Walmart northborough is supercenter which has all the house hold items from a to z on the super market items, flowers, electronics gadgets, House hold items, waters, toilet needs . Recently they are providing mask for customers who enter into this store for COVID safety measures. You can get fresh vegetables and fruits . Dress keep on changing based on seasons.

Its cheap. Pretty clean. Its a Walmart. Ive lived here for 24 years and a lot of those people that work there and work there since I moved here. It is what it is

Very clean and massive. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is all of the items I went in to get wasn’t in stock. For such a huge store they didn’t seem to stock a lot of things.

If I could be more exact Id put it at 2.8, but I rounded up. Nothing to write home about. Seems like they have good products but they dont sell in the quantity of a BJs or Costco. But they have toys which is always a plus.

As Walmart goes this is a good one. Well stocked, pretty clean for Walmart, and easy to get in and out of. Handicap parking right in front of grocery department.

Honestly, one of the better Walmart Supercenters in the Metro West area. This location has a nice, well spaced grocery area, and a large general merchandise area with plenty of your favorite items to choose from. the departments here are always well stocked, decently organized, and spaced just perfectly to allow easy movement between aisles. Honestly, the only thing that kept me from a 5 star review of this location, was the lack of help and effort from self-checkout staff. On more than one occasion, there were few or no bags in the bagging areas. Instead of offering assistance to customers that asked, the staff members Ive seen were VERY aggressive when asked for a bag or bags, and would often just sort of shove bags at people in a manner that made me not even bother, and just load the loose items into my car.Overall, a decent Walmart (perhaps one of the best in the area) but staff morale and front end upkeep could use a bit of work.

Have a better grocery section then most super center walmart in the area. Can find most of the stuff I need there. Could have better staffing since the shelves in some department is bare and long lines at checkout.

I love this Walmart, great location and tons of parking/ the store is pretty organized and well kept. It has the proper amount of people staffed & working! I recommend this one over the Worcester or Northbridge one anyday

The store manager Tammy has a terrible personality. I saw an item on display and requested it for a same day purchase. I was not able to get the item after searching for several hours. Walmart needs to do a better job at selecting staff and making products available. My worst shopping experience ever.

Typical walmart easy to access and very convenient for quick shopping. Mostly you get everything what you may need for your home.There are plenty of stock got added for this Thanksgiving! Toys, electronics, tools, home appliances etcNo worries about physical distancing. it is big enough to maintain through out.Just enjoy your shopping!

Store was not super crowded and yet there were no carts in the front of the store for use. went through regular checkout, the worker must have been new or something because my $100 worth of food took a half hour to checkout. he didnt know where any of the barcodes were, plus had at least 4 paper bags open and took at least a minute for each item deciding which bag to put it in. appreciate the paper bags instead of single use plastic

It is better than most Walmart stored.

Great. Hard working staff. Signs for pick up area could be better but thats a company thing. Not the staff. Id order again. They are better right now than Amazon who have recently lost an order of mine.

This Walmart has everything. Food selection is good. And so nice to be able to stop in your way back from the city.

Quick checkout unlike the framingham store. Waited in line over 20 minutes in framingham.

Generally, this store keeps good stock of items but their service quality has deteriorated over time. No one takes calls from the store and pickup service is terrible. Add to that the walmart app is as bad as their website.

First visit ever for us. Everything we tried exceeded our expectations. The potato pies and the spinach pies were absolutely wonderful and unlike any we have had before, which were mostly from Lebanese and Armenian places. Terrific chic pea stew and kabob. Will be back soon to try more things.

They need to hire cashiers and floor help. The craft department the woman knew nothing about cutting the material. Then only 2 registers open. Are they gonna give me a discount to check out and bag my own items? Then hire people.

Well stocked, havent had an issue with not being able to find items here that are on my shopping list. The store is big, staff is friendly.

Has mostly everything you need and very will organized. No complaints, all staff are very helpful.

4 times in a row over a several month period I COULD NOT GET ASSISTANCE.I wait at the service desk for someone to call someone and then wait for them to show up and tell me that the person in that dept or this dept is not available.Sam Walton must be rolling in his grave.Its not worth the aggravation to save a few bucks.

Stalkerish discriminative loss prevention team watched me pay for something and four times asked me to show them the receipt the fourth time I told them no Im sick of being profiled and to call the cops which they did not do because they knew they were profiling me and they had already checked my receipt three times buy a TV here and you may be harassed like I was especially if you have tattoos or if you have any ethnicity other than theirs

Electronic dept was fabulous...no lines no waiting and team lead was very informative....thank u

Great place to shop you can get just about everything

Customer service has been fine . Returns were easy to do and I appreciate coming here for oil and filters.

I’ve always enjoyed coming down to shop here but the curbside pickup service is the worst!!! I’ve been here for an hour now without anyone helping. I checked in with the app, called and even walked in.

Easy to navigate through and rarely ever too busy.

Walmarts are always great to shop for everyday stuffs and this one is no different.

Never have what Im looking for and were rude when I asked for assistance.

On this day, supplies, workers, and just the store was long the greatest, I do know they wanted to make changes! Prices are still pretty fair!

This is the *nicer* Walmart in my area but in the end its still a Walmart. Product selection here is much better than the Hudson MA store, and the employees are also a bit more helpful as well.

I love this place. Its one of the best Walmart Supercenters that Ive visited. Some items are a tad more expensive, but the shelves are well stocked and theres much variety. Its located near to several other major stores like Burlington and Lowes.

Wow this place is huge! My first time here. They have absolutely everything including a full grocery store. Plan on doing quite a bit of walking. The aisles are wide so its a different shopping experience. I may even order my groceries online for pick up now that I have seen the layout. The paper bags dont have handles which is a minor inconvenience, I will bring reusable next time easier hand carry especially with lots of stuff.

I like it as sometimes I get good stuff on clearance. Quality of the product is always nice.. its a big store so good to find clothes and food and utility items all at one place.

It was nice to experience shopping again at this Supercenter due to its expansive selection of items, goods and much more. In the midst of this current pandemic the Supercenter allows for reasonably spaced aisles as well as ample spacing between myself and other shoppers .

I really like Walmart, everything I want it I could find it ..

Its a high-volume store. The deals on some items are better at Dollar-tree. If you dont need an item right away that day check Amazon and save gas $ having products delivered to your door instead. It is conveniently located off Route 9 and has plenty of parking depending on days and times you arrive.

Probably the best Walmart in central Mass. Their are times when they have items that are out of stock, but overall its not too bad.Bumped to 5 stars because their pick up service is awesome! Very friendly staff and very accurate orders!

Most of their staff members are quite unwelcoming, never smile or greet, hardly available to answer queries on stocks etc. Good for spending time with oneself, spacious and well organised. Their App on phone comes real handy to check prices n other product details. Garden section is quite dull. Keep an eye on discounts n offers. In store n online inventory availability differs.

My mom purchased a ACER CHROMEBOOK for my son 9 months ago for his birthday. The chromebook recently died. Ive been told by GEEK SQUAD from Best Buy, that the battery most likely died and/or the motherboard is fried. Either way the chromebook should not have died this soon-9 months later. One day it was working...the next day it wouldnt come on...right when my son needed to log on to Google Classroom for school. Thank GOD I had another laptop in my home smh. Do not purchase electronics from from WAL-MART. All theyll say is, Call the manufacturer. No help whatsoever. Theyre selling defective products.....a couple of days later it was verified that the motherboard of the ACER CHROMEBOOK that was purchased from Northboroughs Walmart was FRIED! Walmart is selling defective products.

Limited selections. For being a super Walmart .. it feels like a super disappointment.

It’s great to have this Walmart in the area. I find what I need most of the times but due to high demand sometimes they have missing items. It was very busy today but the staff on the self payment kept it going fast.

Wish every Walmart were supercenter. This place had everything. It was also very clean. Things were still inexpensive. Target would struggle to keep up. This place had Costco vibes for its size. Well organized like Target. We look forward to going there weekly when our son plays box lacrosse nearby!
