They couldnt get an order right to save their lives. I like the location bc its where I can do most of my shopping. The establishment its self is well kept. However as off late employees are smoking right at the doors and it travels through the building. The staff for the most part are nice for the morning staff but afternoon? Forget it. All courtesy goes out the window. There is 1 drink Im particularly addicted to gets made right everywhere else but this location and the location in Ludlow on i90. Theyve mixed up orders. Given us more sometimes less than what we purchased. Ive even asked for them to REFUND and they couldnt figure out how to do that!!! And after many mishaps at this location I just wont be coming back anytime soon.

They always always forget my whipped cream, it’s not a big deal but it’s like 🤡 every single time. i only come here cause it’s close to where i live.

They gave me the wrong order which isnt a big deal. But the unprofessional and childlike behavior of the staff is why Ill avoid this location.

Quick drive through for iced coffee. A little pricey, but the girls love the flavors.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. We ordered 2 tall dark roasts an hour before closing via the app. I went in, waited for 5 minutes before anyone helped me (apparently stacking cups is much more important than helping customers) only to be told they had no dark roast and in fact would not be making any more coffee that day (hmmm, thought this was a COFFEE SHOP). She said she would refund the app but that never showed up. Went 2 days later at 330pm. Guess what, no dark roast. Finally went today to get beans. I was the only one in line and it took 5 minutes before anyone out of the 6 people working addressed me. Get it together!

The customer service was amazing. The crew is on time with the serving.

So, so impressed by the friendly and professional service by an exceptional team.Thursday, March 11, I made it a point to stop bye again and this time I was determined to lavish my compliments on the staff members that consistently exceeded my expectations. Surely, the amiable staff person that took my order and the young women who took my money and bestowed my drink in a friendly manner were trained well in the Starbucks Way, but I figured; the outstanding exceptional service may be due in a large part to parental influence.Frankly, my compliments will have to wait, because on the 11 th of March ---- the Super Staff workers were missing in action.Day off I imagine....

Way too many people like up here during weekends. Order ahead to pick up in store and save time. Nice staff and delicious coffee/drinks. Not enough Starbucks coffee shops in central Mass. DD is located every other street and drinks are cheaper but they not as good as Starbucks. You get what you pay for..

Got a pineapple macha iced latte. Its expensive under 5.00 for small. Alot of ice. Taste wise couldnt taste the pineapple. Ive never had macha before. Not sure if I liked it. Had a odd taste to me. Only thing I did like was it wasnt overly sweet.

I am disappointed in this Starbucks. I needed to use the bathroom for my small daughter. I was informed that it is closed for COVID-19, but I can use Burger King next door. So basically every other chain can support all their customer needs, but this Starbucks doesnt bother. I now go out of my way to avoid this establishment and support those restaurants and chains that are working hard to not only keep their customers safe, bit also provide them all the services that are needed.

I am so disappointed in this star bucks i order a mocha frappuchino and i told the person in the drive trew that i ordered a mocha frappuchino not a gm Tea Crmfr i showed pictures of it and they said i was wrong wheres the customer is always right? I was so dissatisfied i search it up in google and i was right it’s disgusting how i had to pay for something that i did not ask for!

Went on a saterday morning. Drove up to window after ordering and employees were messing around then proceeded to ask me about my order because he didnt remember what I ordered. Not even paying attention. Finally paid and they made 2 of the 3 coffees wrong, only giving 2 stars because they remembered to warm the food.

Good Starbucks. Really good at keeping the lines moving - love that there is a drive-thru so I can stop by before my local shopping/window-shopping days. The BJs gas station can get busy, making it slightly tough to get out of the parking area at times, but nothing that should stop someone from dropping in. The inside is pretty small so keep that in mind if you plan on working or studying inside. Since its smaller, I feel a bit more awkward staying there for extended periods of time.

I waited in the drive-thru for much longer than normal and never knew why. An already harried barrista never apologized for the long wait once she finally came to the window.

When you ask for a vegetarian menu item, specify that you want something vegetarian, and they give you something with bacon in it in spite of you being a vegetarian for 25 years.

I come here all of the time.. last time I came my mobile order was not ready on time. This tim I put on the mobile order no cheese for my breakfast sandwich. The bag with my sandwich also says no cheese. I can not eat any dairy at all.Theres cheese on my breakfast sandwich.

Came by at 8:20 and the store was completely closed up. I have had no problems during the day with this store but do not expect them to be open at night when they are supposed to be.

Since they have opened, the service has consistently improved. they do a ton of business at this location, and the drive-thru runs efficiently.Google maps has it in the wrong spot though. Its at the intersection of Rte 20 (Southwest Cutoff and Shops Way).

Staffs here are very kind. But I evaluated this store 3 stars, because staffs are talking very loudly all the time. Comparing other starbucks, this store is a little noisy because of their talking.

Not just a drive thru, there is an actual Starbucks inside of here!! Great location not too crowded compared to other Starbucks spots near to hear like Framingham. Very friendly staff and fast service. Always get my order perfect. Parking lot layout is a little strange to navigate.

This is my go to Starbucks partially due to its proximity to work but also because Ive never received a drink/food that was made incorrectly. The staff here has even gotten to know me and you can tell they actually care about making your day via caffeination/satiation. I used to sit in the drive thru line and was often having to leave my house earlier just in case there was a line but now I use mobile order, park, and run in.

I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks until today. I ordered a pumpkin spice chai latte and it tasted like diluted dirty bath water. I cant believe this drink cost over $5..... Not worth the trip for this particular drink.

We come here when we are running errands. Came here today they messed up our drink order in the drive through. Two green tea lemonades with raspberry. Brought them back in, the person making the drinks made them wrong again.Update: went back with the drink. The same person who made it finally made it correctly. Still put in too much ice left an inch of the drink left in the shaker. Almost used a dirty shaker. They were kind enough to give me a gift card with $4 on it. Just dont waste your time here.

Open Monday through Saturday 5-9 and Sunday 6-8. Great place for a morning getaway when coffee / espresso is a destination :-)

Very very very slow. Even with a line around the building at the drive thru, if you go inside and your the only person, your still there 20 min.Why is it they have 2 espresso machines but only ever have 1 person making the drinks, even during their busiest times.That being said the said the staff is delightful.Only problems with this location is the wait and the lack of attention. Ive had a few drinks messed up here, but its the closest to me. And they cooked my morning bun upside-down....

This is the slowest Starbucks. The staff at the drive up window seem not to be paying attention when taking your order (especially the women in the afternoon on weekdays), so your order is often wrong! The wait for service is unacceptable, they need competition in the plaza!

Charged $10 for 1 tall latte, dont trust these folks and always ask for receipt. Had to call corporate office to get my money.
