company makes the entire upgrade and installation of tech very easy. Once agreed upon, they order the products and store them. On install day they bring everything with them. The consumer does not have to buy or store anything which is very nice.We plan on bringing them back in the next 6 months or so to finish out our basement build and future projects as well.Overall, very solid tech company that can deliver on everything from consultation, recommending products, delivery, install, and education.A++, 5-Star without question.

Excellent service installing a wall mount and television over our fireplace. Our primary issue was to reduce and hide cords in our antique colonial home. We also had mesh wifi installed. Excellent service and professional work completed by Kevin and Wesley. It looks great- thank you!

They installed a Lutron Serena automated shade that I had previously purchased on my sliding glass door. They did a great job installing it and setting up everything so I can operate the shade using a remote control, the Lutron app and Alexa. They tested everything to make sure it works. The price was very reasonable. I couldn’t be more satisfied and highly recommend this business.

This was by far the best experience i have ever had dealing with a company. The entire group from Braden to the installer Matt, were incredibly amazing. I only had a very small job but they treated my job and me like it was as important as any other. Contacted Braden and was impressed immediately with how quickly he got us an estimate. I felt it was fair and he was accommodating with our schedule. Matt showed up bright and early and worked his butt off to install 4 cameras and a smart lock, by himself. At the end of the day he walked us through how to make all the settings exactly how we wanted and made sure everything was working perfectly. I had a great experience with Level Up Your Home. They instructed me as to which products were available for my needs, and I was able to purchase all those products (from TV & sound bar to doorbell & cameras) from them which was super convenient and cost effective. Matt did the installation and figured it all out which at times was a little challenging. (my house is 100 years old) I cant say enough about his professionalism. He was kind and courteous and took his shoes off when coming in the house, and was even great with my dogs who snuggled right up to him. I would definitely use them again and suggest them to others.

My wife still working at home needed a WiFi boost when her company switched phone systems. I contacted Braden and told him what our problems were and told me the Eeros pods would do the trick. He came to the house on time and took a look at what we had and did a pre test around the house. He explained how the system worked and installed it on each floor. Our main computer tested 10 before and ran the test again and was over 200. I told Braden that I wanted if possible to have strong coverage over the whole property. I now have coverage at least 30 feet into my neighbors yard. He also set up security so only we have access to the WiFi. Very happy with the product and the great customer service from Braden.

Excellent company, exactly-how-expected services/products, and impeccably good customer service. Actually, the products and services are better than anticipated or expected. For my purchases I worked with Braden and had Matt as my installer, and both were absolutely fantastic.Here’s some of my favorite things about this company:1) absolutely no pressured sales. I truly felt like Braden was working WITH me, not just trying to get something from me. He expended a significant number of hours helping me and making sure I had what I needed/wanted. My representative (Braden) added on installation of solar lights outside my home that I had already purchased even though they weren’t specifically inside the “smart home” category. I am so so so happy he was able to do this as I was struggling with how to put them up! When my installer Matt arrived, he downloaded an app on his phone to track which parts of my house received sunlight and how to angle the solar lights panels for the sunlight to hit them. He also LITERALLY helped me clear ice from my front steps. WHAT OTHER COMPANY IS THAT HELPFUL without wanting something from you?!? Which leads me to my next point4) Small Business. Not only do you support your local community but you get extra effort like as mentioned above. My experience felt much more personalized and I wasn’t lost in the shuffle.Other perks are that for those of us who are busy, you can communicate via text to schedule — and no judgment if you’re a horrible text responder and get busy (sorry!) but they will also call and email too, whichever is convenient! And, they’re a relatively “young” company meaning they understand this stuff inside and out. Young or old they’re knowledgeable and can provide insight and customization to whatever you’re looking for. When I recently moved and needed to put new products in, it was a no-brainer to use them again, and they didn’t disappoint. I wanted to install several Nest products, a home network, and outdoor TV. Braden came by to do the estimate and had a proposal for me the same day. On the day of the install, Braden and Kevin were on time and did a great job installing all the products. They cleaned up everything and made sure everything was working before leaving. They did an excellent job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Justin at Level Up Your Home come out to give us a consultation on smart home upgrades. It was rather difficult for us to find a company that did these kinds of improvements so Im glad we found these guys! Justin showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and was thorough as he investigated our current speaker setup. We have a little work to do on our end before inviting an installer back to our site to implement the recommended Bose setup. Justin also did a great job educating us on the possibilities of incorporating a smart doorbell, thermostat, and surveillance. We are putting the latter on hold, but its great to know whats out there and I do see our home moving to that technology.

I would give more than five stars if I could. Justin from Level Up Your Home was excellent in helping to set up a sound bar at my residence and made himself available if I had any follow-up questions. I couldnt ask for anything more. Highly recommended.

As per recommendation from Level Up Your Home, purchased digital locks April 13, 2019.Tried to get appointment to get them installed. Was told they could not install in the month of May, however Kristi set us up with an Appointment on May 8th for installation to be completed on June 1st, 2019 at 10am and they required payment upfront.Date and time has passed.NO CALL, NO SHOW, NO RESPONSE, JUST VOICEMAIL.Asking for money back, and install by someone reliable to do it.

I was truly impressed with the amount of knowledge they have about surround sound and wireless technology. I had a Bose soundbar installed and it sounds amazing. They set it up in an area to give maximum surround sound quality and even cleaned up the wires so it looks organized. I would gladly use them again and refer them to my friends and family

Our problem involved the Wi-Fi signal being intermittent in some areas of the house and absent altogether in other areas preventing us from upgrading our security and installing an additional security camera at the rear of the house. Level Up visited and, after performing signal tests, etc., determined that the solution was to upgrade our Wi-Fi Network with a EERO Mesh Wi-Fi Network.The Network was installed a few days ago and it is working great. Problems solved! We are now considering other smart gadgets like thermostats, door locks, light switches, etc.The people at Level Up are very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. We would not hesitate to contact them again for any technical assistance, advise or support.
