Andrew, the manager of this location, and Nahum were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and just all around amazing. Every time I come here, I have the same respect/ service. I specifically drive here rather than other locations because I love them!!!!!!! I just opened a business and they squared away a new phone and line within minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this location. They also don’t try to overcharge you and upsell, as this to me is a HUGE turn off.Thank you guys for always providing AMAZING service and exceeding expectations.

Came into upgrade my iPhone and after a short wait Sachelle assisted me with my transaction. She provided great information, made recommendations on maximizing my plan and even installed my screen protector for me. Overall a very positive experience, would highly recommend this store.
So many good things to say about this location. I popped in last summer for a new iPhone for 5G and instead of simply pushing an iPhone 11 on me, the sales associate, Candace informed me that the new iPhone 12s would be out soon and 5G compatible. I decided to wait but made it a point to go back to this location as a thank you for her transparency. Candace is amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, experienced.and very patient. What a great experience.
Correction on last review. Drew unfortunately made our account 4x higher than what it was supposed to be turns out he added a 4 package line to each of our lines. Called AT&T support and they said they have to create a case. Most crooked transaction ever. Will continue to fight for our money back as this wrong. AT&T better make this right.Update I am now being told by att loyalty team that I have to go back into the store and have them fix it? Need someone to contact me because this is unreal.
Kelsey was extremely helpful with explaining all of our options for our plan, my wifes iPhone and my Android. She was very patient and took great care to make sure we were happy with our upgrade. I highly recommend visiting the store in person so you get your questioned answered.
What a great store to get help with mine and my husbands phone. The woman who helped us was very knowledgeable. I asked her about one of our issues with our phone if I stumped her - she said not yet! She ended up fixing all the issues/questions we had. She had a great personality. We were there on November 12th about 1:00pm. I wish I got her name. She met our expectations 100%. Thank You!!!
Everyone was very nice at the store. They were very good at being safe, wiping seats down after people came. The person who helped us, Candece was very nice and help us set up our phones and help put our screen protectors on. I highly recommend if you want a safe and kind environment to help set up your phones.

Firstly with everything going on in the world, Pandemic and all, AT&AT pioneers our safety. I witnessed firsthand smart protocols such as wiping devices down and they have plexiglass in place and all there people wear masks. Now for service you would think very corporate cut and dry right? NOPE. Believe me you will receive old school Mom and Pop service. I felt at ease and safe when dealing with their representatives. In Fact my representative BRYAN was a Legend himself. He was professional on a World Level, actually wanting to try and save me money and absolutley not pushy when I said I wanted just the phone and no added accessories. I actually ended up buying a screen protector because he was so darn polite about it. I recommend not just AT&AT to my family and friends, but this particular location. Make sure you ask for BRYAN!!

I have been coming to Bryan for the last several years, and he is so so knowledgeable about every product they sell, and is so friendly and personable, which is the best part. I’ve been to other stores, and my experience can’t compare to the experience I receive with Bryan! He always makes sure I am receiving all appropriate discounts and makes sure our plan fits our needs. Highly recommend! 🙂
Really bad experience, beware. Kelsey added the insurance to one of my lines and the early upgrade charge even though I said I didnt want either. She straight up lied and told me I had to have insurance when I knew that was not true, I have a choice and I said no, and that I could call and cancel it after. I understand she makes commission and its her job to try to sell these things but it is ultimately the customers choice and she did not give me one.. Now I have to be on hold for hours to talk to AT&T try to remove the insurance I did not want and hope they refund me what they charged me already.
Bryan worked hard to get me the best price and the most credits he could for my service. THANK YOU!

Kelsey at my local store was excellent. I traded and upgraded two iphone 6 s plus phones for two iphone 12 phones. The cost was exactly what i found earlier online and the trade in values were insane. She walked me through everything and even gave my kids a cheat sheet on the new phones. She has all the values a big company like AT&T looks for in their employees. It was a pleasure to have her help me out.

Edit to a formerly great review. Misled me on discounts and lowering my bill, didnt fully explain about there still being an installment on a free phone promotion after I changed my plan, paid off a phone and traded in two phones. My bill never lowered because a 25% discount wasnt applied that was supposed to have been. After waiting 3 months for my bill to change after the promo was applied my bill still didnt lower and now theres still still $10 installment and I have to wait for the next bill for the 25% to apply with no credit for the months missed. And somehow the 25% will apply next bill bit wouldnt have applied till 3 months of the date of purchase, doesnt seem right to me. Thanks for the help Drew! Haha. Stay away from this at&t to get your new devices.

Great experience. We stopped in before they closed last night. Spoke with Candace and set up to come back today (8/12/20) and we switched from T Mobile to AT&T. Candace was patient with us and when all was said and done we walked out with 4 new phones.

My wife purchased an apple IPhone that was defective. After spending hours with Apple and AT&T support both advised to return the phone to ATT. The manager said that there was a 55 dollar restocking fee. First of all the phone was deemed defective so it couldn’t be restocked. Second of all it was purchase 2 days before from the very manager. She was rude, defiant and should never be allowed to interact directly with the public. No one should buy a phone from them as their policy, no matter what, should buy a phone that charges a 55 dollar restocking fee.Fortunately, when we got home we called AT&T and immediately issued the 55 dollar credit and apologized profusely

I came to this store with an issue with my family plan. Katie patiently worked with us and resolved the issue. However, the smell from neighboring Indian restaurant seeps through the store and was very overwhelming. I hope the issue with Indian restaurant exhaust is worked out soon. I would recommend this store for their high customer focussed service.

Went the day after Christmas so it was very busy. They should have had more staff working. The man that walks around greeting people was very nice. He would check in every so often to apologize for the wait, I appreciated that. The man that finally helped me with my phone was very nice and knew what he was doing. I didnt like how he tried to push Direct TV on me but otherwise my visit was fine.
We always use AT&T because of the excellent service we receive from Bryan J. He’s such a great source of help and always makes time for us! He’s one of the main reasons we always use AT&T.

Went with an issue I had with a phone purchased online. It was not resolved, but the lengths they went through and the time spent with me in the attempt was impressive. They did not merely say sorry we cant do anything about this, they called the online support staff re-explaine the issue. They also got me the free gear2 I should have gotten from my online purchase. Truly exellent service. I will be back in there today to resolve my original issue (6 days later).

I went to this At&T store on my day off. On my days off Im not dressed professional and normally when this happens people never take me seriously. My boyfriend and I walked in and immediately was greeted. Unfortunately I cant remember the name of the representative that helped me but he was wonderful. He answered all of my stupid questions because I didnt know much about smartphones. He was very patient, kind, and professional. We walked out that day with a new cellphone plan and my very first iPhone. Also, I felt like he wasnt judging me on my appearance which was big points in my book. I truly believe he was just trying to make our experience the best as possible even if that meant we didnt make a purchase that day. Im beyond happy with my purchase. I dont live near Northborough but I will always go back to this exact store now because of how satisfied I was with the customer service!

There are many ATT stores and all can offer you products. However, the most important aspect is the service provided by the customer service personnel. This particular store does exactly that.... customer service with an experience base. The person I would recommend to be in touch with is Bryan. I have known this person from the past from ATT and was excited to see he was in Northboro att. Again he addressed my concerns when I sought out another Att store and was left frustrated and the issue not resolved. I walked into the Northboro att and Bryan corrected the issues I was having with my phone in less than 5 minutes!! Everyone was helpful including the manager Andrew!!!
