CVS and Minute Clinic are a total disregard to people. Not worth the respect that a company that size should have. My appointment here was never canceled and I was told that nobody showed up at the Minute Clinic to work when I got there. A total disrespect to someones life. Then I was instructed to go to an urgent care. Well CVS, Ill take my business somewhere else from now on. Thanks and good luck!
24 hour drive through pharmacy. Enough said.
The service was really bad - wanted to print a few photos from my device on the Kodak moments - the lady was extremely rude - she was directing everyone to the self checkout. I wanted to connect to their system and there was some problem. She didn’t care at all that the store couldn’t provide the advertised service - behaved as if it was doing me a favor by even allowing me to be in the store.0 star if possible.
I dont usually write reviews, and dont think Ive ever really written a bad one, but here goes:Called on a Wednesday to confirm that the pharmacy had received my prescription from my doctors office. They confirmed, but said it wouldnt be eligible for refill until that Friday, but that it would be ready for pickup at the latest by the end of Friday. Okay, thats fine, I had enough of the prescription left to stretch until it could be refilled. I couldnt get to the pharmacy on Friday, so I showed up on Saturday night, assuming it would be ready. I waited at the drive through window for close to 10 minutes before anyone even came to greet me. I give them my info and they tell me that the prescription is not ready yet. I told them that I had been guaranteed a completed refill for the PREVIOUS day, so the assistant went to try to get them filled ASAP which was appreciated. Then, the pharmacist comes to the window and apologizes, saying that the system is being slow and isnt loading all of the data to quote her words. To her credit, she was very friendly and apologetic. She told me that if I could wait in my car in the side lot she would call me in ~15 minutes when it is ready. So here I am, waiting for it to be filled.Im not rating 2 stars for the service. They were friendly and worked fast to get it done (mostly, except the 10 minutes waiting at the window). I am however disappointed with the communication and whoever was running the day shifts on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. They had an entire extra day to fill a basic prescription that a customer had already called about and confirmed. Seriously, get it together.
Most of the time Im in here shelves are well stocked, and organized. Although the parking lot is small there always seems to be some place to park. I dont get my prescriptions here, so I cant comment on that. I can tell you that I have gotten photos here and they have always been ready and correct. The only reason I wont give them five stars is the interaction with the help. A good interaction with the help is hit or miss. If you need someone to help you find something, its usually someone that makes you feel like youre bothering them. I usually get a fast answer and a point n the general direction. Then if you cant find it, if you go back to that person, its watch out; youre really holding them up now. They should take a Cue from their Marlborough CVS, where they actually will walk you to the product and make sure you have it. Thats a double win for CVS, because the customer is happy, and the sale is secured. I at times get the same impression at the cash registers. Again its not all of them but may be as much as half the time.
No one answers anytime I try calling or when my insurance tries calling. Ive never had so many issues with picking up a simple prescription.Seems like no one knows what they are doing and has no care.I drive 20 mins out of my way to avoid this pharmacy due to it being nothing but a headache.
Rachel at the Minute Clinic with extremely nice and helpful. First shot Ive had done in years and barely felt it. If your looking to get vaccinated this is a great place to go
Called yesterday to refill 2 prescriptions and was told would be ready at 11am today. Went at 6pm not ready. The cashier was rude and didnt even apologize just said we are busy. No acknowledgement from the pharmacist. Poor customer service. I always go to hannaford for my prescriptions and they are so pleasant and professional. I mistakenly filled these 2 because hannafords was closed early. Never again. The sad thing is I worked at that pharmacy for 12 years in the 80s and early 90s with Lenny and Mary and this would never have been tolerated. We knew all our customers by first name and they were always treated with dignity and respect.
Absolutely the most inefficient, horrible, most expensive pharmacy around. The workers in the drive through are particularly rude and are not willing to answer questions as to why there are enormous and outrageous copays. The name of my prescription was spelled completely wrong when it was double checked multiple times and on top of that you couldn’t understand anything out of the speaker.
Who ever answered at the pharmacy was really rude. He answered the phone only by saying hello? Like he was answering a personal call. He then gave me a lot of attitude when I asked for my rx to be transferred to a different location. It made me feel bad for even calling :(
I have to use a walker, so I put it a shopping cart, FOLDED. This very rude came woman came charging down the aisle and very rudely and asked if found what I wanted. I think she thought I was shoplifting. I told her I was fine! One time I called ahead to refill prescription to pick UP that day, not ready, went back the second day, got prescriptions, and went home. When I got home a call came CVS saying I had the wrong order, which meant I have to go back. My husband took one look at me, and said hell go back, and I told him they would have to give me my [pills FOR NOTHING!!.
One of my favorite places in town (and that means something considering the saturation of pizza places here). Really good meat in the toppings. Good burgers, calzones, and subs as well.
This CVS also lost a roll of film that I brought in to get developed once. I almost never write reviews on this place, but I saw the comment below and felt obliged to. A part from that, it is a good store to shop at
I would give this CVS a big fat 0 if I could. Rude cashiers, rude pharmacists. Very slow children, well acts and looks like a child running the drive up window at the pharmacy. A girl in the pharmacy named Bobbie actually was treating me like a child!! She yells at customers right in front of everyone, she has no sympathy for anyone, she also had very dirty finger nails!! Gross!! I had to walk away from the pharmacy before I got in a fight with her. She would not give up on thinking she was absolutely correct, and she was not correct . I spoke to the Drs office later that day, and I was told, oh we always have trouble with that pharmacy, if you can use someone else to fill your prescriptions, you should! I was told that this Bobbie girl is mean to all the customers. Its pretty sad that she is known throughout the town as the mean, incompetent, sad little pharmacy worker. This store needs to hire a whole new staff. I used to love going to the Northborough CVS because I thought it was so clean and had everything you could need, but when you do not want to go there, because you dont want to deal with rude people who hate their job, thats pretty bad. So maybe whoever reads all of these posts, maybe its time to do something about this store!! I see that I am not the only one with complaints. This page is filled with nothing other than bad reviews for a reason, people are pissed off.
PHARMACY: If I could give zero stars I would. WORST. EMPLOYEES. IN. THE. WORLD. save your time and patience and go to another pharmacy.
A nightmare. Playing god. Wow so bad to mad to explain.
This review is for the Minute Clinic: I was very pleased with Rachel Allain, the Nurse Practitioner, I met at the CVS Minute Clinic in Northborough, Mass on Sept, 17. I went in for a Flu Shot. She was very pleasant, professional and was able to answer my two questions quickly. My first question was whether the shot contained a preservative ingredient (thimerosal) which I am allergic to. I also wanted to know if my health insurance covered this shot. I had called CVS earlier that morning and was transferred to a national call center. The representative I spoke to tried to help me, but was unable to answer my questions. I waited less than 10 minutes at the Minute Clinic.
Used to be timely now it takes weeks for them to fill a full prescription of a medication that is fairly common. Do not recommend.
Very convenient place but prices are a bit steep.
One of the worst CVSs I have ever had to deal with. They never have my prescriptions ready. When they ask if they could notify your doctor about refills and you say yes, they never do it. My prescriptions are always a week late and I have to call the doctor myself. I have been going to them for the last 24 years and always thought highly of them but in the last 5 years it has always been a fight when it comes to prescriptions. I don’t know what happened. Is it a change in personnel? They have gone down hill and Maybe they have grown too fast and they can’t keep up with everything. Maybe it’s time to go somewhere else.
Worst pharmacy ever. Completely useless and incompetent.
Pharmacy is awful. the people there try their best but the fact that they might not have my medicine at all times is ridiculous. theyd have me going around to other cvs in the area. after years of dealing with this hassle every month, wegmans has no problem getting my prescription ready when i drop it off.
This CVS lost a roll of our vacation photos we dropped off to get developed. The other roll they shipped back to a different CVS so we had to drive there instead. We had to stop back about 5 times until we decided the photos were lost and gave up.Customer service also leaves something to be desired. I have never had a quick stop, there are always lines and slow employees.
Had an awful experience with the rudest cashier / superviser Cheryl .. Shes not so friendly and hates people who uses coupons she treated me so rude was throwing the money on the counter and hitting her computer so hard .. While ringing me up she was talking about me to her co worker! Awful customer service she needs a new job and attitude. Never shopping at that place again mind you after me she had another customer who was mad at her service as well.
Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. Ive been a customer for a long time and Ive finally had enough of their awful systems and constant screw ups. The worst part is their condescending attitudes. It would be one thing if they were nice about all the times they completely mess up, but I draw the line when theyre also giving me a huge problem about it. Ive spent a fortune here over the years and Im extremely relieved to be taking my business elsewhere.
Clean, always a line
Terrible customer service. No care for their customers. Always 100 people working there Ive never seen before. I hate this place, they are always very rude.
Regular cvs store, nothing special here
Went there to get photos for a Visa. Very poor customer service with the lady taking the photos not being helpful in any way.
Pharmacists are great! !
Prices never what is put on display
I mean who drops off film any more. Digital prints for the win. Welcome to this millennium
