If I could give this a zero star rating I would!!! DON’T GO HERE!!! I dropped my car off August 28th.. I just got my car back November 22nd. It was suppose to take 2 weeks to fix. I was told it would “be ready on Friday” for over a month straight. Dave moved my car to Worcester and wouldn’t tell me what shop my car was at or give me a number to reach them. I ended up having to call my insurance company and the police to find my car. I finally found out the shop my car was at in Worcester, the guy there told me he couldn’t work on it because Dave never bought the parts. But that entire time Dave told me the guy was working on my car and giving me updates.... which was a lie. Dave also told me he didn’t get my insurance check for 2 weeks after I dropped off my car in August. My insurance company said he cashed my check 5 days after I dropped my car off. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Save yourself the stress and don’t ever drop your car off here.

I was dreading taking my car to the shop, but Kar Kraft in Northborough made this easy and painless for us. They are listed as one of the preferred shops in Worcester County by my insurance company. So we gave them a try and weren’t disappointed; great work and welcoming service. We highly recommend Kar Kraft to those looking for a great auto repair shop that is friendly and have reasonable prices. They are conveniently located on Main Street a few miles off of Rt. 495 and are open on Saturdays!

I took my car there to have the door and frame repaired/replaced after a bad day with some black ice, and the results have been more than satisfactory. The price they gave at the initial appraisal was fair, and it was exactly what I ultimately paid without a dollar more. I was afraid that they were going to find some unexpected problems that would lead to more work and expense; but to my relief, that didnt happen. The result was that my car looks like nothing ever happened to it, while I was just relieved to have a drivers door that opened again. I hope I never have another incident in the future; but if I do, Ill certainly be visiting this place again. The work is excellent, the service is kind and very helpful, and the pricing was honest.

A great, professionally run business that I recommend to friends and family that are having any car troubles. My family has been going to Kar Kraft of Northboro for years now because of their incredible service. In addition to their services, like others have said on here, they also have great hours for someone who works long days during the week. Being open on Saturday really shows that they are one of the best body shops in Worcester county. Last year I had backed into a friends car, knocking off the mirror, that was the last time I have been but I plan to return for any car problems I have in the future. Quick repairs, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. I have nothing but positive feedback about my and my families experience at Kar Kraft!

Nobody likes taking their car to the auto shop - we all know what it means, a huge dent in our wallet. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with my bill after taking my car to Kar Kraft of Northborough recently after having issues with my suspension. Not only was the person I worked with helpful and willing to explain all the minor details of my car’s issues, but he also managed to save me a few bucks on my overall bill! I will definitely be using Kar Kraft for all my auto repair needs and telling all my freinds to do the same.

This place seriously exceeded my expectations! It was by chance that I came here instead of my usual mechanic. I thought I would get a few things fixed on my way home from work. In the end instead of up selling me they did what I only asked for, no add ons or upgrades, and did it for way less than my usual place. They were friendly and I did not feel uncomfortable in the least. All in all I give this one THREE thumbs up for amazing customer service and a great job.

Kar Kraft of Northboro has got to be my favorite place for auto repairs. They treat Customers with respect, and really leave you with that sense of Being valued. I am a continued patron, and honestly dont see myself needing to go anywhere else for auto repairs. They are very quick as well as having a great business sense, reflected by the fair prices.
