Good selection thats fun to browse, great pricing, awesome staff (Manny is the man!) and the bathrooms are cleaner than many restaurants. Dont think well buy furniture anywhere else.
Awesome furniture to choose from. Had a great selection and we ended up buying more than what we walked in for.
In the space of an old toys r us perhaps- its HUGE. An open sea of couches and chairs with other accessories and decor flanking the sides. Can definitely find some great deals!
I thought the outlet was excellent! We needed a lot of pieces so it really worked for us. We ended up purchasing four pieces some from PB and West Elm (the outlet sells both) including a down leather sleeper sofa. All items were an additional 50%off. Not sure if that’s the norm but one could always call. In addition they honor coupons from PB not PB kids and if you use you PB CC you can get rewards points just like in the store. Yes, some items are damaged so double check.I have it a four star because their delivery service was just terrible. I’d recommend task rabbit or some other service before I’d use theirs again. They canceled our delivery three times just mins before they were supposed to arrive. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to take time off of work to be home. No adjustments were made on their end.
1st off, the staff have always been awesome, polite, and helpful. The 3 stars is really for the prices. I have on occasion found some decent deals but for the most part am not that impressed. They have a variety of items from new stock to returned and damaged. I get it, it is an expensive brand. I just think the prices could be better on damaged or mismatched items.Obviously it appeals to many because the merchandise turns over quickly. So if you are interested in something you better grab it. I am just more of a bargain hunter and dont see much appeal in %50 off a $4000 sofa but thats just me.I still find it worthwhile to stop in and see what they have.
The prices are good but the selection wasnt really worth it. I guess check their Instagram to make sure they have many versions of what you want
I’ve been here a few timings hoping I could find a good deal, but everything seems a little bit over priced for the amount of damage.
Ive found some great pieces here! Kaelin, the store manager - is so nice and helpful. They are lucky to have her!
I purchased my wife a fur throw from pottery barn for a Christmas gift but we decided to return it. While we received the refund within two weeks, they withheld $12 for return shipping. Typically, I would have returned at a nearby store but their website (and a representative) directed me to return via UPS given the pandemic. The website does disclose that the customer may be responsible for return shipping (“depending on the situation”, whatever that means), but I think it’s bad taste to direct people to return via UPS and charge $12 for a return on an unwanted Christmas gift. That said, I don’t see what “situation” would warrant free return shipping... probably only if the product is damaged or not the right item. Moral of the story, be positive that you have no doubts about the item before it is purchased. I bumped up a star because the representative, Kimberly K. (not the rep who told me to return via UPS), was very empathetic of the situation.
Good place to find reasonable prices on expensive pottery barn products. Sometimes options are limited and sometimes the pricing is still not much of a deal, but I recommend checking in whenever in area because you never know what you may find at a good price.
Such great finds at this location. The staff is beyond helpful and kind and always have a smile on their face. They were able to answer all of my questions (there were many) about the furniture I was looking to purchase. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and will definitely be back.
Im amazed at some of these bad reviews. I am a frequent customer and have always had exceptional service from the staff. Ive witnessed the staff go above and beyond even when faced with an entitled customer screaming at them. Prices are super reasonable and I must say the store is looking more organized!
Ive always had great service here, the employees really care about you having a good experience and ever time Ive had an issue they work really hard to resolve it. Always something within my budget and the discounts off the ticket prices are awesome!!Ill definitely be coming back!!!
Staff are friendly though there’s not a ton of employees. Large store with decent selection. It’s an outlet store so what they offer varies. Lots of furniture options but very small accessories selection.
First time pretty nice to check in often .
It was my second time visiting at pottery barn outlet. There is nothing to buy and price so high!!
Unfortunately I have to give a negative review. I live over an hour away and decided to call ahead to check what was in stock to make sure there was a bed in my budget in stock before driving all the way there with a toddler and newborn in tow(who by the way HATES car rides so all you mamas out there understand my pain!) all because I was told by an associate of an amazing deal on a bed that I actually liked and I wanted to get it before someone else did!Fast forward one horrific car ride later we arrive at the outlet to pick up the bed only to find out the bed was actually DOUBLE what I was told. Imagine my devastation. Now I’m reasonable, I get people make mistakes, but I even told the associate on the phone I can not drive over an hour away unless something was in budget. The associate who assisted me in person while very good at basically saying your SOL did not offer any resolution. No additional price off as a “sorry we misinformed you and had you drive over an hour away with two kids with no other beds at that price & we feel like total jerks”. As a loyal customer I am left with a sour taste from the experience not to mention an ulcer from the drive home.Long story short, don’t trust what your told, they do not honor what associates tell you and push blame to anyone else to avoid offering what could have been a solution and retaining a satisfied customer. Now, Im off to go take a long bubble bath and eat a bar of chocolate 😔
This is by far the best pottery barn Ive been to. Charlie is by far the best leader on that team and keeps a clean and pheneomonal stock room. very impressed 10/10 would recommend to any avid furniture / decor lover.
This is an outlet store, but it is still Pottery Barn! Of course prices aren’t dirt cheap. I’ve been to another outlet in Ohio quite a bit smaller than this one, but with better decor selection. This store has a ton of couches and large furniture pieces. Well worth the trip if you can remember that it is still an outlet store!
Kaelin was phenomenal to work with. The store was very busy and she made sure that we were taken care of and made the buying experience easy.
Got two brand new dressers for the kids for 600 bucks! Not sure what everyone is complaining about. It’s an outlet. There is limited selection, but it changes all the time. You have to hit it on the right day. Sales change all the time. I can see being disappointed if you made the long trek and had different expectations. We were psyched with our purchase and look at it as a treasure hunt every time we go.
Kaelin was amazingly helpful. Great place. Will be back again soon!
Considering the store has been open for less than a month, as of today, and the closest PB outlet is in NY, it is doing great. I think the prices pretty much the catalog price, if they still sell the item, plus they offer extra discounts depending on their sale, and then you get an extra store wide discount. Remember this is still Pottery Barn so the merchandise is not free. The huge benefit is that you get to see items on site that you might otherwise have to have shipped. You are saving on the delivery cost. This of course depends on the item because some you would have to hire their delivery service.I bought a coffee table, that they currently sell online, for nearly half the price!!I wish they had more decorative items, bedding and curtains, but maybe in the future they will (that is why I gave it a 4 and not a 5 for a rating).I didnt think the store was dirty AT ALL and I have been there mulitple times. I even joked with one of the managers about the Toys R Us still being on the glass and somehow changing it to Ps and Bs, but that doesnt really impact my shopping experience. They just moved in and they wanted to open for the public quickly. We all know that Toys R Us used to be there.Additionally, one of the reviews said these items were seconds which is not the case for most of the merchandise. Many of these items are brand new! They have never been in a store display or been delivered and rejected after being used. Some of the items come from warehouses that dont have room for them meaning the company may have ordered too many of one item and it isnt selling as fast as they would like. They have to make room their warehouses for the new items the produce. So they pass the great deal on to consumers.Maybe I didnt look that closely, but I didnt even see a single item that was damaged. Everything looked like it was in excellent condition! They have a HUGE selection of furnishings from Pottery Barn, PB Teen and Pottery Barn Kids. Its a shame that their are only negative reviews, which is why I had to write this positive review.Pottery Barn Outlet is worth the trip! The best way is to check it out for yourself!
Kaelin was the most fabulous assistant manager I have ever dealt with in a store. She was courteous, helpful, and efficient in more ways than I can explain. I had a poor customer service encounter with one of the sales associates that was bad enough that I felt like I would never go back to the Pottery Barn Outlet again. When Kaelin intervened, she righted all the wrongs and left me feeling satisfied and appreciative in my shopping experience. I strongly encourage Pottery Barn to promote her to a full managerial position.- Marian Hendershot
Not what I expected. Mostly furniture, very little decor items.
I dont know if pricing has changed from when they first opened but Ive been here 3 times and the discount has always been a minimum of 50% off listed prices. The listed prices are retail prices which may be misleading. I just bought a beautiful chesterfield tufted headboard in washed teal for $685. I checked PB online and it would cost me $1600 to purchase at retail. Is it as pleasant a shopping experience as walking into a regular pottery barn store? Of course not. Its a warehouse outlet! Check your ego at the door and come for the deals.
Lots of solid, overpriced furniture, some with rubs and paint flaking off in spots. For me, it was not worth buying even with good discounts, but it was mostly not my style anyway. Clearance items 75% off lowest price. I bought two largish soup bowls for $1.50 each. Other accessories heavily discounted (lamps, light fixtures, some shades, fake cactus and other types of plants)..
Wish they would stock more but I do like it
Not what I was expecting. Did not find what I was looking for and the staff was not helpful. It reminded me of an empty, sad Ikea.
I wasnt very impressed. They only had furniture, rugs, and a small assortment of lamps and mirrors. Other PB outlets Ive been to had better inventory with much better prices. The prices were still high even with the 30% off. Hoping this changes.
Purchased a small glass top end table. The item was completely boxed. Opened the box at home and the glass was broken. No returns!! Buyer beware. Also, giving them a second chance, we called looking to see if they might have a certain table in stock. They advised us they did. To no surprise, we went to to the store and they have none in stock. Greetings at the front desk is terrible and most employees are less than enthusiastic to help you. And dont even get me started on their customer service at the regular Pottery Barn....
Not worth buying..This is supposed to be an outlet. What I have noticed is the pricing of many items send to be about 25% from retail. Might as well wait for a sale and get an item that is new, and without defects..
Its a warehouse with everything that comes with that, boxes of items everywhere good if you need large furniture and thats about it.
Huge selection of furniture, discounts but still Pottery Barn prices. Nice quality.
The place is gross. No one put any care or thought into it. Aside from a new sign outside, the windows and walls still have Toy R Us decorations all over them. The floors are disgusting. Its dirty. Extremely disappointing and not what anyone would expect from something carrying the Pottery Barn name, outlet or otherwise. GROSS
Amazing prices and the associates are extremely helpful and accommodating!!
Pretty uninspiring selection, in a very much warehouse setting. Prices werent that great considering they were seconds. It had just opened though, so hopefully the layout improves.
Amazingly rude, rude, rude customer service. I just cannot believe stores with this kind of service survive in today’s marketplace. They certainly do not have my business. Wow ...basic training is required.
Overpriced
This is not a outlet store. The price are still very high and items look second hand.
Awful service. incompetent employees. good luck
Disappointing!!!If its an outlet, like, shouldnt the merchandise be discounted? Or if its damaged, like, shouldnt the stuff be discounted?Overpriced glorified Ikea quality junk to begin with, but why waste customers time with highly priced leftovers and damaged inventory?Guess its what the millenial masses crave...
It was difficult to see the prices of the items. Also the environment was very warehouse like. And it was difficult to walk around and see the furniture; it was packed so tightly together.
90 percent off prices still dont convince me to buy
Ive never had so much fun on a Sunday afternoon
Customer service needs lots of work, unfortunately
Its still expensive. The outlet prices are close to the regular prices of other furniture stores.
Overpriced. Some items had obvious damage (ie crushed corners or damaged wood finish) but were still marked very high. My assumption is they are looking to keep, not move, their inventory.
Everything is still super expensive.
The prices are ok but the customer service is poor.
Difficult to navigate and most items are still in boxes, making it difficult to see what they are, or if they are damaged.
Terrible, poor quality. Store is a disaster, very little to choose from and prices are inflated, more than retail stores and catalog, even at marked down prices. Dont bother.
Terrible place. Only 10% off regular prices. Lots of damaged items. Terrible attitude from the salespeople and lots of misleading information.
What a disappointment this drive was from Providence. it should be called Furniture outlet as that was 90% of the inventory. The staff was friendly this was a plus but was going to buy frames, candles, bedding, pillows and lamps but the selection was negligible. If you want a sofa this is the place, if not shop elsewhere.
Junk
